Training on Developing Powtoon-Based Animated Video Learning Media for Mathematics Practitioners in Mataram 马塔兰市数学从业人员动画视频学习媒体开发培训

Background. Learning media has a very important role in supporting the acceptance of information conveyed by the teacher to students. Through the media, information will be more easily accepted by students because it looks attractive so that students can focus more on understanding the material. However, based on initial observations in the field, many teachers have not utilized the latest digital media such as Powtoon. Purpose. The media that are commonly used are still in the form of Powerpoint (Ppt) and Student Worksheets. Method. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide training and assistance in making Powtoon-based animated video learning media for Mathematics academics in Mataram City. This activity was carried out online and was attended by 50 participants who were Mathematics practitioners in the City of Mataram. Results. The result of this community service activity is a Powtoon-based animated video learning media made by each participant. This learning media created is the result of mentoring PKM activities and is the output of these activities. In addition, there was a positive response from the trainees of 91.04% regarding mastery of the material, the technique of delivering the material, suitability of the material and the needs of the trainees, and the completeness and ease of operation of the Powtoon program. Conclusion. Thus, this PKM activity significantly improves the quality of learning mathematics in the classroom. Through this training and mentoring, trainees as Mathematics practitioners in the City of Mataram can produce Powtoon-based animated video learning media that suit students' needs.

Improving Health Status in The Elderly Through Health Checks and Education at Nuriah Nursing Homes in Karimun. 通过卡里蒙Nuriah养老院的健康检查和教育改善老年人的健康状况。

Background. Elderly is the final stage of development in human life. Everyone who goes through old age will experience various changes.Purpose. From the results of data collection for the elderly at the Nuriah Nursing Home, Kec.Sei Lakam, Kab. Karimun can identify the main problem in the elderly, namely the risk of declining health status of the elderly as evidenced by the existence of health problems such as CKD, high blood pressure, heart disease, rheumatism, paralysis and diabetes mellitus.Method. The method used is by conducting health checks and counseling followed by 5 elderly people.Results. The results of this activity showed that from 5 elderly people, 1 elderly had hypertension because the elderly underwent dialysis 2 times a week. 1 elderly suffers from malnutrition. 1 elderly had dementia, and one elderly experienced long bed rest.Conclusion. The conclusion is that 70% are all carried out / assisted by orphanage officers. Starting from bathing, clothes, chapters and tubs. The elderly seem to understand how to improve health status.

Background. Professional Madrasah Principals in the new paradigm of education management will have a positive impact and fundamental changes in the reform of the education system in Madrasas.Purpose. This quantitative study In addition to this, becoming a professional headmaster needs to start with a professional appointment as well.Method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research procedures that produce data descriptions in the form of words, spoken, or a person's behavior.Results. The result is that professionalism has good performance, so the competence of the principal here is very good in improving teacher performance and professionalism. a) Creating a program involving all school members is a form of leadership in human resources as human beings who need to be respected.. b) In achieving the school's vision and mission, the principal of the MI Al-Ma'arif Bojongsari school has delegated authority to teachers and administrative staff as a mirror of modified leadership. c) In improving the competence of pedagogic teachers, the principal of the MI Al-Ma'arif BojongsariConclusion. The efforts made by teachers in improving pedagogic competence are teachers have realized that the work of the teacher is a profession that needs to be improved. Efforts made by teachers in improving pedagogic competence, in addition to following the program that has been implemented by the school.

Masjid Friendly: Mosque Based Economic Empowerment 清真寺友好:基于清真寺的经济赋权

Background. This research aims to offer a friendly mosque movement. The friendly mosque movement aims to make the mosque the main base in empowering the people's economy by referring to QS. at-Taubah (9): 18.Purpose. To examine this in this study, researchers used the type of library research (literature study), using primary and secondary sources, and using data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data presentation, and verification.Method. Of these four programs, it can be realized in the form of a friendly mosque movement that can be used as a foundation for the economic empowerment of the people.Results. The results of this study are the friendly mosque movement through three management instruments, namely: 'idarah (management); 'imarah (pemmukran); ri'ayah (maintenance and procurement of facilities), can realize four programs which include: 1) Eco-Masjid Program; 2) Independent Mosque Program; 3) Productive Mosque Program; 4) Child Friendly Mosque Program.Conclusion. If the idea of a friendly mosque with these four programs is applied to 290,161 mosques in Indonesia, then the economic problems of the people will be solved and the mosque will be the main instrument in solving these social problems.

