This article comprehensively examines and analyzes the role of PR tools in the promotion and advertising of museum communications. The views of foreign piarologists were considered and 4 main directions of PR technologies in the development of museum communications were analyzed. As the basis of these directions, the essence of the event is fully revealed, considering marketing. In this regard, he compiled analysis tables that reflect the advantages and disadvantages. There is also information about the museum's information assets on the Internet, how to use them. Finally, the importance of the media in the development of museum communications is highlighted.

The whole system of education is aimed at activating the speech-cogitative activity of students. To this end, the teacher is looking for different forms of teaching. Within the framework of the personal-activity and communicative approaches in teaching a foreign language, innovative learning models are developed and different types of classes are used to achieve all these learning goals. In this article, we consider the features of one of the principles of learning - situational-thematic. It involves knowledge of lexical and grammatical material, which is grouped around certain topics and situations of communication. The issue raised in the article concerns the situational topic of communication "At the doctor's". It is known that the acquisition of various kinds of knowledge, communicative and speech skills, as well as the formation of personality are the principles that play a significant role in the learning process. The authors of the article tried to show that properly selected textual material, which is of interest to students, makes it possible to fulfill the learning goals set for teachers and students.

With the onset of the 30-year period of gaining independence by Kazakhstan, the problem of the concept of "national idea" remains relevant. The path traveled by the republic during this period dictates the need to disclose the concept and status of the national idea. Since the national development and self-sufficiency of any state, first of all, begins with the definition of the basis of the ideology of society. The article raises the problem of the national idea and the definition of its occurrence. The role and significance of the national idea in society is studied. Theoretical aspects of this concept are disclosed. The conclusions of the study will allow further consideration of the national idea in the context of the art and culture of Kazakhstan.
