The aim of this study is to analyze how using a digital pocketbook can enhance students' learning independence in civil law classes. Understanding the laws controlling the legal relationships between people/individuals and legal entities is possible through civil law courses offered by the Pancasila and Civic Education Departments. This study employed a descriptive quantitative methodology. Fifth-semester Universitas Negeri Medan civic education students served as the research subjects. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to gather the data; data reduction involved choosing, focusing on, and simplifying the data; data display involved presenting the data in a table and figure; and conclusion involved providing meaning, confirming, and verifying the data. The outcomes demonstrated that utilizing the digital pocketbook effectively increased student learning independence. The average student questionnaire response rate for Digital Pocketbook in civil law courses is 84.58%. Thus, it could be concluded that learning independence is impacted by digital pocketbooks, using digital pocketbooks in civil law classes can help students become more independent learners.

It is a Classroom Action Research with the aim to describe the implementation of Task-Based Learning for students of various scientific disciplines in large class to improve students’ English ability. This research subjects were first semester students at Widya Dharma University Klaten in the general course (MKU) of English in group F with a total number of students are 103. The technique of collecting the data were test, observation, interview, and documentation. This research conducted in two cycles with a posttest in every cycle. The results found that there were the improvement of students’ English skills based on the mean scores of post-test in cycles 1 and 2 in Informatics Engineering class A was from 72 to 75, class B was from 76 to 79, Informatics Management was from 73 to 80, Geography Education was from 60 to 77, Civic Education was from 65 to 77, Physiotherapy was from 70 to 76, and Agricultural Product Technology had same score was 78. From the observation, activities in Task - Based learning trained students’ cooperative attitude, improved their interest, and enriched English vocabularies on their own scientific disciplines. This research can be as a reference for teachers in large class to create innovative activities to achieve learning goals; as source of information and reference material for further research to be further developed in other materials to improve the quality of learning.

Remaja menghadapi banyak masalah emosional dan cenderung dicirikan mudah bereaksi akan situasi yang memicu emosi, termasuk emosi marah. Tidak semua remaja dapat menerapkan keterampilan-keterampilan tersebut hingga dapat menampilkan emosi marah dengan cara yang lebih sehat. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi daring untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan emosi marah pada remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian campuran dari metode kuasi experimental dan wawancara kualitatif, hal ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi daring untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan marah pada siswa Perempuan. Sampel yang diambil dari Partisipan siswa remaja perempuan yang berusia 14-16 tahun yang sedang bersekolah ditingkat SMP atau SMA. Teknik pengambilan sampe menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah empat partipsipan yang telah melalui skrining terkait kesulitan mengelola emosi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Anger Expression Scale (AES). Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Uji Friedman menunjukkan adanya perbedaan secara signifikan pada kemarahan siswa saat sebelum intervensi, setelah intervensi, dan follow up (χ2(2) = 7.600, p = 0.022). Terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan pada aspek anger in siswa pada ketiga kelompok interval waktu pengukuran (χ2(2) = 6.500, p = 0.039). Meskipun demikian, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada cara siswa mengekspresikan marah (2) = 4.500, p = 0.105). Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada kemarahan dalam diri siswa (χ2(2) = 0.154, p = 0.926). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa intervensi ini secara tidak signifikan evektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan marah pada siswa perempuan remaja

The research aims to find out the role of oil plants in the implementation of low-carbon development in Depok City as well as developing biology subjects teaching materials in upper secondary schools of the Xth grade from June to December 2023. This research uses a purposive sampling method by setting five location points. On the other hand, the development of teaching materials based on the ADDIE model is used. The parameters used include the number of stomata leaves, the large c/v ratio, and the ambient air quality index. The results of the research showed that on the road Margonda Raya City Depok has 21 types of protective plants with a total of 509 plants and with the most frequency is trembesi with the rate of the number of stomata 32,39 smaller than the control location on the street Boulevard GDC with the largest number of stoma, that is, an average of 50,33±7,09 cells, so the stomatal density on the leaves of trembesi in this location is higher compared with other segments, which is 256,476 ± 36,13 cells/ mm2. Data recorded the V/C ratio of Margonda Raya Street in 2022 at 0.91. Depok's air quality index on Monday, June 12, 2023, from 4.00 to 5.00 PM is PM10 of 33, PM2.5 of 60, SO2 of 16, CO of 58, O3 of 5, NO2 of 19, and HC of 20. The results of the research are used as teaching materials. The results showed that the three-validator rating category was highly valid (86.57%), the one-on-one and small-group ratings also showed highly valid categories (85.57%), and the student's limited test result showed the category was very valid (90.75%). amounting to 80.95 on pre-test and post-test rates of 96.38. N-gain's effectiveness is 0.74, which means it's very effective.

The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the influence of democratic parenting and learning discipline on PPKn learning outcomes among students at SDN Dolopo 01, Madiun Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a type of correlation research and is used to research certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative data analysis with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been applied, data processed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of research on the influence of democratic parenting and learning discipline on the PPKn learning outcomes of students at SDN Dolopo 01 Madiun Regency, researchers can draw conclusions regarding three things related to the problem formulation, namely: there is a significant influence between democratic parenting on students' PPKn learning achievement. SDN Dolopo 01 Madiun Regency, significance of 0.146, significance level (α) of 0.000<0.05. This study aims to examine the effect of parental social support on students self image. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive research type. The population in the study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 81 Jakarta with a total of 252 students. From this population, samples were taken using the Random Sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 170 students. The technique of collecting data in this study uses a questionnaire. The data is then tested for validity and reliability, categorized, then data analysis is the T test (Partial). Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the social support of parents of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 81 Jakarta was in the moderate category with a percentage of 60.3%. While self image in class VIII SMP Negeri 81 Jakarta is also in the moderate category with a percentage of 62, 4% and the results of the Partial T Test for the significance value of the Coefficient table were obtained by Sig. 0.000 which means 0.000<0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.321 which implies that the effect is 30.1% and the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant influence of parental social support on the self image of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 81 Jakarta.

