Survey penyusunan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja Kepolisian Resor Brebes dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan sekaligus sebagai wahana penyerap aspirasi masyarakat baik yang berupa saran, harapan, sekaligus komplain terhadap pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini untuk dijadikan pedoman kebijakan, program dan strategi guna peningkatan pelayanan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan di peroleh nilai hasil penelitian Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Brebes sebesar 81,30 dan berada pada katagori SANGAT BAIK.

This research has the aims to analyze the effect of visual identity ,academic reputation and service quality on student satisfaction at Unsoed. This research is descriptive research with survey method by using questionnaire to collect the data. Research results show that visual identity, academic reputation and service quality has positive effects on student satisfaction. Based on research result, FEB should increase the way to maintaining their visual identity ,increasing their academic reputation and enhancing service quality to maintaining student satisfaction.

Creative industry is a very potential sector in the development of small and medium industries in Indonesia. Creative industries are industries that focus on creating goods and services by relying on expertise, talent and creativity as intellectual property. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of creating culture, freedom of creation behavior and willingness to open a network of employee work creativity in the creative industries in Banten Province. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a sample of 95 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling analysis with PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that there was no influence of creating culture on employee work creativity. There is a positive and significant influence of creating culture on freedom of creative behavior, there is a positive and significant influence on freedom of creation behavior on employee work c[i]reativity, there is a positive and significant influence on creating freedom of behavior on the willingness to open networks and there is a positive influence on willingness to open networks on employee work creativity.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang dimediasi oleh kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada kantor BPR BKK Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas. Pemilihan sampel didasarkan pada Metode pengambilan sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan partial least square dan dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan memiliki efek positif pada kinerja keuangan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kinerja pegawai memediasi pada dampak tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kepribadian, gaya hidup, dan niat meninggalkan prostitusi. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kepribadian, gaya hidup, dan niat meninggalkan prostitusi, karena hubungan tersebut belum terjelaskan dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 103 responden, dan analisis data menggunakan Canonical Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian dan gaya hidup memiliki hubungan yang relatif kuat pada niat meniggalkan prostitusi.

One of the drivers of technological advances is the Internet, which led to the occurrence of shifting trading patterns from offline to online. But the problem is that some users of e-marketplace services, such as Bukalapak, Tokopedia, and Shopee do not know what is most interested by the community. Therefore we need to do the research which one is most interested by the community. In this research conducted observations and analyses of Website features, featured Website features, promotions what is done and by using Google Trend, in a way by comparing the three e-marketplace. The results of this study are used to find out which people are most interested in and for reference in choosing e-marketplace for the perpetrators of small and medium enterprises (SMES) or the public.

This study revisits the market reactions on the dividend payment events, cum-dividend date and payment date, using the event study method. The sample of this study includes all dividend announcements from 2017 to 2018 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study performs various robust statistical tests proposed by Harrington and Shrider (2007), who point out that standard classical t-test is not enough to ensure abnormal return on an event because of the bias due to volatility caused by an event. Using various statistical tests for testing the abnormal return, this study shows that the market indeed reacts to the cum-dividend date and dividend payment date, as well as showing that the classical t-test showing the same conclusion as the other tests.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan dana coorporate social responbility (CSR) apakah memperlemah ataupun justru memperkuat. Penelitian kami memberikan wawasan bagaimana profitabilitas melalui dana CSR tersebut dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan nilai lingkungan dan sosial. jika perusahaan tersebut semakin berkembang dan meluas maka perusahaan tersebut semakin luas juga untuk memanfaatkan sumber-sumber alam maupun masyarakat sosial semakim meluas dan citra terlihat baik dimasyarakat maka secara tidak langsung dapat meningatkan profitabilitasnya. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 sampel perusahaan sektor pertambangan dan sektor industri dasar dan kimia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling selama periode 2016-2018 sementara metode analisis yang kami gunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang menggunakan indicator Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dana Coorporate Social Responbility tidak signifikan dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dana Coorporate Social Responbility mampu memoderasi secara positif atau memperkuat hubungan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pada variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel tersebut dapat menjelaskan nilai perusahaan sebesar 44,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,7% dipengaruhi oleh varibel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of fintech-based financial services on financial literacy and financial inclusion on Medium Enterprises in Purwokerto. To test the empirical model, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used. Other analysis tools used included AMOS 21.0, SPSS 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The number of samples in this study was 108 micro business owners. The results of this study indicate that fintech-based financial services have a positive influence on financial literacy and micro-business financial inclusion in Purwokerto.

Berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi yakni generasi web berbasis web 2.0 menjadi latar belakang kemunculan media yang berbasis user generated content memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Perbedaan karakter dan fitur setiap media dengan perkembangannya menimbulkan motif dan kepuasan yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gratification sought dan gratifikasi obtained serta nilai selisih dari keduanya pada pengguna website Zomato.com yang berbasis UGC di wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori uses and gratification 2.0 sebagai kerangka kerja dan jurnal Shao (2008) sebagai motif acuan media berbasis UGC. Metode penelitian ini yakni metode survei deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data survei yang dilakukan pada 100 responden di wilayah Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik secara non probability sampling. Pernyataan hasil survei diolah secara univariat dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan motif harapan tertinggi penggunaan website Zomato.com yakni self-expression dengan persentase 14,72% dan motif harapan terendah yakni virtual communities dengan persetase 13,71%. Sedangkan motif kepuasan, persentase tertinggi yakni motif information seeking 15,48% dan motif terendah yakni motif virtual communities 12,64%. Nilai selisih dari gratification sought dan gratifikasi obtained didominasi oleh penurunan rata-rata tiap motif-nya seperti information seeking, self-expression, mood management, entertainment, self-actualization dan virtual communities. Sedangkan motif social interaction mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata.
