Non Linear Dielectric Phenomenon in BaTiO3 - Bi (Ti1-xMgx)O3 . Ceramic Material BaTiO3 - Bi (Ti1-xMgx)O3的非线性介电现象。陶瓷材料

The distinguishing characteristic of an insulator is its resistivity. An insulator has a higher resistivity than a semiconductor or conductor and has high dielectric properties. The adjustable dielectric property is characterized by a change in the permittivity of the dielectric under an applied electric field, this phenomenon is called "dielectric nonlinearity" (dielectric tunability properties). With these properties, a new phenomenon will arise adjustable dielectric properties in dielectric ceramic materials. The aim of this research is to observe the non-linear dielectric phenomenon in BaTiO3-Bi(Ti1-xMgx)O3 ceramic material with x= 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9. Ceramic materials were synthesized using the sol-gel method which produced nano-sized powders. Impedance data was measured using an impedance analyzer (Solartron SI 1260, Solartron Metrology, West Sussex, UK) in a frequency range of 100 Hz to 500 Hz with an ac measuring voltage of 0.1 V. Dielectric tunability properties were measured from 0oC to 250oC using an automatic component analyzer. at 10 kHz. All samples show the phenomenon of dielectric tunability with different maximum permittivity. The highest permittivity was obtained at x= 0.6 but the highest transition temperature where non-linear phenomena occurred was found in the sample with x= 0.5.

This paper describes the functions of the amil zakat, infaq, and alms institutions in the management of zakat in Gowa district. in addition to a discussion of the cultural system related to the implementation of the zakat. This study discusses the processes of zakat distribution, namely the real actions of the parties involved in the process of giving and receiving zakat. In this connection, it can be described as a form of activity carried out by individuals and BASNAZ in the context of distributing zakat to poor Gowa citizens. The results of this study indicate that the zakat practice carried out by Muzakki in Gowa district is not yet optimal. The management of zakat by BASNAZ in Gowa district in terms of collection and distribution, is not too significant because muzakki are still accustomed to handing over directly to mustahik so that the hope of making zakat can have implications for increasing the welfare of mustahik has not been done well.

This research was conducted to obtain data related to the relevance of the practice material of Land Measurement, Civil Engineering and Planning Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University (UNM) in various civil engineering jobs. The method in this research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis design. The samples taken are 25 alumnus and students who have experience in the field of land measurement. Technical analysis of data using coding techniques (coding), scoring (scoring) and percentages. In collecting research data, using a questionnaire method or a questionnaire containing statements related to jobs taught to students of the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education. The results showed that the average value (mean) of the relevance of the practice material of soil measurement of the Civil Engineering and Planning Education Department in various civil engineering jobs is on an interval scale of 3.28 - 4.03 or with the highly relevant criteria

Development of Arabic Language Learning Model Based on Bi'ah Lugawiyyah to Improve Student's Speaking Skills in Islamic Religious College 基于《比阿·卢格威耶》的阿拉伯语学习模式的发展提高伊斯兰宗教学院学生的口语能力

Learning Arabic in universities has not yet utilized the language environment as a learning resource. Improve speaking skills in Arabic cannot be separated from the language environment. This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective Arabic learning model to improve students' Arabic speaking skills at Islamic religious colleges. This research is research and development by adopting the ADDIE design by Branch, which consists of five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluations. The research subjects involved 23 university students for the practicality and effectiveness test and two experts for the validity test. Data collection techniques were carried out using instruments such as questionnaires, interviews, observation sheets, and tests of Arabic speaking skills. Qualitative and quantitative methods then analyzed the data. The data analysis showed that the bi'ah lugawiyyah-based Arabic learning model was tested to be valid, practical and effective in improving students' Arabic speaking skills at Islamic universities.
大学阿拉伯语学习尚未充分利用语言环境作为学习资源。提高阿拉伯语口语能力离不开语言环境。本研究旨在建立一个有效、实用、有效的阿拉伯语学习模式,以提高伊斯兰宗教院校学生的阿拉伯语口语能力。本研究采用分公司的ADDIE设计进行研究与开发,分为分析、设计、开发、实施、评估五个阶段。研究对象包括23名大学生进行实用性和有效性测试,2名专家进行效度测试。数据收集技术是通过问卷调查、访谈、观察表和阿拉伯语口语技能测试等手段进行的。然后采用定性和定量方法对数据进行分析。数据分析表明,基于bi'ah lugawiyyah的阿拉伯语学习模式在提高伊斯兰大学学生阿拉伯语口语能力方面是有效的、实用的和有效的。

