Murid didapati kurang mempunyai rasa ingin tahu, kurang bertanya soalan dan kurang berminat untuk membuat penerokaan semasa pembelajaran formal dalam bilik darjah. Rasa ingin tahu dapat membantu murid untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan, kemahiran, pengalaman, dan nilai dalam diri melalui rangsangan yang bersesuaian. Dalam mata pelajaran Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi (RBT), rasa ingin tahu juga dapat memandu murid ke arah penerokaan idea baharu berdasarkan kehidupan sebenar bagi menyelesaikan masalah dan mereka bentuk produk yang berteraskan teknologi seperti yang . Justeru itu, kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti rasa ingin tahu murid dalam pembelajarannya bagi mata pelajaran RBT. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk tinjauan dengan seramai 143 orang responden daripada murid tingkatan dua. Rasa ingin tahu murid diukur menggunakan instrumen 5-Dimensional Curiosity Scale . Dapatan kajian menunjukkan murid mempunyai rasa ingin tahu yang sederhana dalam pembelajaran RBT. Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan dimensi rasa ingin tahu sosial menunjukkan nilai min yang tertinggi berbanding dimensi toleransi terhadap tekanan yang mempunyai nilai min yang terendah. Namun, pengkaji mendapati tiada perbezaan yang signifikan untuk tahap rasa ingin tahu murid berdasarkan jantina mahupun pencapaian akademik. Rasa ingin tahu murid berkait rapat dengan kaedah dan aktiviti PdP yang digunakan guru dalam pengajarannya bagi membimbing dan menarik minat murid untuk meneroka dalam pembelajarannya. Kajian ini mengesyorkan agar kajian lanjutan dijalankan bagi melihat kepada pelaksanaan kaedah dan aktiviti PdP yang bersesuaian bagi meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu murid dalam pembelajarannya.

The aim of this study was to assess the validity and reliability of a newly developed instrument designed to measure food skills competencies in addressing food neophobia (FSFN) among preschool teachers. The Rasch Model Measurement was employed to analyze the validity and reliability of a159-items instrument that designed to measure FSFN of teachers working in one of Malaysian public early childhood institutions. The study included 31 teachers and assistant teachers who were selected through stratified cluster random sampling. The validity of the FSFN instrument was evaluated through four main functional analysis. Overall, both the respondents' and items' reliability values in the FSFN instrument were considered excellent and acceptable, ranging from 0.94 to 0.99 and 0.80 to 0.89, respectively. Point-measure correlation analysis revealed no negative values, and item matching analysis resulted to the elimination or revision of 22 items that did not meet the requirements. Additionally, based on the local dependence analysis, the standardized residual correlation value, detected 14 items that required removal. Thus, to enhance the FSFN instrument's functionality, a total of 36 items were removed, and 123 items remained. This study believed that by eliminating these items, the FSFN instrument's validity and reliability for the actual study would improve.

Growing oil palm among the indigenous peoples in Peninsular Malaysia is not uncommon. While individuals’ success either economically or academically are lauded and ought to be nurtured and supported, previous study by Wirth believes that collective success is the key not only in elevating the socioeconomic status but also serves as a mean to retain them as a cohesive unit culturally and socially. This study aims in promoting a model for collective development in the form of cooperative in oil palm cultivation of the indigenous peoples. Through simple random sampling and snowball techniques, a total of fifteen small-scale oil palm farmers from an indigenous village in the state of Pahang were interviewed periodically during the months of June till September, 2020. The results of the study found that these indigenous oil palm farmers faced both social and economic issues between the household members as well as within the indigenous community arising from inequalities of income level. At the macro level, a competent cooperative will attain far greater achievements and more beneficial to the indigenous community than a few successful farmers due to the concept of inclusiveness and sustainability. It is hope that the cooperative model can be replicated in other indigenous communities and effectively raise the overall living standard of the indigenous community in Peninsular Malaysia.

