Effect of deposition speed on properties of zinc oxide nanoparticle decorated zinc oxide nanorod arrays 沉积速度对氧化锌纳米颗粒修饰氧化锌纳米棒阵列性能的影响

The study investigated the impact of deposition speed on goods of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticle decorated zinc oxide nanorod arrays. The ZnO nanoparticle coatings were deposited at various speeds ranging from 1000 to 3000 rpm. The results showed that the density of ZnO nanoparticle coated on ZnO nanorod arrays was decreased when the deposition speed increased from 1000 to 3000 rpm. This study is a primary phase regarding the optimized growth of three-dimensional branched zinc oxide nanorod arrays based humidity sensor.

Unified architecture of execution level hardware and software for discrete machinery manufacturing control systems 离散机械制造控制系统的执行级软硬件统一体系结构

The paper describes an original architecture of a control system for the execution level of discrete machinery manufacturing. The architecture combines traditional approach that uses a SCADA system to monitor the condition of the production equipment and a system for production tasks execution based on Forth virtual machines for every automated work station. The proposed architecture will make it possible to successfully combine operations with different degrees of automation into a single manufacturing process, and also to substitute manual operations with automated ones without changing the technical documentation. Conducted experiments prove the applicability of this approach and the potential for further researches in this field.

Effect of substrates temperature on structural and optical properties indium tin oxide prepared by RF magnetron sputtering 衬底温度对射频磁控溅射制备氧化铟锡结构和光学性能的影响

This project has been focused on the structural and optical properties respectively on the effect of indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films at different substrates temperature. The substrates temperature is varied at room temperature, 100°C, 200°C, 300°C and 400 °C as the parameter to optimize the thin films quality. ITO thin films were deposited onto the glass substrates using RF magnetron sputtering ITO (In-Sn, 90-10%) targets. This project was involved with three phases, which are thin films preparation, deposition and characterization. The thin films were characterized using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared (UV-Vis-NIR) spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer Lambda 750) for structural properties and optical properties. The absorption coefficient spectrum obtained shows all films exhibit very low absorption in the visible (400-800nm) and near infrared (NIR) (>800nm) range but exhibit high absorption in the UV range. The samples show higher transmittance of more than 80% at 350 nm.

UAV long range surveillance system based on BiQuad antenna for the Ground Control Station 地面控制站基于BiQuad天线的无人机远程监视系统

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) that used in long-range surveillance missions need an optimal performance of signal communication. The goal of this system is to communicate between the UAV and ground station in real time. The maximal performances characteristics of antenna such as gain, Standing Wave Ratio (SWR), impedance, polarization, and frequency are important for the UAV communication. Nowadays, antennas are easy to find, but many of them are not appropriate because the characteristic and mission of antenna are not compatible. In this research, to optimize the communications between UAV and Ground Control System (GCS), we use BiQuad antenna for telemetry. Our BiQuad antenna has a vertical polarization which is made by two loops that work in the frequency of 433 MHz and it is the best performance. For higher performance, this antenna component is made by unusual BiQuad material such as Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for the reflector, Teflon cable to connect the element with RP-SMA connector, and without using RG-8 cable. BiQuad antenna simulated by using the MMANA-GAL software to analysis and simulation characteristic of antenna. The characteristic of these antenna based on the research SWR= 1.2, F/B = -0.14 dB, Impedance = 50.9 ohm, Gain = 11.24 dBi, and frequency 433 Mhz. Based on these data result, this antenna is very appropriate for UAV long-range surveillance missions.

Analytical model of Kuwait power consumption 科威特电力消费分析模型

In this paper, assessing an analytical model of Kuwait city power consumption is focused. This includes data per person of energy demand, increasing trends over the years to investigate the rapidly increasing power demand due to the growing number of the population in Kuwait and due to modernization of lifestyle. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analytical model for Kuwait city power consumption showing how the peak-hours demand can be complemented by the solar potential from rooftop solar panels. If the solar energy is associated with the highly potential wind power contribution in DG (distributed generation) form, this will help in the existing capacity deficiency at the national grid level be met by an alternative source of energy. The results of this work will help considerably in reducing the investments in the ongoing practice of building new power plants. The renewable energy sources in the form of DG, both renewable and non-renewable, have become an attractive solution for meeting the energy demand in areas having no access to electricity supply from the utility grid.

