Social media can affect people's mindset and lifestyle, especially millennials. From various information obtained on social media, one of them that can be applied is da'wah activities. This research uses a social media case study, namely the Tiktok application conducted by Hafiz Qur'an, and a young da'i, the Tiktok account @Hudzaa. The case study in this study is that followers of Tiktok accounts @Hudzaa. Research method, using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and interviews with followers. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the @Hudzaa tiktok account on the effectiveness of da'wah for followers. The study's results, the use of TikTok @Hudzaa as a da'wah medium is appropriate, and a short drama in da'wah has a positive impact on followers, so followers have applied it in everyday life. It is hoped that this research can be a new insight for the millennial generation and in creating content on the Tiktok application to be more innovative in delivering da'wah in accordance with the challenges of the times.

This study aims to analyze the Principal's Leadership and Islamic Boarding School Culture on Teacher Work Motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This type of research is a quantitative research. In this study, primary data was used and carried out by observation and questionnaires at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents used in this study were the teachers and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, amounting to 47 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used Descriptive Analysis, Research Instrument Test, Hypothesis Testing, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership and culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable of work motivation at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Junior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo. While the results of the partial test with the t-test showed that leadership and culture variables had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation variable at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Middle School, Kraksaan Probolinggo.

Development of Learning Management System (e-Learning) based on Wordpress and Learnpress. This research was conducted to generate and determine the feasibility of web-based e-learning using CMS (Content Management System) WordPress and LearnPress at PT Indo Karya Solusi. This research is a development research with the ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). The steps in this research are the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. validation of media experts, material experts, one-to-one trials, small group trials and field trials using questionnaires. The data analysis technique for feasibility uses quantitative descriptive analysis. According to the assessment of media experts, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 88.8% this is the very good category. According to the material expert's assessment, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 93.3% this is the very good category. according to the one-to-one trial, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 90.6% this is the very good category. According to the small group trial, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 96.13% this is the very good category and according to field trials with a larger number of respondents (50 e-learning training participants), it is feasible to use it with a score of 92,76% this is the very good category. From these tests, it can be concluded that web-based e-learning using CMS (Content Management System) WordPress and LearnPress at PT Indo Karya Solusi is feasible to use.

This study aims to develop an authentic assessment instrument for writing observation report text skills in vocational high schools and produce an authentic assessment instrument for writing observation report text skills that are valid. This research was conducted at a Vocational High School in Bekasi, which has implemented the 2013 curriculum. The techniques used to obtain research materials were observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the Research & Development model development from Borg & Gall. The results of this study were 1) implementation of authentic assessment at Bina Insan Kamil Vocational High School using lesson plans and assessment rubrics in the textbook, 2) valid and reliable observation report text writing skill instruments were obtained through expert review, small and large scale trials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan e-modul bimbingan teknis berbasis Canva dalam Panitia Pengawas Pemilihan Kecamatan (Panwascam) di Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Serang. Pengembangan modul ini mengikuti model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). E-modul digital ini mencakup berbagai materi yang relevan dengan tugas dan fungsi Panwascam, termasuk prosedur pengawasan pemilihan, penanganan pelanggaran pemilihan, dan teknik pelaporan hasil pengawasan. Metode R&D (Research and Development) digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memvalidasi dan mengembangkan produk tersebut. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 29 anggota Panwascam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul bimbingan teknis berbasis Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Panwascam dalam melaksanakan tugas pengawasan Pemilu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa e-modul bimbingan teknis berbasis Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Panwascam di Bawaslu Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi wondershare filmora pada mata pelajaran seni budaya materi seni lukis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta memudahkan peserta didik dalam proses penyerapan materi. Peneliti menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall sebagai pedoman untuk mengembangkan suatu produk yang efektif. Prosedur penelitiannya adalah menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik, merancang bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan, mengembangkan bahan ajar yang telah dirancang, mengimplementasikannya pada peserta didik serta mengevaluasi hasil implementasi bahan ajar. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi wondershare filmora ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik karena di dalamnya disuguhkan tampilan menarik dengan disisipi konten berupa video tutorial serta diiringi backsound dan narasi yang padat dan jelas sebagai pendukung interaktifnya media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan serta dapat membantu siswa mengetahui bentuk nyata dari materi yang dipelajarinya. Bertambahnya pengetahuan pendidik mengenai pengembangan bahan ajar, meningkatnya efektivitas pembelajaran serta tumbuhnya motivasi dan minat belajar peserta didik merupakan hasil yang didapatkan. Namun, pada kesempatan ini peneliti hanya berfokus pada pengembangan bahan ajar.

This study aims to elaborate on using a prospective approach to improve the effectiveness of students learning achievement in the Academic Writing tutorial : program. Thirty participants were involved in a series of face-to-face tutorial programs. The objective of this program –Academic Writing - is to help teachers who enroll in a distance learning program to be able to write adequate academic papers. Since the writing process is considered a mental constructive activity, the tutors must design and implement the constructivist learning perspectives in this course. To attain the course objective, the participants had to involve in several learning assignments that employed constructivist learning design. Six elements of the constructivist learning design - Situation, Groupings, Bridge, Questions, Exhibit, and Reflections - were applied in this research. The pre-test and post-test research designs were implemented in this study. Besides, the portfolio assessment was also used to assess the participants’ learning outcomes in completing their assignments - writing their academic papers. The study results show that implementing the constructivist approach significantly increases the motivation and the ability of the students to write academic papers in the Academic Writing course of the Teacher Education Program of Universitas Terbuka
