Modification of the Electrode Pitch Operational Properties 电极节距操作特性的改进

In this work, the influence of the carbon modifier type and its amount on the processes of carbonization of the electrode pitch and carbon masses for carbon production was investigated experimentally. The paper presents the processes that occur during the carbonization of the electrode pitch and the change in its properties during the modification process. It is shown that the most promising additive is a medium-boiling polymer mixture, which contributes to the carbonization of pitch and improves the physico-chemical properties.

Voltammetric Determination of Pd(II) Using 5-Hydroxyimino-4-imino-1,3-thiazolidin-2-one after a Thermal Activation of the Interaction 热活化作用后5-羟基亚胺-4-亚胺-1,3-噻唑烷-2-酮伏安法测定Pd(II

The interaction of Pd(II) with 5-hydroxyimino-4-imino-1,3-thiazolidin-2-one (HITO) was investigated over the pH range of 1.0–10.0. Optimal conditions for the voltammetric determination of Pd(II) were established. A new voltammetric method of Pd(II) determination by the peak of complex using NaCl as a supporting electrolyte at pH 2.0 was developed with the limit of detection 2.0∙10-7 M. The study of the method’s selectivity was presented in the work. The correctness of the method was confirmed by the analysis of model solutions and the real sample (resistor SP5-35B).

Investigation of Petroleum Bitumen Resistance to Aging 石油沥青耐老化性能的研究

Aging peculiarities of paving bitumen, which was obtained by different ways, have been studied. Oxidized and residual bitumen produced from oils of Ukrainian deposits were used and the changes in the main characteristics of bitumen after 5 and 10 h of aging in a thin film at the temperature of 436 K have been determined and the processes occurred during the aging have been studied. Using infrared spectroscopy, the changes in the structural composition of the binder during aging have been analyzed.
对不同方法获得的路面沥青的老化特性进行了研究。采用乌克兰油田生产的氧化沥青和残余沥青,在436 K的温度下,测定了沥青在薄膜中老化5和10 h后主要特性的变化,并研究了老化过程中发生的过程。利用红外光谱分析了粘结剂在老化过程中结构成分的变化。

Linear Hexane Isomerization Over Bimetallic Zeolite Catalysts 双金属沸石催化剂上的线性己烷异构化

The aim of this study was to evaluate the activity and selectivity in isomerization of n-hexane of bimetallic zeolite catalysts containing a nickel transition metal in addition to palladium. Bimetallic bifunctional linear alkane isomerization catalysts based on the hydrogen form of MFI zeolite have been synthesized. The porous properties of the samples were investigated by means of low-temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption, the size of the metal component – by TEM, and the catalytic properties – in the micro-pulse isomerization of n-hexane. Antisymbatic correlation between the temperature of the maximum yield of hexane isomers and the amount of nickel in the sample was found for a stable palladium content. The introduction of nickel allows to reduce the optimum process temperature from 598 to 523 K.

Kinetic Model for Dissolution of Cement Copper in Sulfuric Acid Solutions Containing Cupric Ions 水泥铜在含铜离子硫酸溶液中溶解动力学模型

In this paper, the dissolution kinetics of cement copper powder in sulfuric acid solutions containing cupric ions was examined. It was observed that the dissolution rate of copper increased with increasing the acid concentration, temperature, and stirring speed. It was determined that the dissolution rate of copper enhanced with increasing the cupric ion concentration up to 0.025 M. It was found that the temperature and concentration of cupric ion had more considerable effects on the dissolution of copper powder. The kinetic analysis of the process was performed, and it was observed that it fits the first order pseudo-homogenous reaction model. The activation energy was calculated to be 31.1 kJ/mol.

The Influence of Sample pH on the Determination of Selected Carboxylic Acids by Isocratic Ion Chromatography 样品pH对等差离子色谱法测定所选羧酸的影响

Validated isocratic ion chromatography method with suppressed conductivity detection has been developed for the simultaneously determination of common inorganic anions (F-, Cl-, NO3-, PO43-, SO42-), as well as formate and acetate. Liquid samples originate from absorption of gaseous by-products from coal combustion with and without the addition of medium-density fireboards. The influence of sample pH changes on carboxylic acids determination has been tested.

Superacid ZrO2–SiO2–SnO2 Mixed Oxide: Synthesis and Study 超强酸ZrO2-SiO2-SnO2混合氧化物的合成与研究

Superacid ternary ZrO2 SiO2 SnO2 oxide has been synthesized by the sol-gel method with a different atomic ratio Zr:Si:Sn. The highest strength of acid sites has been observed in the ranges of 20 ≤ Zr4+ ≤ 29, 60 ≤ Si4+ ≤ 67, 11 ≤ Sn4+ ≤ 20 at.%. According to the XPS spectra and 119Sn, 29Si MAS NMR spectra of ZrO2 SiO2 SnO2 a partial shift of electron density from zirconium to silicon ions was observed resulting in the formation of superacid Lewis sites. It was shown that superacid Zr29Si60Sn11 mixed oxide efficiently catalyzes acylation of toluene with acetic anhydride at 423 K in a flow reactor with 45% conversion of anhydride at 100% selectivity towards p-methylacetophenone.

Electrosynthesis of Ni-Co/Hydroxyapatite as a Catalyst for Hydrogen Generation via the Hydrolysis of Aqueous Sodium Borohydride (NaBH4) Solutions 电合成Ni-Co/羟基磷灰石作为硼氢化钠(NaBH4)水解制氢催化剂的研究

To generate hydrogen from its storage as NaBH4, a catalyst was synthesized via an electrochemical method. The catalyst, Ni-Co, had hydroxyapatite as a support catalyst. The electrochemical cell consisted of a DC power supply, a carbon anode and cathode, and a bipolar membrane to separate the cell into two chambers. The current density was adjusted to 61, 91, and 132 mA/cm2. The electrolysis time was 30, 60, and 90 min. The particles produced were analyzed by XRD and SEM/EDX and tested in the hydrolysis of NaBH4 for hydrogen generation. The Ni-Co/HA catalyst test concluded that the period of time used for electrolysis during catalyst formation was positively correlated with the rate of NaBH4 hydrolysis in the production of hydrogen. The highest rate of hydrogen production was obtained using the synthesized catalyst with a current density of 92 mA/cm2. The NaBH4 hydrolysis reaction followed a first-order reaction with the rate constant of (2.220–14.117)•10-3 l/(g•min). The Arrhenius equation for hydrolysis reactions within the temperature range of 300–323 K is k = 6.5•10-6exp(-6000/T).

Peculiarities of Dewatering Technology for Heavy High-Viscosity Crude Oils of Eastern Region of Ukraine 乌克兰东部重质高粘度原油脱水工艺特点

High-viscosity crude oils from the Yablunivske field (Ukraine, Poltava region) have been studied. The oils were diluted with gas condensate to reduce viscosity, and then various demulsifiers were added. It was established that it is expedient to dilute oil with heavy gas condensate and dehydrate it with PM-1441 brand A non-ionogenic demulsifier, based on block copolymers of ethylene and propylene oxides. The dewatering degree was found to be 95 %.
对乌克兰波尔塔瓦地区Yablunivske油田的高粘度原油进行了研究。用凝析油稀释以降低粘度,然后加入各种破乳剂。以环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物为原料,采用重质凝析油对原油进行稀释,用PM-1441牌A型无离子破乳剂对原油进行脱水是一种方便的方法。脱水程度为95%。
