This research is motivated by the fact that learning volleyball at school is still mostly conventional, such as learning activities at school are still centered on the teacher. The objectives of this study are: To determine the feasibility of Interactive Multimedia-Based Volleyball Learning Media for Junior High School students. This study uses the Research and Development model using the ADDIE development model which includes (1) Analyze , (2) Design , (3) Develop , (4) Implementation . and (5) Evaluate (Evaluation). After this learning media is used in the implementation stage, the learning media is declared fit for use as teaching materials in schools with an average acquisition score of material experts of 3.6 and an average acquisition score of media experts of 3.6, an average acquisition score of trials the moderate group is 3.7 and the student response as a user is 3.8 so that the feasibility of the learning media developed falls into the "very good" category.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Interval training method and the Reps training method on improving the results of the 50-meter freestyle swimming in the Medan KU I Aquatic Eagle Men's Athletes in 2022. The research method used in this study is the experimental method. The total population used in the inn study was 11 people. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The number of samples used was 8 people. In this sampling, 2 groups were divided into 2 groups by means of matching ordinal pairing subjects. The study was carried out for 6 weeks with a frequency of exercise 3 times each week. The first hypothesis analysis is that there is a significant influence of the Interval training method on the increase in 50-meter freestyle swimming results in the Medan KU I Aquatic Eagle Athletes in 2022, a t-count of the > t-table (6.54> 3.18), based on hypothesis testing criteria, in this study there is a significant influence of the Interval training method on the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming in the Men's Athletes of the Medan KU I Aquatic Eagles in 2022.The second hypothesis analysis is that there is a significant influence of the Repetition training method on the improvement of 50-meter freestyle swimming results in the Medan KU I Aquatic Eagle Athletes in 2022, obtained t-count> t-table (3.98>3.18), based on hypothesis testing criteria, in this study there is a significant influence of the Interval training method on the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming in the Men's Athletes of the Medan KU I Aquatic Eagles in 2022.The third hypothesis analysis is that the Interval training method has more influence on the increase in the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming in the Medan KU I Aquatic Athletes in 2022, where the results of the comparison of the average results of the increase in post-test data variable X1 > the variable X2 (7.86 > 5.65) then from these results the interval training has more influence on increasing the speed of freestyle swimming 50 meters in the Men's Athletes of the Medan Aquatic Eagles in 2022.

The low results of athletes' repulsion make the achievement of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran bullet throw athletes still minimal compared to other athletic numbers. This study aims to find the contribution of decline push-up training, horizontal swing and squat-jump training to improve the results of O'brien style bullet throwing for male extracurricular athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran in 2015. The research method used in this research is the experimental method, the sample used in this study was 10 people. The research was conducted on 16 October 2015 until 30 November 2015, the statistical calculations used in this study are; Analysis requirements test, Normality test, Bartlet / Homogeneity test and Regression Significance test. The first analysis is that the decline push-up training exercise makes a significant contribution to increasing the results of the O'brien style bullet throw of extracurricular male athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran 2015, based on the results of the calculation of Fhitung = 8.96 and Ftabel (0.05; 1/8) = 5.32, so that Fhitung> Ftabel with a contribution of 57.76%. Analysis of the second hypothesis, namely, horizontal swing training gives a significant contribution to the improvement of the results of the O'brien style bullet throw of extracurricular male athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran 2015, based on the results of the calculation of Fhitung = 11.46 and Ftabel (0.05; 1/8) = 5.32, so that Fhitung> Ftabel with a contribution of 59.29%. Analysis of the third hypothesis, namely, squat-jump training gives a significant contribution to the improvement of the results of the O'brien style bullet throw of extracurricular male athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran 2015, based on the results of the calculation of Fhitung = 5.39 and Ftabel (0.05; 1/8) = 5.32, so that Fhitung> Ftabel with a contribution of 37.21. The analysis of the fourth hypothesis is that the decline push-up, horizontal swing and squat-jump exercises give a significant contribution together to improve the results of the O'brien style bullet throw of extracurricular male athletes of SMA Negeri 2isaran 2015. Based on the calculation of Fhitung> Ftabel = H0 is rejected with a contribution of 89.72%.From hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that; there is a significant contribution of decline push-up, horizontal swing and squat-jump exercises, and there is a significant contribution together from the three forms of training to improve the results of O'Brien style bullet throwing for male extracurricular bullet throwing athletes of SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran 2015.

This study aims to improve the boxing retention of the Bantul District Porda who will compete in the DIY Porda event which will be held in September 2022 in the special area of Yogyakarta. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research consisting of 2 factors, namely external factors and internal factors. The subject used for data collection in this study was a questionnaire that was submitted to all athletes. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that most of the athlete's training problems that were reviewed from Bantul district came from external factors where the athletes were constrained by their training from their surroundings and lifestyle. Meanwhile, the obstacles in the athlete's training that came from internal factors were relatively few because the boxing athlete from the Bantul district had motivated him to become a professional boxing athlete. Thus it can be said that the athlete's training constraints come from external factors or from the environment and habits.
