Soybeans (Glycine max L.) is one of the most valuable crop cultivated in the world, it serves as a good dietary source of protein for human diet and oil seed and as a feed for livestock and aquaculture and also as a feed stock for biofuel. Soybean oil is used directly in food and preventing high blood pressure caused by arteriosclerosis. It also contains lot of the essential vitamins for the body. Soybean cultivation in India started in 1976. Soybean production in India has increased to about 966 ha. Yield levels have stabilized at about 2895 metric ton per hectare. This present review is focusing on the plant growth promotion activity of Bradyrhizobium communities with special reference to cultivation of Soybean.

Microorganisms has a vital role in agriculture in order to promote the exchange of plant nutrients and reduce the application of chemical fertilizers. The crucial factor controlling the growth and nitrogen fixation of Azospirillum in the soil is drought, i.e. high temperature and low moisture and salinity. Nevertheless, the crops are highly adapted to drought and saline soils. So, the crop is also to be inoculated with the organism of stress-tolerant nature to establish strong colonization and effective Rhizobiocoenosis. The survival of the inoculated strains at such stress conditions is also very important. Influence of osmotic stress conditions such as salinity and drought on the Azospirillum - plant root association and on the various mechanisms conferring crop response by Azospirillum are unknown. Therefore, a large screening development of stress tolerance in Azospirillum strain with all potential for agricultural crops grown in semiarid regions is highly necessary.

Phosphorus is an essential constituent of many organic components of biological importance. The deficiency of phosphorus impairs growth and reproductive process; phosphorus cannot be replaced by any another element in all respects and is uniquely associated with essential metabolites. Phosphorus is required for proper growth development and maturity of field crops. This present review is focused on the role of phosphate solubilizing bacteria in the enhancement of plant growth

Market structure is information about business behavior and market performance which is explained through market conditions. This study aims to determine the structure of traditional markets in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province by looking at the distribution channels of products that occur at the level of traders involved in trading activities in the traditional markets of Barru Regency. The results of research in the field show that in the traditional market Mattirowalie, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province has a market structure with a level of distribution network for agricultural products. Initially these goods were obtained partly from producer farmers (Barru seller farmers), partly from wholesalers (agents) who originating from other districts enter into collectors and retailers in the traditional market Mattirowalie, Barru Regency, especially wholesalers (agents) of rice and vegetables, then collectors after obtaining goods sell their merchandise to local retailers, then retailers sell or distribute their merchandise to local retailers. buyers / consumers in the traditional markets of Barru Regency.
