There are few reports of the association between Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (AFF) and lupus. Lupus erythematosus is a recurrent chronic disease accompanied by acute, subacute and chronic lesions. Telogen Effluvium occurs as part of the systemic activity of the disease, and scarring alopecia results from discoid lesions on the scalp. Other types of alopecia, such as alopecia areata, can sometimes be found in lupus. AFF is a typical form of cicatricial alopecia. It can also lead to the development of tiny papules on the frontotemporal region. It occurs mainly in postmenopausal women. The coexistence of AFF and Lupus erythematosus, as observed in our patient, may be indicative of a common pathogenic background. *Correspondence to: Jihane Ziani, Department of Dermatology, Hassan II university Hospital, Fez, Morocco, E-mail: dr.zianijihane@gmail.com

A rare however serious complication of myocardial infarction is left ventricular pseudoaneurysm that requires urgent intervention to avoid unforeseeable fatal rupture. Here, we present a successful repair of posterolateral and basal left ventricular pseudoaneurysm case, using a modified Dor technique.

Objective tinnitus can be heard by both the patient him or herself and examiner. Objective tinnitus can be treated in many cases by medicines like muscle relaxants, anti-convulsatants, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and anti-cholinerjics or can be treated by surgically. To the best of our knowledge in medical treatment there is not use of gabapentin for medical treatment of objective tinnitus. In this report a woman 40 y-old has for a long time objective tinnitus was presented.. She was treated by gabapentin and full recovery was observed.

We report on a 32-year-old woman, gravida 5, para 2 who presented with a rapidly growing process of a choriocarcinoma after spontaneous birth. Two weeks after delivery, the patient suffered from dyspnoe, tachycardia and two large ovarian cysts. Diagnostic showed a metastasis choriocarcinoma in the lung. After the first application of chemotherapy according to the EMACO protocol the patient degraded quickly. She had a respiratory distress syndrome and an endotracheal intubation was necessary. We suspected a massive tumour cell lysis with haemorrhage after chemotherapy. Tumourlysis syndrome in choriocarcinoma is a rare complication as it is in solid tumours. Treatment in the intensive care unit allowed continuation of chemotherapy with EMACO. The general health state of the patient improves slowly and ß-HCG falled. After 78 days of hospitalization the patient was able to be discharged from hospital.

The Novel Coronavirus which causes COVID-19 is the ongoing global public health emergency and the greatest challenge we are facing nowadays. Wuhan, Hubei, China was the place where this disease was first recognized in December 2019. On March 11, 2020, this disease was declared a pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO). It also has been announced as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on January 30, 2020 by World Health Organization (WHO) [1]. As of 15th May 2020, the novel Coronavirus has affected more than 4,527,165 people around the world and has taken more than 303,416 lives and has spread to more than 210 countries and territories. By February 2020, the Coronavirus was confirmed to have reached in Pakistan and there were 37218 total cases, 10,155 recoveries and 803 deaths as of 15th May 2020 [2]. In order to control this situation, the Government of Pakistan has issued a series of national and provincial guidelines such as limiting travel, social distancing, strict quarantine measures and closure of educational institutes all over the country and these guidelines have been disseminated on various channels successfully [3].

Hairy cell leukemia (HCL) is a rare indolent lymphoproliferative disorder usually clinically characterized by pancytopenia and splenomegaly. It is very sensitive to purine analogues cladribine and pentostatin which are both primarily excreted by kidneys and registration labels bear warnings against their use in patients with severe renal insufficiency. We report a patient with HCL and severe renal failure who was successfully treated with five subcutaneous injections of cladribine 0.14 mg/ kg and six biweekly infusions of rituximab 375 mg/2 iv. This regimen was tolerated remarkably well without cumbersome side–effects. Our case-report suggests that cladribine can be efficaciously and safely used in patients with severe renal insufficiency if administered in standard doses once every two weeks.

The normal human larynx has three major functions: phonation, breathing and airway protection. The voice is not essential for survival and sometimes could be compromised in an effort to preserve the airway and prevent aspiration [1]. Chronic repetitive bronchoaspiration is a serious consequence of the nonfunctional larynx, with increased morbidity and mortality. The treatment of aspiration comprises; conservative management and surgical procedures which can be divided into adjuvant and definitive procedures [2]. The adjuvant procedures include tracheotomy, cricopharyngeal myotomy [3], laryngeal suspension, cricoid resection [4] and various vocal fold medializations.

Cerebral venous thrombosis, thrombosis of the intracranial veins and sinuses, is a rare type of cerebrovascular disease that hits about 0,1-0,2 people per 100000 and accounts for 0•5 % of all stroke. The mortality range from 5 to 15%. Straight sinus thrombosis is a rare type of cerebral venous sinus thromboses and is extremely difficult to diagnose, especially at its acute stage. The diagnosis is often delayed in many cases of straight sinus thrombosis that brings to treatment delay and a poor prognosis. We illustrate a case of a patient with straight sinus thrombosis with bilateral hemorrhage lesions who showed a fast evolution and sudden onset.

Thrombo-embolic conditions, particularly deep venous thrombosis, intramural cardiac thrombi and carotid atheromatous plaques require immediate medical attention because of their propensity to produce fatal pulmonary, cardiac and cerebrovascular outcomes. Treatment of these conditions are varied and sometimes complicated. In this paper, we report successful treatment of each of these three conditions using oral NattoEnzym supplement tablets, with the aim to great awareness of the effectiveness of NattoEnzym in thrombo-embolic conditions.

Background: Ectoderm is a primary germ layer. The ectodermal dysplasias are defined as developmental defects of embryonic ectoderm. Different types were defined but there is not any case that has papillomatas on tonsils. Herein, we report two girls, one was 5-year-old and the second was fifty-five year-old diagnosed with tonsillary papillomatas. Also both have ntellectual disability, curly hair and papillomatas on interdental space . Conclusion: Multidisciplinary approach to syndromic patients is always needed. Physicians must be carefull about signs and symptoms of these patients for suitable diagnosis.