People use technology in this digital era in all activities, this can be seen from the development of industry 5.0 which makes it easier for us to access all the information we need. The aim of this research is to investigate the ICT-Based Learning Media (TikTok) to enhance students' speaking skills at SMP Miftahul Hidayah. The design of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) and uses qualitative and quantitative data with instruments in the form of interviews, tests, observations and documentation. Participants in this research were 30 students from 8th grade at SMP Miftahul Hidayah. The findings of this research showed that there was an improvement in English-speaking skills in grade 8 of SMP Miftahul Hidayah, as evidenced by data from the pre-test, post-test cycle 1, and post-test cycle 2. The pre-test result showed that the students' mean score was only 63, and the post-test 1 result showed that the students' mean score was 68, and the post-test 2 result showed that the students' mean score was 75, with 87% of the students passing the standard minimum criteria, indicated a significant improvement in teaching speaking by TikTok as a learning media. Based on the findings of the data analysis that teaching English in the classroom using TikTok as a learning media is capable of improving students' speaking skills.

The aim of this research is to investigate the ICT-Based Learning Media (TikTok) to enhance students' speaking skills at SMP Miftahul Hidayah. The design of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) and uses qualitative and quantitative data with instruments in the form of interviews, tests, observations and documentation. Participants in this research were 30 students from 8th grade at SMP Miftahul Hidayah. The findings of this research showed that there was an improvement in English-speaking skills in grade 8 of SMP Miftahul Hidayah, as evidenced by data from the pre-test, post-test cycle 1, and post-test cycle 2. The pre-test result showed that the students' mean score was only 63, and the post-test 1 result showed that the students' mean score was 68, and the post-test 2 result showed that the students' mean score was 75, with 87% of the students passing the standard minimum criteria, indicated a significant improvement in teaching speaking by TikTok as a learning media. The field of education should serve as an example in all actions, prioritizing commendable attitudes so that students possess the ability and sense of responsibility for their work. In creating theses, students often use the same references, exhibit similarity in thesis titles, replicate research methods, and some even merely change the location and research subjects while maintaining the same topic. This study explores the level of plagiarism in 79 thesis proposals of students at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University, through a recapitulation of Turnitin results. This research aims to determine the level of plagiarism in thesis proposals using Turnitin software. The research method employed is qualitative, involving the calculation of the percentage of plagiarism in students' thesis proposals. This research indicates that the plagiarism level in the introduction section of students' thesis proposals shows an average similarity index of 64%, categorized as moderate. In the theoretical study section, the average similarity index is 71%, categorized as high, while in the research methodology section, the average similarity index is 68%, categorized as moderate. In general, this information can be used as a basis for university leadership to implement tasks for students that encourage enriching references, fostering reading interests, and understanding how to paraphrase in every scholarly writing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Metode Demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Berbicara Siswa, mengetahui apakah penggunaan Metode Demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa, mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas belajar selama kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan Metode Demonstrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research), yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan di dalam kelas, dimana peneliti mempelajari dan melakukan refleksi secara kolaboratif dengan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki proses dan hasil pengajaran di kelas melalui perbaikan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan sehingga hasil belajar siswa meningkat yaitu dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 dan ke siklus 3 terjadi peningkatan, siklus 1 rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 35%, aktivitas siswa sebesar 37,5 % dan minat belajar siswa 64%. Pada Siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan namun kurang memuaskan yaitu meningkat menjadi 65%, aktivitas siswa 59% dan minat belajar menjadi 78,7%. Siklus 3 merupakan akhir penelitian, nilai rata-rata siswa telah mencapai nilai yang diharapkan, perolehan nilai sebesar 85%, aktivitas belajar sebesar 86% dan minat belajar meningkat menjadi 81%. Disimpulkan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar berbicara bahasa Inggris karena dengan metode ini siswa belajar seolah-olah dihadapkan pada kegiatan sehari-hari, siswa belajar dan berlatih.

TPACK stands for technological pedagogical content knowledge is a learning paradigm which integrates technical knowledge into content and pedagogical ideas. With education trends in the digital age heavily reliant on the incorporation of technology in the teaching and learning process, TPACK model has become a necessity for lecturers. The purpose of this study is to assess the pedagogical proficiency of UIA instructors and to offer suggestions for improvement. This study design is for a survey. The whole student body of UIA Jakarta is the target demographic. While the undergraduate students in the sixth semester make up the small population. Simple random sampling was utilized as the sample strategy. Data are collected via questionnaire, and descriptive statistics are used for analysis. The results showed that the average score of lecturers' pedagogical competency was 3.51 (excellent), and that greeting and prayer at the start and conclusion of the course received the highest score of 3.63. In order to close the accomplishment gap in learning, pedagogical proficiency is crucial. The study's implications include urging UIA lecturers to take part in Instructional Techniques Training (PEKERTI) for professional certification, incorporating the TPACK model into their instruction, and making sure that there is sufficient access to and high-quality ICT resources to support academic activities on campus.
