Hydrogel membranes based on copolymers of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate with polyvinylpyrrolidone, modified with inorganic additives were synthesized. The influence of montmorillonite and silver on the properties of synthesized composite hydrogel membranes was studied. It was established that montmorillonite improves the mechanical properties of membranes, but slightly reduces their permeability. The chemistry of the recovery reaction of silver from its salts using polyvinylpyrrolidone as a reducing agent and stabilizer is proposed. The conducted studies confirmed the prospects of using synthesized hydrogels based on HEMA/PVP copolymers which contain special additives for the marking of biomedical materials with antibacterial properties.

THE STUDY OF THE COMPOSITION OF CHLOROFORM FRACTION OF RANUNCULUS ACRIS L. 茛苕氯仿成分的研究

The results of the study of the chloroform extract of the herb Ranunculus acris L. are presented, in particular the content of biologically active substances and antioxidant activity. 33 volatile compounds were identified: fatty acid esters, higher fatty acids, saturated hydrocarbons (alkanes), monocyclic and bicyclic monoterpenoids, etc. It was established that the chloroform extract has an antioxidant effect. In addition, the significant content of biologically active substances in the lipophilic volatile fraction of Ranunculus acris L. indicates the prospects for further research.

A combination of two periodate activation strategies was proposed for highly efficient and highly intensive oxidative degradation of Congo red diazo dye. KINETICS OF DRYING OF MATCH SPLINTS 火柴夹板的干燥动力学

The research results of the kinetics of match splints drying in a stationary layer are presented. The kinetic curves of match splints drying were obtained. The effect of the height of the stationary layer on the drying time is investigated. The influence of temperature and filtration velocity of the heating agent on the drying velocity was determined. The values of the critical moisture content and the time for the mass transfer front to reach the perforated partition were determined.

Viscosity-temperature properties of high-viscosity oils from 3 wells of the Yablunovsky field (Poltava region, Ukraine) were studied using a rotary viscometer. According to the nature of the curves of the dependence of dynamic viscosity and shear stress on the shear rate, the nature of the flow of these oils is established, which is of practical importance for effect evaluating of various methods of action on the rheological behavior of these oils during their extraction and transportation.

FUNDAMENTALS OF PROBIOTIC PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY BASED ON LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS STRAINS 基于嗜酸乳杆菌菌株的益生菌生产技术基础

Designed and engineered the production of a probiotic preparation based on antibiotic-resistant strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, which is beneficial to use in conjunction with antibiotic therapy for the treatment of various types of infections to maintain normal intestinal microflora. Provided qualitative characteristics of the raw materials, producer microorganisms, and the final product. On the basis of the material balance of cultivation agreed with the design capacity, technological equipment of appropriate parameters was selected, a block diagram of the technological line and a technological scheme of probiotic production were developed. Implementation of the proposed production of a probiotic preparation based on Lactobacillus acidophilus will allow to expand the range of domestic probiotic dietary supplements.

The process of the interaction of benzene with sodium hypochlorite in a model environment under the action of ultrasonic radiation of different power and under the metered supply of an oxidant solution was investigated. The course of the process was evaluated by the change in the value of the redox potential of the medium over time. By the method of spectrophotometric analysis, it was established that as a result of interaction with sodium hypochlorite in cavitation fields, almost complete mineralization of benzene occurs. It is shown that the oxidative destruction of benzene mainly occurs due to the products of sonolysis of water.

The biological activity screening of thiosulfonoesters was carried out using the SuperPred, SwissTargetPrediction, and molecular docking programs. Based on the obtained data from virtual screening, promising directions for experimental biological investigations of S-esters 4- acetylaminobenzenethiosulfoacid were identified. Molecular docking demonstrated the feasibility of searching for new antiviral agents among the investigated thiosulfonoesters and selected a lead compound for these studies, namely thiosulfonoesters.

The effectiveness of the galvanic replacement method for decorating a porous surface with metal nanoparticles and nanostructures is considered. It is shown that depending on the functional purpose, foam, porous, and dendritic metal 3D substrates are mainly used for modification by galvanic replacement. In particular, these are nickel and copper substrates on which noble metals are deposited. The peculiarities of the formation of nanosized deposits on porous copper and nickel surfaces depending on the structure of the latter and the conditions of galvanic substitution are given. The main areas of their application are specified.

Study of alcoholic-water extracts of Thymus Vulgaris obtained by ultrasonic extraction method 超声提取法提取麝香醇水提取物的研究

Alcohol-water extracts of Thymus vulgaris have obtained by ultrasonic extraction method for different times extraction. The obtained extracts have been tested for the quantitative content of extractive substances, phenolic compounds and flavonoids and for the presence of antioxidant activity. The best studied indicators were found in extract obtained by ultrasound extraction for 40 minutes (content of extractive substances 25 mg / ml, sum of polyphenolic compounds 30 mg / ml, flavonoids content 45 mg / ml).
采用超声提取法对不同提取次数的百里香进行醇水提取。对所得到的提取物进行了提取物质、酚类化合物和黄酮类化合物的定量含量和抗氧化活性的测定。超声提取40 min(提取物含量25 mg / ml,多酚类化合物含量30 mg / ml,黄酮类化合物含量45 mg / ml)得到的指标研究效果最好。