Optical and morphological properties of different P3HT concentration 不同P3HT浓度的光学和形态学性质

The discovery of conjugated polymer and bulk-heterojunction concept has gain many interest in the organic solar cell world. The main problem for organic solar cells is that the power conversion efficiency (PCE) is still considered low even though it is much more low cost compared to inorganic solar cell such as Silicon (Si). Poly (3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) is known to be the best material used in photovoltaic due to its high hole mobility but it is still considered low compared to inorganic solar cells. The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of P3HT concentration towards the device performance. From the Uv-Vis results, the absorbance increase as the concentration increases. The roughness of the surface was measured and the results shows that a concentration of 2 mg/ml has the lowest reading of roughness while 6 mg/ml has the highest reading of roughness. The layer's thickness was also measured and the concentration of 3 mg/ml is the thickest out of all the layers while 6 mg/ml is the thinnest.

Definition of e-Hajj in Indonesia using hermeneutic approach 用解释学的方法定义印尼的e-朝觐

Some countries in the world have been implement e-Hajj as a part of a system that helped to organize the pilgrimage, but still no studies have discussed about the definition of e-Hajj itself. Whereas that definition affect the business process model, that runs on the organization associated with the organization of the hajj. In this paper, we discuss about a definition of e-Hajj using some literature reviews concept based on the hermeneutic approach. It used to identify many components related of hajj and e-Government to examine the question: What is the definition of e-Hajj that appropriate for Indonesia? We collect the literatures, and then make a review that related to hajj, e-Government and organization of the pilgrimage. The instances are pilgrimage activity, operational, and management to be analyzed. The purpose is to discover e-Hajj definitions that appropriate for Indonesia. This research suggests that e-Hajj is the management system of Hajj to help the candidate of Hajj from the registration until the repatriation, just using the modal data, integrated, and avail the tracking technology.

It used to identify many components related of hajj and e-Government to examine the question: What is the definition of e-Hajj that appropriate for Indonesia? We collect the literatures, and then make a review that related to hajj, e-Government and organization of the pilgrimage. The instances are pilgrimage activity, operational, and management to be analyzed. The purpose is to discover e-Hajj definitions that appropriate for Indonesia. Position control of single stage dual range positioning system 单级双量程定位系统位置控制

High speed machines with high positioning accuracy have become very important in order to achieve high productivity gains. The system that is capable of achieving both coarse and fine positioning has a wide range of applications in the field of precision engineering. This paper presents a novel method for position control of single stage dual range actuation system. In the developed system both coarse and fine positioning is achieved using ball screw actuator and a gearing mechanism. The friction in the ball screw actuator is identified using Tustin and LuGre models. Position control of the developed system is programmed using Programmable Logic Controller.

The instantaneous development of medical technology keeps on expanding every year. One of the crucial devices used in most hospitals is health-monitoring device. However, in critical situation such as in ambulatory services, which involve a lot of physical movement, using wired devices such as electrocardiogram (ECG) machine or photoplethysmography (PPG) signal acquisition device may seem to be quite burdensome. PPG is a method of measuring blood volume changes in body veins. It is a non-invasive, simple and low cost device which is widely used for medical application especially for ambulatory purposes. Therefore, this paper presents the design and development of wireless PPG based health monitoring device via Bluetooth sensor. The main objectives of this research are focusing on both establishing the hardware and software for a complete system. The further analysis will be done based on full hardware and software architecture for developing and designing a complete device for wireless PPG based health monitoring application. The outcome is tempted to fulfill the desire of producing a valuable and high potential product in its suitable application.

Methodology for the analysis and quantification of human error probability in manufacturing systems 制造系统中人为错误概率的分析与量化方法

The most serious problem for human error estimation is the scarcity of empirical data on human performance for the development and validation of Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) approaches. This issue is strongly evident in manufacturing systems, where the data collection and availability of a meaningful dataset to feed human reliability have severe constraints related to time-resource consuming and accuracy of the collection approach. This paper proposes a beginning taxonomy of human error consequences in order to support data collection in manufacturing systems and to identify experimental human error probability (HEP). This taxonomy is the first step of the methodology for HEP analysis and quantification and for validation of theoretical curves of Simulator for Human Error Probability Analysis (SHERPA) model. A new statistical methodology is able to quantify experimental HEPs, starting from the realistic human error consequences, and to compare them with the SHERPA theoretical human error distributions. This methodology, used for the SHERPA validation, may be useful for assessing current HEP estimation into HRA approaches.
