Probabilistic Forecasting Model of Changes Based on Impacts in Infocommunication Projects 信息通信项目中基于影响的变化概率预测模型

The issues related to the development of cloud technologies are considered, in particular, the development and implementation of distributed information systems, which today are the most important decision in the market of information technologies. The reasons for the negative conclusion of most such projects are analyzed, the conclusion is made on the necessity of applying to these processes the technologies of project management that are sufficiently developed and effective at this time. The analysis is carried out to study the parameters and characteristics of projects for the creation of complex infocommunication products and the main causes of project failures based on the generated classes of influences are identified. A list of top-level dynamic changes has been generated that made it possible to determine the main impacts on all components and participants of project activities. A multi-level conceptual model of influences and their actions on the parameters of such projects is built. A mathematical model of project state forecasting is formulated based on this using a proactive approach. Using the method of expert estimation, the authors conducted a study of the proposed model and showed the results of these studies. Practical implementation of such models in information and communication projects has shown its effectiveness.

Assessment of Measurement Uncertainty of the Uncinated Process and Middle Nasal Concha in Spiral Computed Tomography Data 螺旋ct数据中鼻甲和中鼻甲的测量不确定度评估

Ostiomeatal complex is a key anatomical zone that provides physiological functioning of the paranasal sinuses. It is here that such important functions as drainage and ventilation of paranasal sinuses occur. Consequently, the narrowing of this area leads to significant changes in paranasal sinuses with the development of acute and chronic rhinosinusitis. Today, computed tomography is the "gold standard" for diagnosing rhinosinusitis. The purpose of our research was to optimize the study of tomographic images of the anatomical components of the ostiomeatal complex (uncinate process, nasal concha) according to computed tomography analysis. The study comprises the assessment of Spiral computed tomograms (coronary sections). To measure uncertainty, the maximum and minimum value of each indicator was calculated. Thus, in order to optimize the study of the anatomy of the ostiomeatal complex components according to the spiral computed tomography findings, it is reasonable to apply the method of calculating uncertainty.

Counteracting Malicious Insider’s Activity within Funds Transfer Systems 对抗资金转移系统内的恶意内部活动

The developed classification characteristics of insiders on the level of access and classification characteristics of their actions allowed to formalize the mathematical apparatus for constructing an insider action model on the basis of the international standard of the IDEF0 functional modeling methodology, to generate input information for the created model, and also to perform the decomposition of the 1st and 2nd levels model. The model is based on the statement that usual insiders work on the same algorithms. The difference arises only due to the specific nature of the enterprise's activities. Based on the above algorithm of actions of insiders, a scheme of actions of insiders at the enterprise was developed.

The Mathematical Model of the Optimal Choice of a Software Package for an Enterprise Information System 企业信息系统软件包优化选择的数学模型

The mathematical definition of the optimal choice problem for software package for an enterprise information system is considered. The problem of the optimal software package choice is a mathematical model of combinatorial optimization on a set of combinations. The algorithm for solving this problem is presented for finding the minimum value of the target function considering additional linear constraints. This method makes it possible to significantly simplify the finding procedure of the optimal solution, since inequalities in the growth of constraints allow us to immediately determine whether a point in the set of combinations will be a support solution or not. In the positive case, the support solution is improved, taking into account the properties of many combinations when directly checking the growth of the target function. The algorithm and its realization are demonstrated by a numerical example. The proposed mathematical model and solution algorithm can be used for a similar class of problems that are modeled by optimization models, where the set of feasible solutions is presented in the many combinations form.

In the article the author analyzed the known simple types of self-tuning automatic control systems, the order of choosing the parameters of the main control circuit for a given structure and parameters of the self-tuning circuit. In the article the theory of P.L. Chebyshev ҆ s approximations for the study of control systems with limit cycle was used. The mathematical formulas give the possibility to construct a transitional process in a control system arising from parametric perturbations under initial conditions. The proposed method allows it possible to calculate the parameters and to simulate a specific control system.

Comparative Analysis of Combined Finite State Machine Implementation on Chips of Different Manufacturers 组合有限状态机在不同厂商芯片上实现的比较分析

Certain ways of combined finite state mashine implementing on chips of different architectures and manufacturers are considered. Each discussed method allows achieving a certain reduction of hardware amount in the control device logic circuit. The aim of studies is to define the range of efficiency for each method correspondently to chips of the top manufactorers – Xilinx, Altera/Intel, Microsemi. The studies were conducted on chips of different series. Analysis of the experimental results is proposed and it may be used as a tip in practice of control unit design and optimization.

