Pangambatan Village, as part of the Lake Toba National Strategic Area and a tourist destination, still lacks facilities, infrastructure, and professional human resources to manage its cultural and tourism potential. An initial mapping of the conditions and potential of the area is needed to drive tourism in Pangambatan Village towards sustainable tourism. This can be done by mapping environmental conditions and tourism potential in Pangambatan Village, providing recommendations for sustainable tourism management, and providing environmental management facilities. The study was carried out using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology. UAV technology offers new opportunities for fast and efficient remote environmental monitoring and the collection of high spatial and temporal resolution data. Characteristics patient of admission to the intensive care unit and operating room are needed for better team development and achievement competence. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of critical patients in the intensive critical unit and operating room. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive design using secondary data. The data were obtained from the medical records of the ICU of the public hospitals in Sibolga City, Central Tapanuli Regency and Padangsidempuan City. The results of research in the ICU showed that the majority of critical patients were female (51.17%), aged 56-65 years (25.76%), primary diagnoses of disorders of the neurological system (24.36%), and the patient's prognosis moved to the emergency room. treated or referred (61.31%). The results of the study in the operating room found that the majority of the sexes were male (54.20%), the largest sample aged 56-65 years (31.52). The most common surgical procedures were surgery on the nervous system (42, 86). Timbang Deli Village is one of the villages at Deli Serdang Regency that has village’s women business group (UP2K-PKK) to improve family income. In this village, there has not been much training or counseling about creative industries. One form of the creative industry is bouquet making. A bouquet is a series or decoration with various forms of variations given at certain moments. This training aims to 1) increase the income of village women's business groups through the creative industry for making bouquets, 2) utilize social media as a means for marketing bouquet products. The approach method used is to collaborate with partners, the government, and the PKK group by conducting counseling and training and mentoring methods to start a bouquet business. This training was considered successful to increase partner’s knowledge and skills in bouquet arrangement.

The problems that exist in the partner environment are financial data collection, especially payroll, and the school fee payment system is done manually so that income and expenditure discrepancies often occur. Furthermore, data collection for setting school operational costs is still done manually making it difficult when reporting the BOS budget (school operational assistance), teacher and student attendance systems are ineffective, management system data collection, inventory is still manual so it is not known what inventory items are owned, data collection Unstructured Library Books. The use of information technology that has not been integrated into the learning process. The solution to the problems to be handled is the use of an integrated school information system. Implementation methods used to overcome the problems encountered include; observation, identification of partner problems, solutions to partner problems consisting of: (1) Observation of partners (2) Introduction of integrated school information systems. (3) Assistance in the use of an integrated school information system for the school management team. (4) Training and mentoring for teachers to use teaching material features, E-Absence and Smart Library (5) Evaluation in each implementation of the service program, as well as the outcome targets for service. The results of this Community Service Activity were an increase marked by Based on pre -the test given before the delivery of the material and the post-test carried out by the participants after receiving the material exposure and training found that there was a significant change from the pre-test score with an average value of 1 and 2, namely enough and less to an average value of 3 and 4 with good and very good weight scores when doing the post-test. The problem faced is the number of productive age youth who cannot increase their income because the Covid-19 pandemic makes limited mobility of the community. In addition, a lot of time spent at home without doing productive activities so that entrepreneurship activities through online media become one of the solutions to increase income. The purpose of this community service is to provide business skills to young people of productive age during the Covid-19 Pandemic through online media. This community service is addressed to young people of productive age in Limau Mungkur Village of Binjai City. The method used in achieving these goals is by socializing and lecturing about business management through Facebook and Instagram and practicing making dimsum and tumpeng mini. This skill training is used to make online sales to social media users and is used to create a strategy to sell dimsum and nasi tumpeng mini to be purchased by the community. Through empowerment carried out, young people of productive age become very enthusiastic to do entrepreneurial activities by utilizing social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

"Activist Farm" is a sheep and goat farm that was established aimed at increasing the income of farmers and has the concept of integrating livestock whose target is to meet the protein needs of the community and the fulfillment of livestock seeds as a center for goat and sheep production in North Sumatra province. The limited knowledge and skills in raising livestock such us to procurement of feed ingredients, ration formulation and maintenance management encouraged coaching team from University of sumatera utara to provide assistance / coaches. Several technologies from research results of the university can be applied, so that they can motivated farmers to increase their business, increase farmer income and in order to support protein resilience during a pandemic. As a solution in overcoming this problem, it is necessary to increase knowledge and skills in the cultivation of goats, the introduction of alternative sources of feed ingredients (feed ingredients based on agricultural by-products, plantations, food processing industries) and livestock waste processing to support the productivity of goats to reduce production costs, making complete silage feed, making probiotics and formulating goat and sheep rations. The specific target of this activity is that farmers are able to determine potential alternative feed to be given for goats, are able to make probiotics for fermentation, complete fermentation and formulate rations, understand good farm management and efforts to improve biosecurity in supporting livestock health and the environment. The service method is packaged in the form of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, training and pilot projects. Service activities are summarized in a guidebook in the form of a Goat and Sheep Maintenance Management Module. From this activity, it is targeted that there will be cost efficiency (savings in animal feed costs because it can utilize alternative sources of feed ingredients), formulating and making independent concentrate feed, savings in the cost of purchasing probiotics and organic fertilizer fermentation methods.

The low interest in children to read books is a problem that must be overcome by village apparatus in Aman Damai Village of Sirapit District. In addition, the management of the library is still very simple so that it is not able to attract the community, especially children to come, besides the lack of facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of providing solutions offered is to improve the administration and management system of village libraries in an effort to increase reading interest in children. This community service is addressed to the village apparatus as library manager and children. Methods used in achieving these goals include socialization to children and parents about the importance of reading interest in children and training in improving village apparatus skills in managing village libraries, providing books of various types such as textbooks to comic books for children. This community service is also done to train village apparatus in managing library through the provision of codes and numbers on books, drafting, to the lending system that can be done by children. The conclusion of this community service is that nowadays children visit the library more often because the available books can attract children’s interest to read. Moreover, the management and administration of library has become more organized than before.

The development of an inventory control system using the RAD methodology is a solution offered to stores. The results of the system test found that the sorting process is faster and can help control the amount of inventory, service life, and items that are nearing expiration can be known quickly by shop owners through reports presented by the system.

Community empowerment in the field of village planning towards an independent village is part of an effort to improve the standard of living and the economy of the community in the village which is still in a condition that has not been able to escape from poverty and underdevelopment, when in fact the potential of the village at this time can make a significant contribution to improving the standard of living of the community. community income. Dokan Village as one of the tourist destinations in Karo Regency does not have a draft village development document that is oriented towards strengthening the village government. The Dokan Village Government tends to carry out normative development, as a result, the potential wealth of tourism in Dokan cannot be maximized. Research on community empowerment in the making of the village strategic plan in the District of Mark is able to answer matters relating to the reality related to the condition of village tourism, especially in Dokan Village, which shows that the development of tourist villages and tourism potential is not being managed optimally. The research objectives are (1) to describe the potential of Dokan tourism village in supporting village development; (2) to analyze the human resources of the Dokan Village community related to the knowledge factor of the Dokan Village community; (3) to analyze the level of empowerment in tourism village development and its correlation in increasing the income of rural communities; and (4) to formulate a village development strategy in improving the facilities, quality and management of Dokan Village tourism.