Needs Analysis of Problem-Based Learning Models in Boarding School: A Preliminary Research 寄宿学校基于问题的学习模式需求分析:初步研究

This study aimed to find out how the description of the need for the development of problem-based learning models in Islamic boarding schools in the subjects of Social Sciences. This research is the initial phase in research and development (R & D) devoted to studying needs analysis with a qualitative approach. Data were collected using several instruments such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively by using content analysis techniques. The results showed the teachers and students at the As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School, especially MTs. As’adiyah Putra 1 Sengkang showed that students' ability in the field of Social Science studies still needed methods that we’re able to improve their learning achievement so that they could exceed the Minimum Completeness Criteria. They need innovation in the development of problem-based learning models to replace conventional methods that have been used in Islamic boarding schools.

The Effectiveness of the PONTA Learning Model Based on Blended Learning in Vocational High School 基于混合学习的PONTA学习模式在职业高中教学中的有效性

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the blended learning-based PONTA learning model in vocational high schools. The model developed consists of 5 stages, namely: preparation, observation, negotiation, transfer, and apply. The trial design was carried out using a pretest-posttest group design. The test was carried out on class XII students of SMK Negeri 3 Makassar and SMK 10 Makassar. Data analysis used (1) gain score index data analysis; (2) normality analysis; (3) homogeneity analysis. The results showed that the results of testing the effectiveness of the blended learning-based PONTA learning model at SMK 3 Makassar obtained an n-gain value of 0.40 in the medium category with 81.92% learning completeness in the high category. While at SMK 10 Makassar, the n-gain value was 0.42 in the medium category with 83.24% learning completeness in the high category. Based on the research results, blended learning-based PONTA learning model in vocational high schools is effective and feasible to use to increase knowledge of occupational safety and health in the environment.

The Development of Mathematical Learning Models that Utilize Multiple Intelligence of Junior High School Children in Takalar District 塔克拉拉尔地区初中儿童多元智能数学学习模式的发展

This research is development research which aims to develop mathematics learning device based on project with role playing method in social Arithmetic material in class VII at SMP which is valid, practical and effective. The referred learning devices cover: (1) lesson plan, (2) student’s book, (3) project worksheet, and (4) assessment sheet. The model of development device which was used in this research adopted from Plomp which covered five stages, namely: (1) pre-investigation, (2) design, (3) realization/construct, (4) test, evaluation, and revision, and (5) implementation. However, this research was conducted until stage (4) so that the result only obtained the final prototype of a learning device which was ready to be implemented widely. After testing the validity and reliability, the whole components of the learning device and instrument (prototype) were stated as valid and reliable with minor revision. Thus, revision and correction were done based on the suggestions from the experts and obtained prototype II, and then tested. The testing process was done to produce practical and effective device. In testing process, the device which was produced had already been practical because all aspect in the device component mostly implemented. The device also considered effective because the students’ activity had fulfilled the set criteria, the teachers’ ability in learning management was in high category, mostly the students gave positive response toward the learning based on project with role playing method in social arithmetic material, and all the students had reached the minimum mastery criteria. Thus, the developed learning device fulfilled the terms of appropriateness, practical and effectiveness. Based on the implications of the result of this research it is suggested that: (1) the researchers who wish to develop further study, are expected to notice the research limitations, so that the next research can complete the result of this study, and (2) the development of the learning device such this type should done to other topics to make students interested, enjoy, and active, which can construct their knowledge in learning Mathematics.

However, this research was conducted until stage (4) so that the result only obtained the final prototype of a learning device which was ready to be implemented widely. After testing the validity and reliability, the whole components of the learning device and instrument (prototype) were stated as valid and reliable with minor revision. Thus, revision and correction were done based on the suggestions from the experts and obtained prototype II, and then tested. The testing process was done to produce practical and effective device. In testing process, the device which was produced had already been practical because all aspect in the device component mostly implemented. The device also considered effective because the students’ activity had fulfilled the set criteria, the teachers’ ability in learning management was in high category, mostly the students gave positive response toward the learning based on project with role playing method in social arithmetic material, and all the students had reached the minimum mastery criteria. Thus, the developed learning device fulfilled the terms of appropriateness, practical and effectiveness. Evaluation of Selected Mechanical Properties of Blighia sapida K. Koenig Wood 白螺旋藻木材选择力学性能的评价

