This work takes into account the specificity of the picture of the incidence of Covid-19 in Kyrgyzstan. The data on morbidity published by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic on restrictive measures of the government in connection with the spread of infection are analyzed. The analysis is based on the application of the logistic S-function. A method of statistical analysis of dependence for the intensity of the incidence of Covid-19 in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan is proposed. The results of the approximation by the S-function and its parameters were obtained, which make it possible to model the intensity of morbidity as a function of time. A discussion of the results is presented.

DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE APPLICATION FOR SALARY CALCULATION 开发工资计算移动应用程序

This article analyzes existing mobile applications for calculation of wages; also we considered main stages of creation mobile applications. Calculation method for determining of the amount of wages in Kyrgyz Republic has been determined. Android operating system, Java programming language and Android Studio integrated development environment are briefly considered in it. Start box for entering applications has been developed and input activities’ process and employee data output determine salary are shown.

PROBLEMS OF INVESTMENT POLICY TO ATTRACT CAPITAL TO THE ECONOMY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC 吸引资本进入吉尔吉斯共和国经济的投资政策问题

Attracting foreign capital is not easy, even for enterprises operating in countries with a more favorable investment climate and less risk. The main obstacles to the inflow of foreign capital into the Kyrgyz Republic are: undeveloped legislation, excessive taxes, lack of a mechanism for protecting foreign investment, criminality of the situation, and the spread of corruption. Many foreign entrepreneurs cite the latter as the main reasons, and also highlight the instability. Stability, including political, legal, economic and social, is a fundamental factor for attracting investment. Unfortunately, today the Kyrgyz Republic has a reputation as a politically and socially unstable state, where there is often a change of power, state policy, laws, there is no continuity and consistency in government decisions.

STUDY OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CERAMIC COMPOSITE BASED ON WASTE OF BASALT FIBER PRODUCTION 玄武岩纤维废基陶瓷复合材料的物理力学特性研究

The use of accumulated waste from the production of basalt fibers from local raw materials in the production of composite materials contributes to the rational use of natural basalt and forms an additional raw material base. In this work, waste products from the production of basalt fibers, having a fractional composition with sizes less than 0,315 mm, were used as a composite filler. Using the plastic molding method, prototypes of ceramic composites based on waste products from the production of basalt fibers were obtained. Further, by the methods of physical and technical tests, an experimental study was carried out to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the resulting composite material. The method of least squares was used to process the experimental data obtained as a result of physical and technical tests of the samples. It has been established that the strength of the ceramic composite increases with the maximum amount of waste of the basalt melt fractions less 0,315mm and high firing temperature.

This paper discusses the issues of assessing the prospects for the use of gravitational water vortex hydroelectric power plants. The analysis of the designs of hydraulic turbines is carried out, their advantages and disadvantages are considered, the methods of their installation in the turbine chamber, as well as the experimental determination of the efficiency. The results of threedimensional modeling of various types of hydraulic turbines are presented. The kinematics of the interaction of the turbine blades is considered, with the establishment of a connection between the kinematic parameters and the power of the hydraulic turbine.

ANALYSIS OF THE FINANCIAL STATUS OF COMMERCIAL BANKS 商业银行财务状况分析

This article reveals the need to study the financial position of the bank, the results of which can be used to justify the decisions of regulatory authorities. The financial position of commercial banks in Kyrgyzstan is being investigated, as the results of the financial position survey warn consumers against using unreliable banking services. The Bank strives to give an objective assessment of the current and future situation. Recent events in the world, especially the situation with the pandemic, require an analysis of the financial situation of commercial banks. In modern, more competitive conditions, bank employees and customers need reliable information about the financial condition of the bank, financial stability trends, liquidity and factors affecting its change. The effectiveness of commercial banks also depends on the ability to conduct business based on the analysis of information and comparison with other banks.

The article discusses the current state of production electricity in the republic. The possibilities of building objects are shown small energy, based on renewable and alternative resources energy sources. The main tasks to be solved during the construction of energy facilities on such watercourses are formulated. EVALUATION OF THE BEARING CAPACITY OF A 12-METER TRUSS FROM LIGHT STEEL THIN-WALL PROFILES 轻钢薄壁型材12米桁架承载力评价

The purpose of the article is to determine the maximum bearing capacity, deformations and maximum deflections of rods from cold-formed truss profiles 12 m long. The truss had changes, the bracing profiles changed, and the steel grade changed, after which it was clear that their bearing capacity and deflection were changing. For static calculation, the SolidWorks Simulation program was used. All maximum values were identified. As a result, it was shown that with a change in the section of the profile and the highest grade of steel, the bearing capacity increases by 2.4 times, and the deflection at one load has a difference of 1 mm. The results obtained show that the developed truss provides the bearing capacity and deformability.

Chernykh-Rashevsky","doi":"10.35803/1694-5298.2022.2.476-483","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35803/1694-5298.2022.2.476-483","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to determine the maximum bearing capacity, deformations and maximum deflections of rods from cold-formed truss profiles 12 m long. The truss had changes, the bracing profiles changed, and the steel grade changed, after which it was clear that their bearing capacity and deflection were changing. For static calculation, the SolidWorks Simulation program was used. All maximum values were identified. As a result, it was shown that with a change in the section of the profile and the highest grade of steel, the bearing capacity increases by 2.4 times, and the deflection at one load has a difference of 1 mm. THEORY AND PRACTICE OF TRANSLATION AS A BASIS FOR THE STUDY OF COMPUTER TERMINOLOGY 翻译理论与实践作为计算机术语研究的基础

In this article we considered theory of translation as a main theory of our comparative translation English-Kyrgyz research and tendency in development of theory and practice of translation related to both English and Kyrgyz languages in linguistic space of Kyrgyzstan. In our article, we consider a set of basic issues of theory and practice of translation and clarified them. The study of following five fundamental issues of the theory and practice of translation prompted us to find out two principles of translation equivalence, as “formal-grammatical principle” and “dynamic-culturological principle” into five types of equivalence, corresponding to five levels hierarchically located equivalence of translation, and highlighted by Russian Soviet translation scholars and their Kyrgyz researchers.
本文将翻译理论作为我国英吉比较翻译研究的主要理论,分析了吉尔吉斯斯坦语言空间中英吉两语翻译理论与实践的发展趋势。本文对翻译理论和翻译实践中的一系列基本问题进行了思考和阐述。通过对以下五个翻译理论和实践的基本问题的研究,我们将“形式语法原则”和“动态文化原则”这两种翻译对等原则归纳为五种对等类型,对应着五个层次层次的翻译对等,这是俄罗斯、苏联翻译学者及其吉尔吉斯研究人员所强调的。
