[The effect of various disinfectants in fumigation on the inactivation of HBsAg]. [熏蒸中不同消毒剂对HBsAg灭活的影响]。

In this study HBsAg was inactived with formalin, formalin plus PP power, peroxyacetic acid and the Chinese medicine (volatile oil). The results showed formalin could inactive HBsAg entirely by natural evaporation for two hours. Peroxyacetic acid (16%) 450 ml for 30 minutes, and 150 ml or 300 ml for 60 minutes could inactive HBsAg also. But the inactivation efficacies of formalin plus PP powder and the Chinese medicine (volatile oil) were poor.

本研究采用福尔马林、福尔马林加PP粉、过氧乙酸和中药(挥发油)对HBsAg进行灭活。结果表明，福尔马林可通过自然蒸发2小时使HBsAg完全失活。过氧乙酸(16%)450 ml浸泡30分钟，150 ml或300 ml浸泡60分钟也能使HBsAg失活。而福尔马林加PP粉和中药(挥发油)的灭活效果较差。

[Selection of location for transcutaneous bilirubinometry in light therapy]. [经皮胆红素测定在光疗中的位置选择]。

64 jaundiced neonates were measured with transcutaneous bilirubinometer for the jaundice index on the forehead and superciliary narch where was covered during photo therapy respectively. The result showed that the jaundice index in the uncovered place decreased greatly after the therapy was over, but the index went up again 12 hours later. The index on the covered place did not show this change. It is suggested that the covered place is a better site for measuring jaundice index because it can avoid the effect of phototherapy on the measuring result and make the result more accurate.

采用经皮胆红素计测定64例黄疸新生儿在光照治疗时分别覆盖前额和睫状弓处的黄疸指数。结果显示，治疗结束后，未遮盖部位黄疸指数明显下降，但12小时后黄疸指数又回升。覆盖区域的指数没有显示出这种变化。建议在有遮盖的地方测量黄疸指数较好，可以避免光疗对测量结果的影响，使测量结果更准确。