Over exploitation of economic tree species in the forest due to their high demand has made wood loggers shift their attention to Lesser Used Species such as Blighia sapida as alternative source of wood in Nigeria. The knowledge on the quality of the wood would to a long extent enhance the utilization of the wood. However, little information is provided on the mechanical properties of the wood species and the general belief among most wood users is that it is not a good timber species and that it cannot be utilized for any wood-based products that require strength. Therefore, investigating the mechanical properties of the timber species for better acceptability in the timber market becomes necessary.Three standing trees of Blighia sapida were purposively felled in the University of Ibadan community, Ibadan, Nigeria. 500 mm billets were gotten from wood dics at the top, middle, and base of the tree and each partitioned into three, the outerrwood, middlewood and the innerwood, in line with specified standard for each selected mechanical property test (Modulus of Elasticity, Modulus of Rupture, Impact bending strength, and Compressive strength parallel to grain) were all evaluated.Modulus of rupture with mean value 118.47 ± 1.96 N/mm2, ranged from 103.67 ± 3.42 to 144.26 ± 3.68 N/mm2. Modulus of Elasticity with mean value 10649.99 ± 167.51 N/mm2, ranged from 9237.14 ± 399.22 to 12877.35 ± 284.61 N/mm2. Compressive strength parallel to grain with the average value 52.86 ± 0.81 N/mm2, ranged from 42.88 ± 1.32 to 62.62 ± 1.65 N/mm2. Mean impact bending strength was 28.05 ± 0.58 N/mm2, ranged from 24.56 ± 0.86 to 35.09 ± 1.71 N/mm2.The average Modulus of Rupture and Modulus of Elasticity of Blighia sapida wood indicated that the wood falls within the category of medium construction strength timbers. The maximum compressive strength value for Blighia sapida wood revealed that it compared well with other economic tree species that are widely known for various structural applications. Therefore, the general belief among wood users that it is not a good timber species and that it cannot be utilized for any wood-based product that requires strength is far from the truth. It can therefore be concluded that the timber can be used for some building constructions, sheeting and lining, furniture, carpentry, veneer wood production, cabinet work, and so on.

Practicality and Effectiveness of Learning Tools with Predict-Observe-Explain Assisted Conceptual Change Text to Minimize Students’ Misconceptions 预测-观察-解释辅助概念转换文本学习工具的实用性和有效性,以减少学生的误解

In achieving learning objectives, a lecturer must be able to design the learning tools he uses by considering the analysis of the needs of his students. This study is part of the research and development process to create learning tools with Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) assisted by Conceptual Change Text (CCT) in minimizing misconceptions of prospective elementary school teacher students. The main focus of this research is to test the level of practicality and effectiveness of these learning tools by involving users, namely lecturers and students. Data was collected using instruments in learning implementation observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and learning outcomes tests. The data collected was analyzed quantitatively by calculating the average score to determine whether the product is practical and effective to use. The results of this study indicate that the learning tools are proven to be practical and effective so that they are feasible to be used more widely. With these findings, it is hoped that lecturers can design similar learning products to improve mastery of fundamental natural science concepts for prospective elementary school teachers.

The Effect of Achievement Motivated Students and Mastery of Information Technology on the Results of an Elementary School Teacher Competency Test 成就动机学生与资讯科技掌握对小学教师胜任力测验结果之影响

This study aims to ascertain the effect of achievement motivation and technological mastery on the results of a competency exam administered to elementary school teachers in Ambon City in 2015. This research comprises a quantitative analysis of 224 elementary school teachers who took the 2015 teacher competency exam. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses with the assistance of SPSS Windows Version 24. The study discovered that achievement motivation (X1) and mastery of technology information (X2) both have a favourable and substantial effect on the competency test results of elementary school teachers (Y) in Ambon City. Thus, it is recommended that teachers develop a sense of achievement and proficiency in using information technology.
本研究旨在探讨成就动机与技术掌握对2015年安汶市小学教师胜任力测验结果的影响。本研究对参加2015年教师胜任力测验的224名小学教师进行定量分析。采用SPSS Windows Version 24软件对数据进行多元线性回归分析和假设检验。研究发现,成就动机(X1)和技术信息掌握(X2)对安汶市小学教师(Y)的胜任力测试结果均有良好且实质性的影响。因此,建议教师培养使用信息技术的成就感和熟练程度。
