THE RELATIONSHIP OF GOD, HUMAN BEİNG AND NATURE IN TOPONIMIC LEGENDS: IN EXAMPLE OF ISSYK-KUL 地学传说中神、人beİng与自然的关系:以伊塞克-库尔为例

People from the very beginning of their existence set the goal to understanding and interpretation the nature and environment. Within this goal, humanity instinctively created toponymic legends to explain the complex and unknown and to connect the cause. Legends are oral literary treasures that have emerged in the direction of interpreting human social events, natural events and forms. It`s important that in myths the heroes of events are ordinary people or animals, with a supernatural power that carry out extraordinary events.In the nomadic Kyrgyz culture the legends describe the relationship of human - God, human - nature and nature - God relations by kneading with many philosophical thoughts. It should be noted that describing this, both the old Turkic mythology and elements of Islamic beliefs and motives are used. In the life of ancient Turks the cult of places and water plays an important role, it is manifested in the names of places in the Turkic world. In the context of this belief, when the Turks called the places where they lived, and the water bodies they used, they usually associated them with an unusual event, giving it a special spirit and meaning. As in many parts of the Turkic world, in Kyrgyzstan almost every mountain, stone, water body and settlement in the surrounding region is explained by one or more myths. Researching the toponymic legends of Kyrgyzstan, in our work we touched upon the relationship between god, nature and man.

The article presents the results of numerical modeling using the PLAXIS program to assess the stability of landslide-prone slopes under the influence of undermined areas of the city of Kok-Jangak. Recent studies have shown that the stability of mountain slopes and slopes depends on landslides, degradation processes, hydrogeological regimes, geological conditions, and landslide hazard conditions.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ENERGY EFFICIENT THREE-LAYER REINFORCED CONCRETE WALL PANELS WITH FLEXIBLE LAYER CONNECTIONS 柔性层连接节能三层钢筋混凝土墙板试验研究

The connections between the panels are the most critical structural elements that determine the performance of the building. The article highlights the results of testing the strength of flexible ties of three-layer reinforced concrete exterior wall panels with expanded polystyrene insulation by the static method. Studies were carried out on the mutual shift of the outer layer of the panel in relation to the inner one when testing concrete layers in accordance with the control values.The results of the experimental studies have shown that the use of metal flexible connections to connect the outer and inner layers of three-layer wall panels with insulation provides strength and reliability of structures under static loads. The tested three-layer reinforced concrete exterior wall panels, designed for large-panel housing construction of the 105 series, fully comply with safety requirements during operation.

The article is devoted to the problem of using ash and slag waste. The prediction of strength properties in different periods of hardening of fine-grained concrete was carried out by the dissociative-step optimization method. INCREASING OF HOLOGRAPHIC INTERFEROMETER SENSITIVITY BY DIGITAL METHODS 数字方法提高全息干涉仪灵敏度

The development of methods for increasing the sensitivity of interferometers intended for studying complex phase media, which are characterized by abrupt changes in internal inhomogeneities, is a very urgent task.The aim of the study, the results of which are presented in the article, is a theoretical analysis of the possibility of improving the sensitivity of the output data of a holographic interferometer using digital methods of processing optical information. The research results showed that the presence of digital information about the object and reference waves and about the interference pattern recorded by the CCD matrix allows performing various mathematical operations on these data, after which they can again be displayed on the screen, i.e., visualized. These operations can be carried out both in the sections from the object to the output plane, and at the output of the system, directly with the intensity distribution, which is fixed by the CCD matrix.A sequence of numerical operations is proposed, which makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of the holographic system by a factor of 2m , where m  0,1, 2, 3,.... It is also shown that the increase in sensitivity according to the indicated scheme is limited only by possible speckle noise, which can worsen the contrast of the fringes of the interference pattern.The proposed method for increasing the sensitivity of the interferometer, in contrast to the known ones, does not rely on hardware changes in interferometric systems, which is associated with high costs, but digitally improves the characteristics of the output data of low-sensitivity interferometers.The results of the work can be used in studies of complex phase media.

The article details the causes of silt around the well filter and how to remove them. To do this, 4 most optimal methods are used to clean sand and artesian wells from sand, silt and other small particles, as well as the phased work processes that are currently applicable in the Kyrgyz Republic.

RESISTANCE OF BUILDINGS TO SEISMIC IMPACTS BASED ON THE THEORY OF LINEAR VIBRATIONS 基于线性振动理论的建筑物抗地震冲击

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of seismic vibrations and their impact on the stability of buildings and structures, as well as on the bearing elements of building structures. Linear oscillations excited during earthquakes are described, design schemes of building structures and numerical models of both dynamic processes and inertial reactions developing in the body of structures are provided. Conclusions have been obtained that will improve the resistance of buildings and structures under the action of seismic forces.
本文讨论了地震振动的理论基础及其对建筑物和结构稳定性的影响,以及对建筑物结构支承元件的影响。描述了在地震中激发的线性振荡,给出了建筑结构的设计方案和结构体内发生的动力过程和惯性反应的数值模型。所得结论将提高建筑物和构筑物在地震力作用下的抗力。
