POSSIBILITY OF TEACHING LEVELS IN COURSES OF MATHEMATICS WITH USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES 利用信息技术提高数学课程教学水平的可能性

Currently, the main goal of general education is to be intellectually and physically developed, have a wide range of spiritual needs, have a scientific worldview, be ready to take an active part in the life of society, be able to act independently and evaluate events, adapt to changes in society. This is the formation of personality. The article developed exercises for creating equations and transmitting them to students using the LearningApps.org application. The course of mathematics shows the organization of online learning using information technology. The teacher creates an algorithm for the equations in the application, solves linear equations and shares exercises with students to restore them. The app assesses student performance and allows students to use the assessment results and provide feedback.

SEISMOTECTONIC CONDITIONS OF THE 1910 GEORGIEV EARTHQUAKE WITH M=5.6 1910年格奥尔基耶夫5.6级地震的地震构造条件

Many cities are built on or near active faults, which creates seismic hazards and risks to the urban population. This risk is exacerbated by the expansion of the city. In 1910, there was a notable earthquake northwest of Bishkek that affected the village of Georgievka, now Korday in Kazakhstan, on the border with Kyrgyzstan. This event, known as the St. George earthquake, was reported to have a magnitude of 5.6. Our research shows that it is not recommended to expand the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic north of the city center. In addition to unfavorable engineering and geological conditions, in particular, the high standing of the groundwater level, earthquakes with a magnitude of up to 6.5 can occur there. Such events can lead to both large financial losses and human casualties.

MAPPING OF AVALANCHE HAZARD ALONG THE OSH-BISHKEK ROAD 奥什-比什凯克公路沿线的雪崩危险地图

This article describes in detail the new methodology and results of research on mapping and development of the avalanche hazard geodatabase of the Bishkek-Osh transport corridor. The Bishkek-Osh Road, connecting the northern and southern parts of the country, has a strategic role, but prone to various types of natural and man-made risks, the most frequent of which are avalanches. Reduction of the avalanche risk, which annually cause significant socio-economic losses, is possible with the application of new technologies, scientific and technological achievements. The research has used modern geoinformation technologies and methods for studying geographic, topographic, soil-geological, hydrometeorological, botanical and other objects on the most avalanche prone sections of the Bishkek-Osh Road. A geodatabase has been developed with digital maps of the area and avalanches based on the results of digitized paper maps and entering operational and statistical data on snow avalanches.

NEW HIGHLY DECORATIVE ARCHITECTURAL AND BUILDING PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS FOR HOUSING CONSTRUCTION 住宅建筑用新型高装饰性建筑产品和材料

The article presents the results of research work on the selection and justification of technological parameters for the production of highly decorative architectural and building products from local mineral raw materials, including technogenic mineral formations. Experimental work has been carried out to obtain new building materials that enhance the decorative and artistic design of architectural objects. Structural and technological parameters are substantiated and a prototype of a new large-format ceramic facing-bearing block is obtained. A search for new architectural forms using crushed natural stone was carried out and a design of a new plinth cladding block with the “saytash” texture was developed. A recipe was developed and prototypes of building products for masonry walls (lego brick and aerated concrete) were obtained, characterized by ease and convenience of masonry with equal strength characteristics. The results of the research are recommended to be implemented for the improvement of architectural objects in the city of Osh.
