Application of Chebyshev Polynomials to Assess the Active Power Error Caused by ADC Nonlinearity 应用切比雪夫多项式评估ADC非线性引起的有功功率误差

Active power in a given frequency band is one of the most important parameters of electrical power grids. To measure active power, the most popular methods are based on averaging of instantaneous power or low-pass filtration of instantaneous power. Regardless of the measurement method, ADC nonlinearity is one of the most important causes of measurement error. In paper the Chebyshev polynomials are applied to evaluate the ADC nonlinearity and its influence on the active power measurement error. A research of influence of the signal parameters (voltage and current amplitudes, frequency, phase shift between voltage and current) and nonlinearity parameters on the active power measurement error is performed. The effect of the Chebyshev polynomial order on the active power measurement error is considered in detail. Analytical relations are obtained to assess this effects. A simplified approach of determining of the approximation polynomial parameters by a typical nonlinearity dependence is proposed. By the application of Matlab, a simulation model was perform that allows to estimate the reliability of obtained analytical expressions. Based on the research results, an estimation of the active power measurement error, caused by ADC nonlinearity with Chebyshev polynomials approximation is proposed.

Simulation model of the electron beam welding process for the formation of the effective technological parameters during the welding of aerospace structures 建立电子束焊接过程的仿真模型,为航天结构焊接过程中形成有效的工艺参数提供依据

The setting of technological parameters, in particular the beam current and speed in electron beam welding, are an integral part of the process. However, to set the mode when welding a new product or changing equipment (for example, buying a new installation or replacing an electron-beam gun or a drive for rotating a turntable), it is currently necessary to search for technological parameters (welding speed, beam current) by carrying out full-scale experiments, which is a resource and financially costly. Thus, in this work, the authors propose to carry out imitation modeling of the process of electron beam welding of a disk with a cylinder made of titanium alloy (Ti-4Al-3Mo-1V) in COMSOL Multiphysics, in order to develop the proposed technology to obtain optimal technological parameters in electron beam welding. thin-walled structures. The structure to be welded consists of two components: a hollow cylinder with a diameter of 78 mm, a height of 80 mm and a disc with a diameter of 76 mm, a thickness of 12 mm with a through hole, the wall thickness of the cylinder along which welding is 3 mm. As a result, the authors carried out modeling and obtained graphs of product heating, which depict the temperature distribution. The mode corresponding to the requirements put forward, the width of the weld 2 mm, the height of the seam 1mm was obtained with the following technological parameters: welding speed 1.2 cm/s, beam current 67 mA, accelerating voltage 30 kV, focusing current 139 mA.

A Compensation of Commutation Angle in Hall-Sensor-Controlled Brushless DC Motors for Maximum Torque per Ampere Operation 霍尔传感器控制无刷直流电动机换相角的最大转矩补偿

Hall-sensor-controlled brushless dc (BLDC) motors are used in many simple and low-cost applications. In the typical 120° control, the motor phase currents are supposed to be aligned with their respective back emfs', which effectively results in a maximum-torque-per-ampere (MTPA) operation. However, due to the winding inductance and commutation process, the phase current delays, resulting in a sub-optimal operation that may be especially noticeable for motors with large inductance (and small resistance). This paper presents a simple and direct method to compensate for the operating-point-dependent commutation angle. It is shown that a simple PI-control can be used to regulate the averaged d-axis current to zero, which restores the MTPA operation and improves the torque-speed characteristic. The proposed method is verified with a typical industrial BLDC motor using the results of detailed simulations and experiments.

In this paper a Python based pipeline encompassing steps necessary for automatic processing and plotting nanoindentation data is presented. It enables to process and plot big amount of created raw data from Agilent Nanoindenter G200 and thus significantly increases knowledge discovery from such data. The described solution is demonstrated on example of 100 measurements on a polymer sample.

Surface indicator of gait cycle variability based on Principal Component Analysis 基于主成分分析的步态周期变异性表面指标

Gait variability analysis has an important role in objective gait performance assessment. At the preferred speed, the gait stability increases, which is reflected in the reduced gait fluctuations. Decreasing and increasing walking speed affects the fluctuations to increase. In this paper, we have applied Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on foot kinetics and kinematics signals to extract a novel parameter for gait cycle variability assessment in the scenario of different walking speeds, without the need to observe sequential strides. We have proposed the area of the two-dimensional PCA cyclogram as the robust measure for gait variability. The results showed that the area of PCA cyclograms satisfied the expected quadratic dependence of walking speed as opposed to temporal and symmetry gait parameters, which have shown linear or no dependence.

