This study aims to determine the correlation of speed and agility to the dribbling ability of GIK FC football players in 2021. The research method is a parametric test, namely the correlation method using the person product momet. The population is all GIK Kabanjahe football players, where they are still actively participating in training. The total population is as many as 16 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a total sampling technique, so all 16 people of GIK Kabanjahe football players were the samples in this study. All samples tested and measured football speed, agility and dribbling. The research instrument for data collection with tests and measurements is the soccer dribbling instrument test, the speed instrument is the 30 meter run and agility with the illionis agility test. Statistical calculations using the Pearson product moment correlation test show that the results of the first hypothesis analysis show that there is a significant correlation of speed to soccer dribbling in GIK FC football players in 2021. In the results of the second hypothesis analysis there is a significant correlation of agility to soccer dribbling in soccer players. GIK FC 2021. In the results of the third hypothesis analysis, there is no significant correlation of speed and agility together with soccer dribbling in GIK FC football players in 2021.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by hyperglycemia and metabolic disorders caused by a relative lack of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. The research was conducted to know the description of physical activity and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Pringapus Hamlet. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a male population of 30 respondents between the ages of 17-25 years consisting of 11 teenagers and 19 adults. The results showed that the majority of respondents had low activity as many as 23 (76.6%) respondents, while in type 2 diabetes mellitus the results of blood sugar examinations with 30 respondents were in the normal blood sugar category (GDS < 200 mg/dL), and based on the results calculation of body mass index found 1 respondent (3.3%) with obese nutritional status and 2 respondents (6.6%) with obese nutritional status. Physical education, sports and health (Physical Education) is a subject in which students are given the opportunity to learn through systematic physical, sport and health activities. Physical education learning achievement carried out in elementary schools can be influenced by several supporting factors, one of which is determined by the ability of PJOK teachers in teaching and assessing students' abilities. Authentic assessment is an assessment that is measured significantly from student learning outcomes in the realm of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of PJOK teachers about physical education and authentic assessment in the city of Kotabumi, North Lampung. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive with the number of respondents as many as 30PJOK teachers who are members of the KKG in Kotabumi. The data collection was carried out in January-May 2021 via google form. The calculation of the data is done by categorizing the data into categories of very understanding, understanding, not understanding, and very not understanding. The results obtained are the understanding of physical education teachers about physical education and sports by 43% very understanding and 57% understanding and understanding of physical education teachers about the purpose of physical education and sports by 37% not understanding. PJOK teachers' understanding of the application of authentic assessment is that 53% understand the knowledge aspect, 70% understand the attitude aspect and 45% do not understand the skill aspect. Conclusion: PJOK teachers' understanding of the implementation and objectives of physical education learning is in a good category. PJOK Elementary School teachers' understanding of authentic assessment is in the good category. However, in understanding the application of the three aspects of authentic assessment, it has not been maximized, because PJOK teachers are still carried away with the conventional assessment system.

This study aimed to determine the jointly significant contribution of medicine ball throw, bar twist, and lateral bound exercises to the improvement of O'Brien style shot put results for male athletes at SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran in 2022. The research method used is an experimental method with a research design of one group pre-test and post-test design. The number of samples in this study amounted to 8 people. The research was conducted in the Field of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran Nusantara VIII Kisaran, Asahan Regency. This study's statistical calculations are requirements analysis, normality, Bartlet test/homogeneity, and regression significance tests. From hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a jointly significant contribution of medicine ball throw, bar twist, and lateral bound exercises to the improvement of the O'Brien style shot put for male athletes at SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran in 2022.

