Body dissatisfaction is prevalent among women with disabilities and exerts impacts on reproductive health, with sexual attitudes considered a influential factor. Based on social comparison theory and self-objectification theory, a survey was conducted with a valid sample of 406 adult women with disabilities in China. Data were collected using the BSAS, NPSS, PDSBE. A parallel mediation model of body esteem and sexual esteem between sexual attitudes and body dissatisfaction was constructed. Path relationships were tested and the results indicated that: (1) sexual attitudes exhibit a significant negative impact on body dissatisfaction. (2) body esteem and sexual esteem play parallel mediating roles between sexual attitudes and body dissatisfaction. (3) the mediating effect of body esteem is greater than that of sexual esteem. It is recommended that sexual attitudes, body dissatisfaction, sexual esteem and body esteem should be taken into consideration when intervening in reproductive health of women with disabilities.

This particular case study examines the association between oocyte morphology and assisted reproductive technology (ART), particularly, the smooth endoplasmic reticulum clusters (sERCs). It describes an extraordinary case in which 80% of the mature oocytes had giant sERCs, which raised concerns about the oocyte quality and the resultant embryonic development and clinical prognosis It concerned a patient who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Two embryos, derived from oocytes with sERCs, were transferred on day 3 following ICSI and sERCs became the focus. The results covered the entire continuum of fertilization, embryonic maturation, and clinical outcomes, the endpoint of which was a successful live birth. Such results demonstrate the complex background between the oocyte dysmorphia and reproductive performance, still, in ART, it is possible that considerable dysmorphia is not necessarily a negative prognostic factor. Further studies are needed to address the oocyte dysmorphia and ART's changes.

Sexological interviews in gynecological consultations remain a practice that is not routinely undertaken despite the importance of sexual health. The objectives of this study were to investigate patients' expectations from a sexological interview, and the elicitation of sexual dysfunctions. A cross-sectional study was performed at the Maternity and Neonatology Center of Tunis. We included patients aged >18 years who consulted for gynecological reasons outside of any emergency or pregnancy. Our study included 200 patients with a mean age of 41 (±10) years. We found that72.5% of the patients appreciated the approach to sexuality during gynecological consultations. A total of 77.5% of the women indicated that their current gynecological pathology affected their sexuality. The mean of female sexual function index score was 25.05 (±5.03). The most affected domain was desire, with a mean of 3.54 (±1.05). The main predictive factors for sexual dysfunction were: age > 40 years, endometriosis, gynecological cancer, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Thus, it's important to introduce sexological interviews in gynecology consultations, especially for patients at risk of sexual dysfunction.

The recent United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 30) which took place in Belem, Brazil, underscored an inescapable reality: that climate change is no longer a distant threat but an immediate driver of poor sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) outcomes in many parts of the developing world, especially sub-Saharan Africa. The Belem Health Action Plan (BHAP), launched at the summit1, places health - particularly SRHR, at the core of climate adaptation, offering a roadmap for African nations to confront the intertwined crises of climate vulnerability and SRHR inequities.

The study investigates the relationship between entrepreneurial attitudes and self-efficacy among Pakistani students at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Using quantitative methods, n = 250 students were surveyed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 20.0. This study used the Pearson correlation test to examine the relationship between variables, with special attention to the Entrepreneurial Attitude Scale and the Multidimensional Leadership Self-Efficacy Scale. Data were collected from the respondents through purposive sampling. The results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial attitude and self-efficacy, and behavioral, cognitive, and emotional factors have a substantial impact on entrepreneurial attitude and self-efficacy. The study highlights that cultivating a positive entrepreneurial mindset among students can increase their self-efficacy, which is critical for entrepreneurial success. It recommends that universities build strong entrepreneurship education programs that include practical experiences such as internships, business simulations, and mentoring. This approach improves students' entrepreneurial skills and their chances of starting successful businesses.

This study examines the impact of socio-cultural constraints on women's participation in sports in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, with a specific focus on their effects on sexual and reproductive health. We used a qualitative research design. The data were collected from 20 urban and semi-urban women using purposive sampling techniques, gathering information through interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations. We present the findings using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that socio cultural norms often portray sports as a male-dominated activity, although physical activity is accepted for its health benefits. Women adapt to sports by perceiving them as health-related, usually balancing family and community expectations with their personal goals. The research demonstrates the need for policies that encourage women's participation in sports, ensure access to safe transportation, promote female coaching, and address socio-cultural barriers to enhance women's reproductive health and overall well-being.

This study evaluated the happiness levels and sleep quality of women practicing yoga. Fifty-four women participated in a 4-week yoga program with 60-minute sessions three times weekly. Data were collected using a Socio-Demographic Form, the Happiness Scale (HS), and the Cumhuriyet Subjective Sleep Quality Scale (CSSQS) before and after the program. Mean HS scores increased significantly from 14.44±3.94 to 17.50±4.28 after yoga (p<0.05). Mean CSSQS scores decreased significantly from 25.07±7.90 to 16.66±9.75, indicating improved sleep quality (p<0.05). Differences were also significant across age, education, marital status, income, employment, and smoking status (p<0.05). These findings suggest that yoga is a promising intervention to improve happiness and sleep quality among women.

This study was conducted to determine the perceptions of psychiatric nurses toward the sexuality of individuals with mental disorders. The research was conducted between January 1 and March 30, 2024, employing a qualitative design and individual in depth interviews with 31 psychiatric nurses. The procedure was terminated once data saturation was achieved, and the data were then analyzed using thematic analysis. Five main themes and seven sub-themes were determined. The main themes included sexual life, the factors influencing sexual life, civil rights related to sexual life (marriage and having children), inability/unwillingness to talk about sexual life (taboos and myths about sexuality, patient- and nurse-related reasons), and improving sexual health (education and counseling, paying attention). The study revealed that psychiatric nurses often disregard the sexuality of individuals with mental disorders and have inadequate skills in providing sexual care.

The study examined the relationship between food availability, access, utilization, malnutrition, and obesity in India during 1995 2020, as per the data available at five-year time gaps. Taking a graphical analysis approach, the study explored the interlinkage among food security, malnutrition, and obesity. The results showed a steady rise in both food availability and obesity over the years. The study also noted the rising food accessibility and utility, and its concurrence with obesity trends. Despite the improvement in food security, the trend in the prevalence of malnutrition was paradoxical, declining at first but bouncing back by 2020. The study concluded that while food security in terms of availability had increased, it had led to more consumption of calorie dense processed food, which had led to more obesity. It suggested ways to raise awareness of the risks of poor diet, regulate junk food marketing, promote physical activity, improve access to nutritious food, and make food distribution systems more resilient to fight India's double burden of obesity and malnutrition.

Until now HIV has remained as a global health problem. The HIV epidemic in Indonesia focused on a key population, especially on Men who have Sex with Men (MSM). This study analyzed the relationship between the consistency of condom use and HIV status among 1,357 young MSM (15-24 years) of the 2018/2019 Integrated Biological and Behavioral Survey at 19 districts/cities in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using multiple logistic regression to control potential confounder variables. The consistency of condom use was 37.7% and 15% were HIV antibody positive. Young MSM who inconsistently used condoms were 1.56 times (95% CI: 1.10-2.22) more likely to be infected with HIV than who consistently used condoms after controlled with age. MSM aged 20-24 years who inconsistently used condoms were at a higher risk of contracting HIV compared to aged 15-19 years. Therefore, messages on HIV prevention should emphasize the danger of using condom inconsistently.