On Different Criteria for Optimizing the Two-bit Uniform Quantizer 二比特均匀量化器优化的不同准则

In this paper, we address the problem of determining the most influential parameter of the two-bit uniform quantizer, i.e. the support region threshold ($x$max), according to different optimization criteria. We analyze the dependences of the quantized neural network (QNN) model quality indicators on $boldsymbol{x_{max}}$, for the case of applying two-bit uniform quantization of weights in the post-training phase for the MNIST dataset. In addition to the theoretical quality indicator of quantized signal for the Laplacian distribution - theoretical SQNR, our quality indicators are also the accuracy of QNN and the experimentally determined SQNR for the Laplacian-like weight distribution in the three-layer fully connected neural network. The goal is to determine the results of optimizing these quality indicators per Xmax for the considered research framework and to make their comparison for setting a good foundation for future research.

In this paper, the statistical characteristics of a wireless $5mathrm{G}$ communication system with receiver having L-branch (SC) are studied. The signal passes through $kappatext{-}mu$ disappearance of small scale and $alphatext{-}etatext{-}mu$ co-canal disturbance (CCI). We implement a SC receiver to reduce the effects of multiple fading on the failure probability and bit error probability. For the given conditions, the level of transition of the level (LCR) of the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the SC receiver is estimated. Expression for LCR can be used to estimate the average fading duration (AFD) of the proposed radiocommunication system. Furthermore, we implement simulation accelerated by a graphics processing unit (GPU) and linear optimization to plan the optimal $5mathrm{G}$ mobile network within a smart city. The program results in a noticeable increase in the LCR calculation rate for the communication channel under the described conditions.

The signal passes through $kappatext{-}mu$ disappearance of small scale and $alphatext{-}etatext{-}mu$ co-canal disturbance (CCI). We implement a SC receiver to reduce the effects of multiple fading on the failure probability and bit error probability. For the given conditions, the level of transition of the level (LCR) of the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the SC receiver is estimated. Expression for LCR can be used to estimate the average fading duration (AFD) of the proposed radiocommunication system. Furthermore, we implement simulation accelerated by a graphics processing unit (GPU) and linear optimization to plan the optimal $5mathrm{G}$ mobile network within a smart city. Long-term prediction of nitrogen dioxide concentrations using seasonal decomposition 利用季节分解长期预测二氧化氮浓度

At higher concentrations of nitrogen dioxide, which is the most toxic nitric oxide, chronic bronchitis and asthmatic patients are particularly affected. For the city of Nova Gorica, Slovenia, we predicted monthly concentrations for 12 months in the coming year 2022. The first version of the forecast was performed with the classic SARIMA method - the general multiplicative seasonal model. A new method followed, here ARIMA, forecasting from the seasonally adjusted time series. For seasonal decompositions, we used Census Method 1 in the first version and Manual Seasonal Decomposition in the second version. According to the RMSE criteria, the forecast with separate seasonal decomposition models is 50% better than the basic general multiplicative seasonal model.

A comparison between k-nearest neighbor and jk-nearest neighbor algorithms for signature verification 签名验证中k近邻算法与jk近邻算法的比较

Signatures are widely used and accepted biometrics used for individual identification. Signatures are categorized as offline and online based on the input method. Online signatures contain more features than the regular offline signature, making them harder to forge. Several algorithms can be used for signature verification, such as the k-nearest neighbor. It is mainly used for one-class classification purposes. In this paper, both k-nearest neighbor and jk-nearest neighbor algorithms are presented, along with a comparison of both algorithms on online signature verification accuracy. The results are conducted using different combinations of verifiers using four different databases and showed that the j k- nearest neighbor classifier outperforms the traditional one-class k-NN classifier by 0.73-10% compared to a traditional one-class k-NN classifier.

Smart Working (SW) is one of the four smart dimensions of Industry 4.0 that has had a significant impact on companies' operational activities by integrating advanced technologies into the day-to-day operations of workers. To complete the transformation towards SW, it is necessary to accurately assess the success of SW technologies. This paper provides a detailed overview of SW technologies, features that characterize them, what are the goals of their implementation, and motivates the proposal to use a proven, comprehensive model for evaluating the success of SW technologies and systems.