Background. The thing that makes learning boring is learning that is monotonous and does not use learning media. This digital era requires teachers to use digital-based and interactive media. One application that can be used in learning is quizizz. This application resembles learning that is packaged in the form of games so that students are very happy to participate in learning.Purpose. This activity aims to develop interactive learning media based on the Quizizz application for junior high school teachers in Sinjai besides teachers and students can implement fun and enjoyable learning.Method. The method used in this activity is the Workshop. This activity was carried out at the UPTD SMPN 6 Sinjai where at this school teachers were still minimal in using computer-assisted learning media. The learning media developed is application-based media (Quiziz application). The stages of implementing activities are planning, implementation and evaluation. This planning was carried out by observing at SMPN 6 Sinjai and socializing with the school principal and teachers. The implementation carried out is the delivery of materials and practices in developing Quizizz-based media. While the evaluation is the participants giving an assessment of this workshop activity.Results. The results achieved in this activity were that the workshop participant teachers had increased their understanding of learning media by using the Quizizz application and were able to apply it in learning.Conclusion. In conclusion, this quizizz application can make it easier for teachers to develop digital-based learning media and make learning more enjoyable for students.

Background. The Merdeka Curriculum as an alternative curriculum overcomes learning setbacks during the pandemic which gives "Independent Learning" freedom to learning implementers, namely teachers and principals in compiling, implementing the learning process, and developing curriculum in schools paying attention to the needs and potentials of students.Purpose. This research was conducted to provide an overview of the Merdeka Curriculum as a form of independent learning in elementary schools regarding the profile of Pancasila students, the structure of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools, and the teaching tools used.Method. The research was conducted using the Library Research method (literature study) and visited a website that presents information related to the Independent Learning Curriculum in elementary schools.Results. In preparation for the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers need to learn more about the Merdeka Curriculum and consider projects according to student phases in order to achieve meaningful, profound, and fun learning outcomes as well as students.Conclusion. The Merdeka Curriculum with the concept of independent learning in elementary schools provides "independence" for education implementers, especially teachers and principals, in compiling, developing and implementing the curriculum based on the potential, and needs of students and schools.

Background. Children with special needs (ABK) are children who are in several ways different from other children in general. Among the crew members are Special Children (ALB), which consists of children who are blind, deaf, mentally retarded, quadriplegic, mentally disabled and double disabled. Some of the main things that need to be considered in the learning process for ALB are teachers, learning methods, learning approaches, infrastructure and learning support media (teaching aids).Purpose. The purpose of this community service activity is to solve the problems faced by partners in the English learning process, namely when a disorder results in disruption in daily functioning, especially in learning, the student requires special services (children with special educational needs) and requires specific learning methods in addition to appropriate and interactive learning media.Method. The solution offered to overcome this problem is the optimization of teaching methods. The recommended approach in the English language assistance activities for the Cilacap State Polytechnic PkM Team is in the form of prompts and demonstrations. Meanwhile, teaching English can use total physical response (TPR) by maximizing lip reading technique in addition to maximizing the use of flash cards to attract students' interest and focus.Results. The results obtained from this community service activity are increasing the ability of children with special needs to say a few simple words in English. The growth and development of children with special needs increase after the community service activities are completed. This is shown from the evaluation results carried out by the service team by conducting a post-test on ABK.Conclusion. To get significant results, namely increasing the growth and development of ABK, especially in the pronunciation of words in English, it is better if this activity is carried out regularly in the future.

This community service aims to provide education about stunting and its prevention in order to increase awareness of mothers so that they can help their children in a period of normal growth and development while reducing the incidence of stunting in Indonesia. After the millennium era, the development of information technology has become quite fast, and changes in business patterns have also increased sharply. One of them is in the world of marketing. During the pandemic and post-pandemic times, digital transformation has been carried out, namely digital marketing or marketing products in cyberspace. Community service is one of the right ways to carry out the socialization of information technology in marketing techniques to support economic development. The community service that will be carried out is entitled Utilization of Digital Platforms and Social Media in Marketing Product Creativity for the PKK Desa Batu Rejo Group, to help the PKK Desa Batu to produce products that will be marketed online through digital platforms and social media that are already widely used by people. PKK groups will be guided and trained to be able to manufacture and market their products in the online market, so they can remain productive even from home. The activities carried out in this service are workshops on digital platforms and social media as well as training on their utilization in online marketing of the creative products of the PKK Batu Rejo Village group.
