We developed a novel optically computed phase microscopy (OCPM) system, for depth-resolved phase imaging. We used OCPM to assess cellular uptake of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), for the optimization of drug delivery systems based on LNPs.

Highly Efficient Nonlinear Spectral Broadening in a Multi-Pass Cell at 2.05 µm 2.05µm多通电池的高效非线性光谱展宽

We present nonlinear spectral broadening of pulses with input pulse energy of 1.74mJ at 2.05µm inside a gas-filled Herriott-type multi-pass cell with efficiency of 95%. The transform-limited pulse duration is reduced from 1.43ps to 0.27ps.

We investigate the interplay between the second- and third-order nonlinearities in lithium-niobate waveguides with uniform and linearly-chirped poling. The poling-period is exploited as an additional degree-of-freedom to tailor the output spectrum in an unprece-dented way.

ZnO-based TCO with a resistivity of 1.93×10-4 Ω cm was achieved by femtosecond laser processing without elements doping. Besides, the carrier density increased by five orders of magnitude compared to the pristine one.

Simulation and optimization of extra-ordinary transmission from 1D-plasmonic metasurfaces was performed for near-infrared spectral range and utilized to sense absorptive analytes. Optimal metasurfaces could achieve spectral-sensitivity of 1539 nm/RIU and transmittance-sensitivity of 426 %/ RIU.