This study aims to determine the relationship between speed and agility in the dribbling ability of students at the extracurricular activities of SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. This type of research is descriptive and uses a correlation design. The population of this research is the extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 21 Palembang totaling 40 students. The sample in this study was taken as a whole or a total sampling of 40 students. The instrument in this study was to test speed using a 40-meter run test, agility using a zig-zag run test, and dribbling using a dribbling or dribbling test. The data analysis technique is processed by percentages and hypothesis testing using computer-assisted correlation in the Excel and SPSS 22 programs. Based on the percentage analysis of the data obtained, namely for speed results, a percentage of 100% is received, totaling 40 students have an average speed result with an excellent category. Agility results obtained a ratio of 100%, totaling 40 students who have an average agility result with a good variety. And for the results of the dribbling ability, the percentage of 100% obtained is that 40 students have an average dribbling ability, resulting in a suitable category. The results of the correlation analysis technique were obtained, showing that the normality test of the variables X1, X2, and Y was obtained, which was normally distributed. The correlation value between X1 and Y=0.60, the value of X2 and Y=0.70, and the importance of X1, X2, and Y=0.65 showed a moderate level of correlation. This study used a one group pretest posttest design.. This study was conducted on all pickleball athletes in the 2022 pickleball club, which accounted for 10 active people. The study was conducted as many as 18 meetings . The data in this study was obtained from the test results given. The data obtained are then quantitatively analyzed with the SPSS program. The results of this study showed an increase in the accuracy of forehand groundstroke punches of pickleball athletes with the presence of variations in target training. In the pre-test results, the average result was obtained at 30.20, while in the post-test results, an average of 34.60 was obtained. This shows an improvement in the results of the forehand groundstrokes of the athletes studied. This study aims to develop a rotary technique tool in the athletic sport of hammer throwing. Hammerhead throwing has an average of 81.00%, it can be concluded that it takes a tool that can train the rotation technique in the hammer-throwing athletic sport in the Hammerhead Throwing sport which includes the rotation in the throwing process. At the validation stage, the expert design assessed by 6 experts namely Sports Expert, Coach, and Media Expert had an average score of 79.00%. In the period after design validation there was a pandemic that hit the world caused by a virus with the name Covid-19, the whole world went into lockdown or quarantine including the Lontar Hammer athlete community, therefore the trials carried out in each club were abolished but the testing method was replaced by increasing the number experts who assess the feasibility of the tool to be used in the training process. The product trial stage was carried out by an athlete at the provincial level who represented North Sumatra at the 2016 PON event in West Java on this training tool and then assessed by 6 experts, namely 2 Sports Experts, 2 Coaches, and 2 Media Experts, the average value of the validity of the six being 82.00 %. Then made improvements according to input from experts. After that, the use trial phase was carried out using the same method and number of experts with the average value of the validity of the six being 90.00%. The conclusion that resulted from the trial use or the last stage of this research was the creation of a chain imitation exercise tool for the round technique of the athletic sport of hammer throwing numbers that was sophisticated and flexible for all user groups to help train rotation techniques in athletic sports, especially in the rotating movement of the hammer throwing tool. . From the results of the assessment of 2 sports experts (academics), 2 material experts (coaches) and 2 media experts, the tool is categorized as good/worthy to be used as an exercise tool in sports. In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the device was not tested on athletes widely to prevent transmission, but was only tested by an athlete at the national level, after which the performance of the device would be assessed by an expert.

This research was carried out at the Swimming Club Binjai Dolphins at the Tirta Raerim Mencharm swimming pool in the Peacock Meadows, North Sumatra. held on November 10 to January 28, 2021 for 8 weeks with a frequency of 2 times a week.This study aims to determine the effect of fast interval training (FIT) on the results of the 100 meter freestyle swimming speed for the K.U II Dolphin Swimming Club Binjai. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a sample of 8 people with a purposive sampling research design. Then the sample did an initial test (pre-test), namely with a 100-meter swimming test, then the sample was given Fast Interval Training (FIT) training then after 8 weeks of programmed exercise the sample did a final test (post-test).The results of the analysis of the hypothesis, that there is a significant effect of fast interval training (FIT) training on the results of the 100 meter freestyle swimming speed for the K.U II Dolphin Swimming Club Binjai athletes. 2021 year. The results of the t-test obtained tcount = 0.3096 and t-table = 0.258. At the real level = 0.05 then t-count > t-table. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Fast Interval Training (FIT) on the results of the 100 meter freestyle swimming speed for the KU II Lumba-lumba Swimming Club Binjai athletes 2021.
