The present study is to promote the development of a new governance model of underground space use in harmony with the extraction of other underground natural resources, including the survey, the classification, and the sustainability and criticality assessment of these resources. The new governance concept is in line with the European Union policies on sustainability, circular economy, resource efficiency, resilience, open strategic autonomy, and good governance. In theory, this new governance is feasible with the enhanced application of the strategic impact assessment and the transformation of land use planning into 3D spatial development. It implies the co-operation of multiple disciplines, competent authorities

At the beginning of the nineties, I became intensely interested in sounds and electronic music. I performed vocal music experiments, participated in domestic and international music cours-es and workshops. I created the recording studio of the Hungarian University of Applied Arts, where I taught creative voice for 11 years. In my writing, I present four of my musical performanc-es (Reservoir Concert , dieffenBACHia , Invisible Cities , Apotheosis of the Brick), in which—in addition to my musical ideas—the spatial and material conditions given and created by me played an important role. I explore their artistic motives, spatial, material, sound-musical considerations, and technological components.

I’ve been interested in the definition of the notion of the phenomenon comprehensively called ornament for a long time. I think that a review of the cultural turns connected to ornament with-in the history of visual culture is an exciting and topical issue. What does ornament mean after Modernism and following the Postmodern period? Does it have a peculiar trait characteristic of contemporary architecture? The culture of ornamentation as decoration of the surface which was present in different eras and cultures became a decisive factor in Europe and the Anglo-Saxon world once again during the Art Nouveau period. During Modernism, this tendency, along with the use of ornament as embellishment lost its significance, while during Postmodernism, and subsequently in contemporary architecture images and patterns have reappeared once again.

Cohesion within architecture is usually expressed in terms of durability, permanence, and constancy. In addition, its role in culture and its impact on individual and collective memory are primarily attributed to these concepts. It is no accident that Pierre Nora defined archives and rituals as being just as much a part of our memory-places as buildings that, in the long term, fasten and determine the acts of memory linked to them. But what conclusions may we make from those two symbolic interventions appearing in built space from Budapest and Linz that exist just for days or months, which, in spite of their ephemeral nature or just because of it, become influential and determinant projects that affect the individual and collective memory?
