Analysis of the Need for the Development of a Lecturer Performance Model Based on the Pangadereng Version of Kajao Laliddong 基于Pangadereng版《kaao Laliddong》的讲师绩效模型开发需求分析

The motivation for this research is to improve lecturer performance through the use of a performance development model based on pangadereng version of Kajao Laliddong, and the purpose of this study is to define the requirements for a pangadereng-based lecturer performance development model at IAIN Bone. The research was directed at lecturers at IAIN Bone. This is survey research using a quantitative descriptive research method; the population is all lecturers at IAIN Bone; the sample size is 95 people; the sampling technique is simple random sampling; the research instrument is a questionnaire; the study's findings indicate that lecturers' performance in the field of education and teaching is moderate/good enough. The average score of 3.01 in the field of research falls into the moderate/good enough category, while the average score of 3.06 falls into the moderate/good enough category in the field of community service. Overall, it indicates that the lecturer's performance is moderate/good enough, with an average score of 2.98. According to the study's findings, the performance of lecturers at IAIN Bone still requires growth in order to increase the lecturer's performance. Thus, pangadereng version of Kajao Laliddong-based model of lecturer performance development is projected to promote lecturer performance in a positive way, directed by the values of lempu, amaccang, ada togeng, siri', getteng, awaraningeng, and nyamengkininnawa. -ade', rapang', and wari'.

This study aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the evaluation of the implementation of the 2013 national curriculum in madrasah through the context, input, process, and product model of South Sulawesi's province for the 2019/2020 academic year. By using the context, information, process, and product models developed. This study specifically aims to: (1) find out how the 2013 curriculum is implemented based on its context, (2) know the implementation of the 2013 curriculum based on its input (input), (3) understanding the performance of the 2013 curriculum based on its implementation (process), and (4) knowing the level of achievement (product) of the 2013 curriculum implementation. However, in this article, only the first objective is presented. This study also wanted to know the advantages and disadvantages of the 2013 curriculum and its relevance to the present and future situation. Through a focus group discussion using the questionnaire method, observation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation studies, the conclusion is that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum has been running according to the context. All supporting factors are ready before the 2013 curriculum is implemented in madrasas throughout the cell. This study also found that the 2013 curriculum has certain advantages, especially its emphasis on the aspect of character building of students so that the 2013 curriculum is still worth maintaining because it is still relevant today and in the next few years while correcting some of the weaknesses that accompany the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, especially limitations. Educators (teachers) both in number and in quality.

Ecological Modernization and Environmental Education: An Approach to Social Change 生态现代化与环境教育:社会变革的途径

Several approaches have drawn attention to the implications of environmental problems. For instance, estimates indicate that up to 132 million people may fall into poverty by 2030 due to the manifold effects of climate change. This paper focuses on this theme. It aims to discuss the concept of ecological modernization and the development of Environmental Education according to its perspective. Ecological modernization takes into account the structural character of the environmental problematic and provides bases for the development of public policies, such as the environmental education policy. Conclusively, among other analytical considerations, the paper highlights that Environmental Education must develop a conception of ecology that establishes a link between the natural world and the social world, as well as it must also develop an interdisciplinary approach to ecological problems.

The epidemic is an imminent danger that all humans fear, as it does not differentiate between anyone, whether small or old, rich or poor. It is characterized by its ability and super speed to conquer the world and its primary goal is to target humans and eradicate their lives. In this article, the authors decided to provide a brief historical overview of the Spanish flu pandemic, where it initiated and how it influenced the people of the earth and review a set of images about events that occurred in the United States of America in 1918. All facts in this article are collected from a group of published articles on websites. This article found that the Spanish flu is one of the deadliest diseases in human history, as it managed to kill 40 to 100 million people around the world in two years.

In the modern era, artificial intelligence applications have become one of the most essential and prominent aspirations of countries in their various organisations and sectors, especially the education sector, due to the ability of these techniques to help this sector to develop rapidly and increase productivity by imparting scientific material in a beautiful way to the learners. This article provides an overview of the significance of artificial intelligence applications and their role in learning, and how they can be employed in the future. All information in this scenario is collected from a set of studies published in the time of COVID-19 pandemic between 2019 and 2021. This scenario concluded that artificial intelligence is the future that is constantly growing and can be benefited from in the field of education and must be properly exploited to build a new world that depends heavily on digital societies.

