Procedure of Identifying of the Parameters of the Model of Management of Technological Innovations in Economic Systems 经济系统中技术创新管理模式参数的识别过程

The methods of identification of the determination of structure and parameters of the model are investigated. An algorithm for solving the task of identifying the parameters of the model of dynamic management of technological innovations is developed. In the proposed method, in contrast to the existing methods, the procedures for decision multidimensional systems of linear algebraic equations and interpolation of output data are combined to evaluate the values of parameters that are lacking in separate time periods, which provides the possibility of developing a model for managing technological innovations in conditions of deficit and incompleteness of information.

Application of Modern Internet Technologies in Telemedicine Screening of Patient Conditions 现代互联网技术在远程医疗患者病情筛查中的应用

The authors set a goal to analyze the state of use of the achievements of modern Internet technologies in relation to the tasks of telemedicine screening of patients' condition and to study the possibility of determining ways to improve the quality of telemedicine services by creating modern telemedicine complexes. To achieve this goal, it is proposed to review best practices in this area of leading world countries and analyze the specifics of conducting telemedicine screening for various categories of patients in order to determine the main directions for improving telemedicine services in Ukraine. The specific proposals are considered for the implementation of telemedicine screening complex on the application of regional telemedicine means MedStar Solusion LLS.

Security Technique for Authentication Process in the Cloud Environment 云环境下认证过程的安全技术

Cloud technology is a prospective field of information technology. Moreover, this development is always accompanied by a variety of vulnerabilities that are exploited by malicious people to access data stored in cloud environment. Data protection is one of the most challenging issues of cybersecurity. Since many companies have decided to store their data in cloud services, it is extremely important to provide information security in general. Thus, the most vulnerable point is the authentication process. In this paper the requirements for information technology protection based on SRP protocol were defined. Also the architecture of next generation data center based on cloud computing was developed.

Estimation of Technical Quality For MPEG Streaming in LTE Networks LTE网络中MPEG流的技术质量估计

This article is devoted to the analysis influence of conditions for the receiving of MPEG video signals that are transmitted with streaming over the LTE network and contains the results of authors' research in this direction. The purpose of these studies is to propose possible normative values of LTE common parameters for providing quality of service level at which receiving of MPEG video signals is done without picture impairments. To implement this field study was carried out based on real LTE network and video streaming service with different video resolutions and parameters. As result of study, LTE video service performance was estimated, possible ways of increasing its characteristics were proposed. The obtained results can be used during the technical maintenance and service implementations for LTE based video transmissions, as well as during further research aimed at increasing the efficiency of services of such type.

Methodological Solutions for the IoT Concept for Biogas Production Using the Local Resource 利用本地资源生产沼气的物联网概念的方法论解决方案

The issue of providing biogas reactors with raw materials of vegetable origin is considered. It is proposed to organize the collection of raw materials on the basis of the concept of the IoT, which combines technical solutions for obtaining information and strategies for its processing. Innovation in maximizing profits is the use of raw materials for biogas reactors of grain crops, the further cultivation of which is economically inappropriate. The predicted low quality of cereals is primarily due to a shortage of nitrogen feed, the assessment of which is proposed to be carried out with the help of UAV. The questions were concerning the metrological support of the sensory equipment with the use of cameras with standard and infra-red lenses are considered. A laboratory evaluation of spectral channels was performed on an example of a camera GoPro HERO4. Prospective indexes for cultivating crops are presented, for example, corn and continuous seeding on wheat. The expediency of using in the construction of stress indices for UAV integral indexes that takes into account both spectral and dimensional parameters of plantations of grain crops is proved. Separate consideration is given to the choice of the optimal routes for combines for harvesting plantings in fields based on electronic maps obtained with the use of UAVs. The technique of determination of the amount of transport equipment for providing a harvesting campaign is proposed.

New Approaches to Modelling Covering Problems in Monitoring Optimization 涵盖监测优化问题的建模新方法

An issue of mathematical modeling in design of monitoring, diagnostic, and control systems is investigated. Mathematical models of the design problems reducible to covering of a circle object by circles are built. They are based on extracting a combinatorial structure of a new type connected with multipermutatons, on exploiting new geometric properties of objects involved, as well as on applying a continuous functional representation theory for modeling of the multipermutation set. Also, a Method of Artifical Space Dilation was used for constructing one of the mathematical models in extended space. This model is a global optimization one, which is the most promising in terms of obtaining a local optimum close to a global one. The models presented are generalized directly onto problems of covering a circular object by smaller circular objects that allows to cover a much wider class of the design problems regarding their mathematical modeling and solving by continuous and discrete optimization methods.

