The incidence varies according to regions, with a predominance in pediatric patients. In adults, there has been an average age of onset at 50 years with a female predominance in a 1:7 with respect to the men [3]. An estimated worldwide incidence of 1.2 cases per million inhabitants. In Latin America, there is no standardized report that allows establishing epidemiological data, with an estimated survival of 38% one year after diagnosis [4] (Figure 1). However, this figure may be underestimated as it is a diagnosis of exclusion and due to the lack of specificity of the clinical picture.

Nowadays, public participation is one of the most important factors to improve the feasibility, legitimacy, and quality of urban plans. In Iran, due to a lack of comprehensive understanding of the participation notion and its necessary socio-economic and political infrastructures, participatory decision-making has faced some serious challenges in both processes of preparing and implementing. This paper focuses on practical strategies for preparing participatory urban plans. Also, it seeks to answer this question: What is the role of planners to prepare a real participatory planning? It is presumed that a conceptual model for participatory planning can be fitted with Iran’s conditions using integrating the fundamental philosophic ideas of participatory planning such as theories of Paul Michel Foucault and Jürgen Habermas, given the fact that the present participatory planning in Iran needs a supportive theory which is adopted with power structures in Iranian urban planning system. In this regard, Habermas’ theory of communicative action and Foucault’s theory of power structures are reviewed by a comparative analysis method to present an integrated conceptual model for participatory planning in Iran’s condition. Finally, the CDS-making process in Anzali of Iran is analyzed to examine this claim in practice. The results yield that enabling urban planners to act as communication facilitators during planning can propel the participatory planning from theory to a real practice by integrating the positive aspects of communication and power.

Common signs of corona virus infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death. People who are suffering from prevailing chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, etc. may die due to their weaker immunity system. Most of the people around the world died due to panic attack and due to extreme fear. A fear of not having vaccination for the virus infections has also taken a big death toll. Therefore, it is very important to build a stronger robust immune system and patients need to think positive and follow the positive approach to combat the disease. We will discuss 3 things in these articles. Understand energy concepts of the disease and healing of the same How to boost our immune system either through a natural way or through energy healing system? How does our subconscious mind contribute to the illness and death?

Gangliogliomas are predominantly low-grade primary brain tumors comprised of neuronal and glial components that are found in both pediatric and young adult populations. In the majority of cases, surgical resection of these tumors is curative. However, tumor location in eloquent centers of the brain can make surgical intervention inappropriate. Additionally, a subset of tumors progress to anaplastic ganglioglioma which carries a poor prognosis, despite resection. Activating mutations in the MAPK pathway, such as BRAF V600E, have been identified in many of these tumors. Tumors carrying such mutations have demonstrated susceptibility to MEK inhibition therapy. However, there remains a subset of ganglioglioma that do not contain a known mutation in the MAPK pathway and thus have not been targeted with MEK inhibition therapy. Here, we present a young adult ganglioglioma patient without identified MAPK pathway activation mutations who demonstrated a significant and sustained response to MEK inhibition with trametinib.

During pregnancy, women go through physiological and psychosocial changes considered normal at this phase; on average one in five women have symptoms of distress. Having to face a disease prone to cause congenital abnormalities in the fetus or newborn further increases the psychological stress of pregnant women. The multidisciplinary team must ensure the physical and psychological well-being of these pregnant women throughout pregnancy [1].