The Validity and Effectiveness of the Islamic Education Learning Model based on Quantum Teaching in Improving Students’ Social Skills 基于量子教学的伊斯兰教育学习模式在提高学生社交技能方面的有效性

Social skills are an aspect that is no less important than cognitive aspects. This aspect must also receive equal priority in the educational environment. For this reason, this study aims to investigate the level of validity and effectiveness of the Quantum teaching-based Islamic Religious Education learning model to improve students’ social skills. This research is part of research and development conducted at SMA Negeri 19 Makassar, Indonesia, involving 42 students and 5 experts. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets and social skills questionnaires which were then analyzed quantitatively. Data from the validation process were analyzed to determine the average score while the data from the social skills questionnaire were analyzed with the help of SPSS 20.00 software by running a t-test. The results of the study indicate that this learning model has a high level of validity based on the assessment of experts on the content validity test. In addition, this quantum teaching-based the Islamic education (PAI) learning model has also proven effective in improving students’ social skills based on the results of the t-test by comparing the scores of pretests and posttest. With these results, this learning model can be used for a broader range of users.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the UNIEC model as a dance learning model in elementary schools. The research method used is a Research And Development approach that refers to a 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). Data collection was conducted by using several instruments in the form of needs analysis questionnaire, interview, validation questionnaires, observation sheets, lecturers. The results of the study reveal that is more students achieved learning mastery, namely 90% and those who had not completed, were 10%, the focus of observation on student activities included producing their own creative motions, the correctness of motion from the perspective of strong and weak movements, increased self-confidence,

Modified Goodness of Fit Tests for Rayleigh Distribution 瑞利分布的修正拟合优度检验

The modified goodness of fit tests for the Rayleigh distribution are studied. The critical values of modified Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Cramer-von-Mises and Anderson-Darling tests are obtained by Monte Carlo simulation for different sample sizes and significant levels. The type I error rate and power of these tests are studied and compared. The results show that all of the three tests have type I error rate close to the significant levels. Under several alternative distributions, it is founded that when the sample size is large, modified Anderson-Darling has the largest power in all cases. However, when the sample size is small, skewness of the distribution plays an important role. For the more skewed distribution, the modified Anderson-Darling test has more power than the others, while the modified Cramer-von-Mises has the largest power when the distribution is less skewed.

Comparison between Expert Systems, Machine Learning, and Big Data: An Overview 专家系统、机器学习和大数据的比较:综述

Today, the science of artificial intelligence has become one of the most important sciences in creating intelligent computer programs that simulate the human mind. The goal of artificial intelligence in the medical field is to assist doctors and health care workers in diagnosing diseases and clinical treatment, reducing the rate of medical error, and saving lives of citizens. The main and widely used technologies are expert systems, machine learning and big data. In the article, a brief overview of the three mentioned techniques will be provided to make it easier for readers to understand these techniques and their importance.

Development of Learning by doing Governance Model Industry based on Vocational Middle School in Makassar 以望加锡职业中学为例,发展边做边学的治理模式产业

Vocational High School (SMK) is one of the education systems in Indonesia which is expected to be able to deliver the young generation to have knowledge, skills and competencies. One way to do this is by implementing Industrial Work Practices (prakerin). The development of the IB-LeDo model is one of the more systematic, targeted and measurable models of prakerin implementation. The objectives of the study were to find out: 1) An overview of the current IB-LeDo governance model in Vocational Schools, 2) Development of a valid, practical and attractive IB-LeDo governance model, and 3) Knowing the effectiveness of the model. This study uses Research and Development research and ADDIE models. This research was conducted for students who carry out internship in Makassar. The research subjects were 15 people. The data analysis model used is; preliminary stage, development stage, and evaluation stage. The analysis is assessed by experts including; validity, practicality The results of research and development can be concluded, among others: 1) the IB-LeDo governance model has improved through the concept of maximum management, increased parental attention, increased mentors/supervisors, systematic and measurable prakerin assessment methods and increased character values, 2) The developed IB-LeDo model meets the requirements of validity, practicality, and interest, and 3) The results of the effectiveness test show that there is a significant increase in knowledge and competence before and after participating in the internship., and attractiveness, as well as test effectiveness based on the results of the application of the model.