Kesejahteraan warga emas terlantar amat bergantung kepada penjaga mereka. Justeru, kajian ini akan meneroka bebanan penjagaan dan kesejahteraan warga emas terlantar di kediaman mereka. Kajian telah dilaksanakan secara kualitatif menggunakan teknik temubual bersemuka. Seramai 5 orang informan terdiri daripada penjaga warga emas terlantar di daerah Kota Bharu Kelantan telah berjaya ditemubual secara bersemuka. Hasil kajian telah dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan analisis manual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan terdapat empat tema beban penjagaan warga emas terlantar terdiri daripada tahap kebergantungan, masa penjagaan, tingkahlaku warga emas dan keupayaan daya tindak penjaga. Terdapat warga emas terlantar yang bergantung sepenuhnya kepada seorang penjaga sahaja dan tidak mahu individu lain melakukan aktiviti harian untuk mereka. Tingkah laku warga emas yang suka marah dan menengking menuntut kesabaran yang tinggi dan boleh memberi tekanan kepada penjaga. Sebahagian penjaga perlu memantau warga emas 24jam/7hari sehingga berlaku mengabaikan keperluan diri. Penjagaan berterusan boleh mengakibatkan penjaga mengalami ‘burnout’, spillover dan perlukan masa untuk penjagan diri. Penjaga mengakui bahawa mereka berisiko mendatangkan kesan buruk kepada warga emas seperti menyakiti hati atau perbuatan yang menyakitkan. Kesimpulannya, penjaga warga emas terlantar memerlukan masa untuk berehat seketika (Respite care). Oleh itu, dicadangkan program kesedaran mengenai keperluan penjaga untuk berehat dan penyediaan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan Respite care oleh pelbagai agensi perlu diperluaskan ke seluruh negara .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran bahasa inggris. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penenlitian kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan kelompok kontrol eksperimen pretest posttest untuk menguji keefektifan Media Video Pembelajaran, sebelum memulai pembelajaran peneliti melakukan pretest untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa selanjutnya pembelajaran dilakukan dengan kelompok eksperimen diberi intervvensi media sementara kelompok kontrol tidak diberi intervensi media, setelah itu kedua kelas diberi posttest untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa inggris yang diperoleh melalui uji T-test dimana uji T-test memperoleh hasil yang menunjukan bahwa kelas ekperimen memiliki perolehan nilai yang lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol sehingga dapat disimpulkan kelas yang diberi intervensi media video lebih efektif untuk pembelajaran Bahasa inggris dibanding kelas yang tidak diberi intervensi media video sama sekali. Setelah melakukan posttest Peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket observasi yang diberikan kepada 30 siswa kelas eksperimen XI SOS 5 SMA Negeri 1 Larantuka . setelah dilakukannya perhitungan nilai perolehan angket, diperoleh nilai rata-rata angket persepsi siswa yaitu (93) dan juga diperoleh mayoritas tiap butir yang dijawab berupa respon positif dari siswa. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media video pembelajaran Bahasa inggris di dalam kelas mendapatkan persepsi yang sangat baik oleh siswa yang berbanding lurus dengan perolehan hasil posttest kelas tersebut yang lebih tinggi dibanding kelas yang tidak menggunakan media video .Temuan ini dapat menunjang penelitian selanjutnya tentang hubungan motivasi,minat dan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan media video pembelajaran untuk Bahasa inggris.

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is one of the government's policies in the field of education. MBKM opened a new paradigm of education implementation. MBKM is an educational innovation to ensure that the learning process is inclusive and in accordance with the times. MBKM is expected to have a significant impact on the actors that involved in the education ecosystem, including students. The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of MBKM based on the level of student satisfaction at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Tanjungpura. This paper uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and interviewing 44 respondents. The research hypothesis is that student satisfaction with MBKM has an impact on the impact of MBKM. The results of this study were that the implementation of MBKM at FKIP UNTAN obtained a score of 3,795 with a percentage of 75,907. This value is included in the “satisfactory” category, so it can be concluded that the MBKM program has a significant impact on students at FKIP UNTAN

The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of MBKM based on the level of student satisfaction at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Tanjungpura. This paper uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and interviewing 44 respondents. The research hypothesis is that student satisfaction with MBKM has an impact on the impact of MBKM. The results of this study were that the implementation of MBKM at FKIP UNTAN obtained a score of 3,795 with a percentage of 75,907. The purpose of this research aimed a) to find and analyze the effect of work stress and information technology on employee performance partially, b) to identify and analyze the effect of work stress and information technology on employee performance simultaneously, and c) to find out and analyze the dominant influence on employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of SMP Negeri 2 Pakis Kabupaten Malang, a total of 35 people. In this stud,y the researchers made the entire population (35 employees) as a sample which was 35 people. The data analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Research results showed; a) the variables of work stress and information technology had a partial effect on employee performance, b) variables of work stress and information technology simultaneously influenced employee performance, and c) information technology variable had the most dominant influences on the performance.

本研究的目的是:a)发现和分析工作压力和信息技术对员工绩效的部分影响,b)同时发现和分析工作压力和信息技术对员工绩效的影响,c)发现和分析对员工绩效的主导影响。本研究的人口为SMP Negeri 2 Pakis Kabupaten Malang的所有雇员,共35人。在本研究中,研究人员将整个人口(35名员工)作为样本,即35人。本研究的数据分析方法为多元线性回归分析。研究结果表明:a)工作压力变量和信息技术变量对员工绩效有部分影响,b)工作压力变量和信息技术变量同时影响员工绩效,c)信息技术变量对绩效的影响最为主导。

Penelitian terapan ini bertujuan merancang e-book untuk memberi kemudahan dalam pemahaman materi kuliah yang memerlukan perhitungan. E-book dikembangkan menggunakan Jupyter-book dengan contoh materi Perhitungan Statistika Pengujian Hipotesis. Metode penelitian, menggunakan ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan yaitu, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengembangkan rekayasa rancang bangun sistem aplikasi web dan phone android berdasar sumber terbuka jupyter-book. Bahasa program menggunakan bahasa python dengan input perhitungan statistika dan output sebuah aplikasi berbasis web (dengan url). Dari evaluasi terbatas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan Aplikasi Komputer Statistika, didapat nilai visual e-book dan tingkat kemudahan masing-masing memberikan 80 (baik) dan 90 (mudah).

The use of ChatGPT is increasingly widespread, including in the business world. ChatGPT like technology in general has 2 sides, namely positive and negative sides. This article intends to examine more deeply the potential benefits of ChatGPT in the business world including its negative impacts and risk mitigation. This article is in the form of a critical review of the ChatGPT Application by conducting application user experience testing and literature studies. From this research it can be found that ChatGPT does bring benefits, but also carries negative risks for workers or humans in general, so risk mitigation needs to be prepared such as increasing skills, wisdom and critical thinking.