Specifics of Receiving and Processing Phase Information in Voice Authentication Systems 语音认证系统中接收和处理阶段信息的细节

The issues of improving the reliability of storing various resources, access to which is carried out using telecommunication networks, are considered. In this case, the first barrier in ensuring access reliability is the user authentication system. Lately, access systems based on biometric features of a user have been used. Initially, static biometric features of a user (facial image, finger papillary pattern and iris) were preferable, which did not meet the expectations of developers and users due to the simplicity of their falsification. Recently, the preference has been given to the dynamic (behavioral) biometric features of a user, namely voice authentication systems became more widely used. As it is known, voice authentication systems have several advantages, such as: simplicity, convenience, compactness, low cost, and a number of others. In addition, the passphrase can be quickly changed and expanded during the authentication process. However, the quality indicators of all biometric access systems do not meet the increasing requirements. The object of the study is the process of digital processing of voice signal during user authentication in access systems.In the process of voice authentication, the analysis of the amplitude-frequency spectrum of recording materials is performed. At the same time, the main research focuses on the use of estimates of formants, cepstral coefficients, mel-frequency cepstral coefficients, linear prediction coefficients, etc. as a user’s template. On the basis of user’s established patterns, admission decisions are made using Gaussian Mixture Models, Support Vector Machines, Hidden Markov Models or artificial neural networks.In the report, it is proposed to change the paradigm of digital processing of user voice signals and supplement the analysis of the amplitude-frequency spectrum with studies of phase data, which are traditionally ignored during the authentication. According to the authors, the latter is caused by the lack of effective procedures for the formation of phase data, the requirement of additional computational resources, which were not always available to researchers, and some features using the signal phase.

Research on Wavelet Filter Features for Nonstationary Signals 非平稳信号的小波滤波特征研究

The article is devoted to detection and analysis of wavelet filter features for nonstationary signals with time-varying characteristics. The actual problem of complex wavelet estimation is described. The wavelet coefficients responsiveness to the signal frequencies is shown. This technique allows determining the signal frequency passbands using the optimal fitting wavelet basis. The software implementing this method is presented. These methods are applied to the problem of waviness and roughness profile allocation of metal surfaces treated by milling and they could also be used for any types of nonstationary data such as telecommunication signals, satellite navigation, medicine data, financial series, etc.

Limitations of Efficiency of Wireless Systems of Telecommunications 5G and Methods of Their Compensation 电信5G无线系统效率的局限性及其补偿方法

The article analyzes the approaches to the mathematical modeling of promising telecommunication systems in the millimeter wavelength range. The advantages and limitations of the use of the millimeter wave range are analyzed. It has been proposed in the models for calculating the energy budget of radio channels to take into account the limiting and compensating factors that are characteristic of radio systems in the millimeter range. A comparative analysis of models for calculating the budget of radio lines based on the Friis formula, the quasi-optical model, and the theory of phased antenna arrays is carried out. It is shown that increasing the energy efficiency of telecommunication systems in the millimeter range requires fundamentally new approaches to modeling radio channels.

Mathematical Model of Transposition Chaotic Encryption System Based on Field-Programmable Gate Arrays for Multimedia Data 基于现场可编程门阵列的多媒体数据转置混沌加密系统数学模型

In the paper, the mathematical model of memory consumption and through-put parameter estimation of a cryptographic system that employs transposition chaotic maps is investigated. The target platform for the system implementation is Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) devices. The proposed mathematical model takes into account limitations of FPGA circuits and can be used to assess usage of FPGA memory resources preliminary and to evaluate throughput efficiency of the encryption system. First, expressions for memory consumption are introduced. The second part is devoted to analysis of the system throughput. Different architectures for memory organization have been considered in the paper as well as all stages of the cipher pipeline. The architectures are characterized by the different level of parallelism on the level of message processing that results in variations in throughput value. The work presents generalized expression for throughput estimation for all the considered cipher architectures. It allows the designer of the system to select an FPGA die that fulfills the basic requirements for cryptographic system implementation.
