Karir adalah proses yang melibatkan aktivitas individu dalam membuat keputusan hidup yang dianggap individu sebagai pengembangan diri seumur hidup (self development) daripada bekerja. Namun, masalah yang sering muncul jika menyangkut dampak pribadi adalah kurangnya karir. Istilah karir sering dipahami sebagai proses keberhasilan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh seorang individu. Sehingga dampak dari minimnya individu tersebut dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai karirnya atau hal-hal yang dapat mendukung atau menunjang karir dalam kehidupannya.
职业是一个涉及个人在生活决策中的活动的过程,个人认为这些决策是终生的自我发展,而不是就业。然而,涉及到个人影响的常见问题是缺乏职业。职业术语通常被理解为一个人在工作中取得成功的过程。因此,个人缺乏获得有关他的职业或可以支持或支持他的职业生涯的信息的影响。

Career Guidance Services : Trait and Factor Career Theory Analysis 职业指导服务:特质与因素职业理论分析

The future challenge in life for students is self-preparation in choosing a career. Career choice is a determination in decision making as a process where a person makes his choice based on the abilities and qualifications of the students themselves, according to the characteristics of each major, interests, talents, and knowing plans for future career prospects. Trait and Factor can be interpreted as a directive-counseling or counselor- centered approach, having the basic view that human personality is a system of interdependent traits and factors. Trait and factor is a counseling style that emphasizes individual understanding through psychological testing and the application of that understanding  in solving  various  problems  faced,  especially  those  concerning  career choices. This article is a literature review that will explain career guidance and counseling services in terms of Trait and Factor Career Theory Analysis. Data in this study sourced by books and journals that are credible and reputable.

Pembentukan kematangan karir pemuda minangkabau melalui budaya baliak ka surau 通过文化培养年轻护理人员的技能

Remaja memiliki beberapa tugas perkembangan, diantaranya yaitu memilih dan merencanakan karir, apabila remaja mampu menyelesaikan tugas tersebut maka dianggap telah mencapai kematangan karir. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kematangan karir pada individu, salah satunya yaitu faktor eksternal berupa lingkungan sosial budaya. Suku Minangkabau dikenal budaya tinggal di surau bagi pemuda. Surau di Minangkabau selain memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat beribadah namun juga juga berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam tradisional tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan intelektual namun juga untuk membentuk karakter dan kepribadian pemuda Minangkabau melalui kegiatan belajar agama, nilai-nilai kehidupan, bersilat, keterampilan berkomunikasi. Kemudian pada akhir tahun 50-an, eksistensi surau di Minangkabau mulai menurun dikarenakan terjadi pergolakan Pemerintahan Revolusioner Republik Indonesia (PRRI) di Sumatera Barat yang menimbulkan trauma psikologis bagi masyarakat Minangkabau sehingga mulai meninggalkan identitas Minangnya, salah satunya budaya tinggal di surau. Ketika zaman reformasi, melalui UU No. 22 Tahun 1999 Minangkabau kembali menggalakkan budaya tinggal di surau dengan gerakan Baliak ka Surau . Dimana dalam teknis pelaksanaannya direlevansikan dengan kemajuan zaman di abad ke-21 ini. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan ( library research). Tujuan dari tulisan ini yaitu menyajikan analisis kematangan karir pemuda di Minangkabau melalui Budaya Baliak ka Surau. Budaya Baliak ka surau perlu kita lestarikan mengingat kompleksnya fungsi dan manfaat surau bagi pemuda Minangkabau.

Conceptual analysis of the relationship between culture and education 文化与教育关系的概念分析

Culture is a complete collection of customs, values, arts, knowledge, morality, rules, and other practices that are owned as human beings and as members of society by individuals. By a long process, namely through socialization and education, this can be realized. Education is the process by which each person is civilized, which is created by a great desire to learn, which is created to become a full member of a community, living and upholding the values expressed in a specific culture by a group of people. The most productive way is to conserve, preserve and disseminate culture by education. They both have a very close bond since they complement each other and encourage each other. A type of library research is the type of research used in this manuscript. The aim of the debate on the relationship between culture and education is to make people understand that culture and education are two sustainable things.