Cybersecurity in the Blockchain Era : A Survey on Examining Critical Infrastructure Protection with Blockchain-Based Technology 区块链时代的网络安全:基于区块链技术的关键基础设施保护研究

Cybercriminals and nation-state hackers are investing heavily in strategies devised to disrupt critical infrastructure systems. Nearly one out of two Industrial Control System (ICS) computers in the energy sector had been impacted by malicious cyber activity in 2018. With threats increasing and attack vectors expanding, critical infrastructure sectors like energy need to implement innovative technology to ensure Critical Infrastructure Protection. This study reviewed blockchain research published between 2015 and 2019 in order to examine the development of blockchain, evaluate current applications of blockchain in the energy sector, and propose additional opportunities for the application of blockchain technology. Quantitative analysis revealed that blockchain-based cybersecurity research and application in the energy sector is increasing at an annual average growth rate of 169% since 2015 with intensified focus on Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Grid infrastructures. Computed projections forecast a continued increase in the research and application of IoT and Smart Grids. Calculations indicate that nearly 50% of the new research will be in blockchain-based cybersecurity solutions such as cryptographic communications and secure email. Qualitative analysis indicates potential for blockchain- based cybersecurity solutions to provide enhanced Critical Infrastructure Protection in those sectors against pervasive phishing and social engineering threats.

Use of Information Technologies for Clinical Decision-Making in Medical Rehabilitation 信息技术在医疗康复临床决策中的应用

Use of modern information technologies in medical diagnosis is considered for making clinical decisions in the medical rehabilitation (MR). Main parameters necessary for making optimal clinical solutions are distinguished. Method developed in compliance with the general algorithm of the decisionmaking theory is applied for making specific rehabilitation programs [6]. Probability of making diagnosis in the presence of symptoms is assessed by means of the Bayes theorem. Potential and real models of clinical solutions are presented, as well as the general algorithm of decision-making for rehabilitation intervention (patient’s history, clinical diagnosis specification, assessment of morphometry measurements, assessment of functional capabilities, choice of the alternative, indication/contraindication for rehabilitation. In the absence of contraindications: identifying tasks, means, rehabilitation methods, determining motion state and load parameters). 现代信息技术在医学诊断中的应用被认为是医疗康复(MR)临床决策的基础。区分了制定最佳临床方案所需的主要参数。根据决策理论的一般算法开发的方法用于制定具体的康复方案[6]。通过贝叶斯定理评估了在症状存在时做出诊断的概率。提出了临床解决方案的潜在模型和现实模型,以及康复干预决策的一般算法(患者病史、临床诊断规范、形态测量评估、功能能力评估、替代方案选择、康复指征/禁忌症)。在无禁忌症的情况下:确定任务、手段、康复方法,确定运动状态和负荷参数)。鉴于此,本文对乌克兰和国外的这一问题进行了深入的理论分析。

Investigation of Architecture and Technology Stack for e-Archive System 电子档案系统体系结构与技术栈研究

This work describes main concepts of architecture style and technologies selection for building distributed e-Archive system. The paper presents overall concepts, vocabulary, data models, responsibilities that an electronic archive system must fulfill, and a set of recommended functions to cover these responsibilities. The article describes the main information flows and functions. It outlines the theory of the OAIS model, illustrates an example of complex microservices architecture design and approaches to solve data consistency and application deployment challenges. The comparative analysis of software architecture styles was performed and, as result, the combination of Microservice and Event-Driven architectures was chosen as the most suitable architecture for building electronic archive system. It implies having microservices that communicate with each other via some message bus instead of direct calls. The technology stack chosen for that architecture implementation and application delivery is proven to be production-ready, has detailed documentation and large community support. The technology stack is Asp .Net Core 2.1 – framework, Rabbit MQ, Apache Tika, Elasticsearch, Mongo DB, MS SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, Event Store, Signal R, Docker, Kubernetes.

Models for Reduction of Interregional Disparities Accounting Regional Economic Security 考虑区域经济安全的区域间差距缩小模型

Deep regional and interregional disproportions determine the need to ensure sustainable socio-economic development. To achieve this aim, forms, methods and regulations for regional development have to be adjusted. The objective of the study is to create the parameters for state regulative influence on a number of identified socio-economic catalysts and retarders of the regions as well as to forecast the consequences of their influence, firstly, on the level of disparity of a particular region, and secondly, on the level of state socio-economic development, keeping in mind achievement of stable regional economic security. All possible variants of the system development are considered and the optimal management strategy for achievement desired goals is chosen. Obtained results allow avoiding undesirable consequences of state regulation and to develop the most effective complex of measures for regulating interregional disparities in Ukraine.
严重的区域和区域间不平衡决定了必须确保可持续的社会经济发展。要实现这一目标,必须调整区域发展的形式、方法和规则。该研究的目的是为国家对一些已确定的地区社会经济催化剂和阻碍因素的调节影响制定参数,并预测其影响的后果,首先是对特定地区的差距水平,其次是对国家社会经济发展水平,同时考虑到实现稳定的区域经济安全。考虑了系统开发的所有可能变量,并选择了实现预期目标的最佳管理策略。取得的成果可以避免国家管制的不良后果,并制定最有效的措施,以调节乌克兰的区域间差异。
