Digital Transformation in Healthcare Healthcare on Demand 医疗保健领域的数字化转型

Digital transformation represents an inevitable aspect of the modern business environment by establishing a new value system that relies on vertical and horizontal value chains, as well as the provision of companies' products and services. A transformation is undertaken through three steps: digital business environment; digital users' experience and digital business models and ecosystem. Health care systems represent perfect systems for digital transformation processes as they are confronted with the challenge to provide their users with the best possible outcomes of health care while reducing costs. The increased number of older and chronically patients, as well as those patients who want to take control of their own health data, represent special challenges. In this case, digital transformation is not only a desirable concept but also a necessary one. This paper presents the concept of digital transformation in healthcare, with a special focus on the key elements of construction that make these processes possible. It also provides an overview of the modern software solution implemented through these processes.

Measuring the Similarity in 2D: the Case Study of the Extremely Low Frequency Magnetic Field 二维相似度测量:以极低频磁场为例

This paper introduces a new patch-based similarity measure for 2D arrays which is computed by considering not only the value but also the position of the elements in the bi-dimensional arrays. The similarity is evaluated as the mean area of the largest square patches which are in common at the same position in the two arrays. The proposed approach is tested in a case study where considering the position of the patches in the bi-dimensional space is very important. Specifically, it is used as a performance measure in predicting the magnetic field levels generated by a laptop computer and represented as a danger map in the bi-dimensional space. The obtained results are very promising.

Analysis of Power Distribution Line Outage Based on Measurements and Simulations 基于实测与仿真的配电线路故障分析

Transient events, especially those related to the short circuit faults, are the main causes of power distribution lines outages. This paper is dedicated to the analysis of three-phase short circuit fault and its impact to the real 20 kV power distribution lines. One of the most important parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina's power system was monitored and analyzed. Short circuit currents and voltages were obtained by using the power distribution lines numerical protection system measurements from the moment of fault occurrence to the moment when the faulty line was switched off. Part of the power system of interest was modeled in EMTP-RV (Electromagnetic Transient Program - Restructured Version) software which is standardized software for transient analyses. Several simulations were conducted to perform fault analysis. Measured data and simulation results were compared.

Piece-Wise Fourier Transform of Aperiodic Functions 非周期函数的逐段傅里叶变换

One new step-by-step procedure to obtain Fourier transform of some aperiodic waveshapes, without using Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) or Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and window functions, is presented in this paper. Waveshapes are approximated by multi-peaked analytically extended function (MP-AEF) which is a piece-wise function. The main advantage of this procedure is that it can handle signals with sharp peaks, as opposite to other Fourier transform procedures, which makes it suitable for lightning currents' waveshapes. The procedure is confirmed on single-wave cosine, triangular, trapezoidal, and double-exponential waveshapes. The advantage of this procedure is that it provides Fourier transform for any chosen time interval of observation as well as for infinite time duration signals.

Conceptual Model of a Quality Assurance System in Higher Education 高等教育质量保证体系的概念模型

Higher education institutions operate in an extremely dynamic and competitive environment. They are subject to numerous regulations on which their status, rating and funding depend. The use of a specialized software system to support external and internal quality assurance procedures provides a significant advantage. The article proposes a model of software ecosystem for quality assurance of higher education. It is based on the successful experience of the authors in building COMPASS software application, successfully used in many accreditation procedures at the University of Plovdiv. The proposed model expands COMPASS by adding new components - Register of Services, University Document Repository and Register of Units and Users. They aim to unify the process of automated extraction and analysis of quality data from existing university software systems with guaranteed access control.

Fractional order calculus for fetal pulse detection 分数阶微积分用于胎儿脉搏检测

This paper presents an extension and modification of the Pan-Tompkins (PT) algorithm for fetal QRS detection with the application of fractional order calculus. The novel method was applied for fetal QRS detection in electrocardiogram (ECG) recorded noninvasively from the abdomen of pregnant woman - in an ECG signal available from an open database. Algorithm robustness was tested on ECG signals with additive Gaussian noise with 8 different Signal-to-Noise Ratios (SNR). The optimal fractional order allows relatively accurate detection of fetal QRS complexes for different SNRs. The performance of the algorithm was evaluated by three parameters: root mean square error, percentage of missed QRS complexes, and the amplitude ratio of fetal and pregnant woman's ECG. The presented algorithm can be used for assessment of fetal heart rate variability which is important for timely detection of potential fetal heart disorders as well as in similar spike-shape signals in the presence of noise components.

Real-Time Sag Estimation of Overhead Power Lines Based on Approximate Magnetic Field Model 基于近似磁场模型的架空线路暂降实时估计

In contemporary electrical power systems real-time power line monitoring and supervision are commonly performed using simple non-invasive devices with contactless magnetic field measurement. Measured magnetic fields are commonly employed for fault detection in fault passage indicators, but they can also be used to determine electrical and non-electrical power line variables. In this paper a novel adaptive method for conductor sag estimation is proposed, using magnetic field measurement. The method is based on the properly calibrated approximate power line magnetic field model, in which catenary-shaped conductors are modeled by tilted straight-line conductors of infinite length. By this approximation, the overhead power line model can be used in simple devices for power line monitoring in real-time. Applicability and accuracy of the proposed method for power line conductor sag estimation is verified by computer simulations and measurements on a three-phase overhead line model, scaled to laboratory conditions.

In the present paper, a framework for the continued supporting a systematic literature review (SLR) is proposed, which includes the application of text mining methods in order to automate the classification of scientific publications and the more in-depth analysis of their content. For this purpose, a dataset is created from the titles, abstracts and keywords of papers, included in a systematic literature review on the application of semantic technologies in bibliographic databases. Data analytics methods are applied - frequency analysis of words and word combinations; linear regression for trend exploration; text classification, where the categories are the applied semantic technologies or the researched problems in accordance with a pre-defined classification framework. The vector space model enriched with PMI (pointwise mutual information) measure is used for the classification. An assessment of the text classification performance in terms of various measures is made and the obtained results are summarized.

In this paper, we present an approach to designing database model for monitoring the exchange of data according to the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standard in the reformed electricity market. Based on the proposed model, a part of the database was created to support the monitoring of data exchange between participants in the retail electricity market. Fast and secure data exchange is of great importance in supporting the part business processes of all participants in the electricity market. Since a large number of messages are exchanged every day, quality monitoring of data exchange is necessary.