The importance of education for humans 教育对人类的重要性

Humans are intelligent creatures and are endowed with various abilities. In essence, humans are creatures that have two roles, namely as individual beings and also as social beings. Humans are individual beings consisting of physical and spiritual elements created by God which cannot be separated. To achieve human nature as intelligent beings, education is needed. Education means an effort to develop the innate potential both physically and spiritually in humans according to the values that exist in society and culture. Therefore, researchers conducted a literature review on humans and education. The research method uses literature study. The research findings reveal that between humans and education is an inseparable unity.
人类是聪明的生物,具有各种各样的能力。从本质上讲,人类是具有两种角色的生物,即个体和社会。人类是由上帝创造的不可分割的物质和精神元素组成的个体。要实现作为有智慧的人的人性,就需要教育。教育意味着根据社会和文化中存在的价值观,努力开发人类内在的身体和精神潜力。因此,研究人员对人类与教育进行了文献综述。研究方法采用文献研究法。研究结果表明,人与教育是不可分割的统一体。

The curriculum has a domain in education that is contained in various substances, namely: curriculum as part of the field of study, curriculum as a substance in the teaching plan, and curriculum as part of a system. The curriculum functions in shaping and developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of humans by achieving the vision, mission and goals of national education. The curriculum as a tool can be realized in the form of programs, namely learning activities and experiences that must be carried out by teachers and students in the learning process. This research is a research with a literature study approach that looks at how the nature and description of a dynamic and flexible curriculum and always experiences shifts and changes following the direction and goals of education, which every year the curriculum is continuously updated so as not to be left behind by the times, making the curriculum easily implemented. in every educational institution. The purpose of the curriculum is to produce the best graduates who are knowledgeable, have character, uphold the values of cultural, moral, national norms and have a high level of religiosity.

The Contribution of Self-Control towards Student Smartphone Addiction 自我控制对学生智能手机成瘾的影响

The presence of smartphones has caused major changes in human life, including among students. This causes the problem of smartphone addiction in students which causes their daily life to be disrupted. This study aims to reveal the contribution of self-control towards student smartphone addiction. This study was descriptive quantitative, and the data were analyzed by using a simple linear regression. The population in this study was 33480 students of undergraduate program at Universitas Negeri Padang in 2015-2019 academic year. The sample of this study was 400 students taken by using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was the self-control and smartphone addiction scale with a Likert scale model. The research findings revealed that self-control gives an effective contribution towards the student smartphone addiction at Univeristas Negeri Padang as many as 30.1%.

Career maturity is the readiness of an individual in choosing their career. This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of career guidance with modeling techniques to develop the students’ career maturity. This research implemented quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. Career maturity questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The participants consisted of nine experimental group students and nine control group students. The research samples were determined by implementing a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Independent Sample T-Test. The results of data analysis showed the t value of 10.678 > t table 1.746, then the career maturity of the experimental group students after given career guidance intervention with modeling techniques was higher than the control group students who were not given intervention. It can be concluded that career guidance with modeling techniques effective to develop students' career maturity.

School-Age Coping: Themes Across Three Generations of Sexual Minorities. 学龄应对:跨三代性少数群体的主题。

Because sexual minorities are an at-risk population, researchers conducted retrospective life story interviews with 191 sexual minority people comprising participants from a marriage equality cohort, an HIV/AIDS epidemic cohort, and a Stonewall rebellion cohort. The participants were located within 80 miles of four major metropolitan areas in the United States. Of the 191 participants interviewed, 90 participants talked about their school-age experiences and how they coped during elementary, middle, and high school. Five themes were identified in the interview data that were coded by the research team: (a) the influence of relationships, (b) experiencing emotions, (c) coming out, (d) coping behaviorally, and (e) coping cognitively. Implications for school counseling practice and future research are provided for educators, researchers, and helping professionals.

Keluarga merupakan unit kehidupan terkecil di masyarakat yang terdiri dari ayah, ibu dan anak, tetapi keluarga menempati kedudukan yang primer dan fundamental. Setiap anak tentunya mendambakan kondisi keluarga yang harnomis, namun dalam kehidupan keluarga tidak lepas dari badai kehidupan yang turut mempengaruhinya sehingga membuat kondisi keluarga mengalami keretakan. Keretakan hubungan orangtua ini membuat kondisi dalam keluarga menjadi broken home yang mana kondisi tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis remaja. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan suatu kondisi menjadi sejahtera dengan sikap-sikap seperti penerimaan diri, bertujuan, hubungan positif, pribadi mandiri, dan bertumbuh. Remaja dengan kondisi keluarga broken home tentu ini tidak mudah karena mereka berada pada kondisi penuh tekanan yaitu harus menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya dan mengalami perubahan-perubahan pada diri dan kehidupan mereka, sebagai remaja hendaknya perlu mencapai kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik agar dapat mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangannya.
