Discursos sobre la viña y el vino: nuevos territorios en el imaginario social 关于葡萄园和葡萄酒的论述:社会想象中的新领域

La industria vitivinicola en Chile es uno de los sectores exportadores mas dinamicos de los ultimos 30 anos, lo que ha implicado profundas transformaciones en los territorios donde se ha instalado. Este articulo examina los discursos de este sector, para identificar el rol que juega el paisaje y los territorios del vino en su comercializacion. A partir de los conceptos de Bourdieu sobre campos sociales y exclusion social, y evidencia empirica obtenida de las paginas web de vinas del Valle Central, el articulo identifica cinco elementos predominantes: tradicion, vinculo europeo, terroir, medio ambiente y exclusividad. Se concluye que el concepto de terroir empleado, si bien refiere a las ideas francesas de produccion vitivinicola, excluye a los trabajadores y habitantes de los territorios del vino, por lo que es un concepto mas bien intencionado hacia los mercados de destino que un concepto con contenido de identidad local y territorial, distanciandose de las condiciones locales. Análisis espacio-temporal de los cambios previstos en la evapotranspiración de referencia durante el siglo XXI en la Demarcación Hidrográfica del Segura (España) a partir de los modelos climáticos globales MPEH5 y MPEH5C 利用MPEH5和MPEH5C全球气候模式对西班牙塞古拉河流域21世纪参考蒸散量预测变化的时空分析

espanolSe propone una metodologia para realizar proyecciones espacio-temporales de la evapo- transplraclon de referencia (ET0) y el posible impacto de cambio climatico en cuencas se- miaridas. El estudio se desarrolla en la Demarcacion Hidrografica del Segura, utilizando para estimar la ET0 el modelo de Hargreaves calibrado mensualmente mediante el metodo de Allen. Se parte de una regionalizacion de temperaturas maximas y minimas a partir de los modelos globales MPEH5 y MPEH5C y los escenarios de emision SRESA2, SRESA1B, SRESB1 y E1. Se ha evaluado la tendencia temporal y la distribucion espacial de ET0 mediante Theil-Sen, Mann-Kendall y 3 metodos de interpolacion (regresion lineal multiple, krigreado ordinario y regresion-krigeado). Se observa un incremento significativo en los 4 escenarios entre los 2,73 mm para el SRESA2 y los 0,63 mm para E1. Se observa ademas un patron espacial ca racterizado por un aumento mayor de la ET0 en zonas de cabecera y menor en la zona litoral. EnglishA methodology is proposed to carry out spatio-temporal projections of reference evapo- transpiration (ET0), and to analyse the possible impact of climate change, on semi-arid ba sins. The study is carried out in the Segura Hydrographic Demarcation, using the Hargreaves model, calibrated monthly following the Allen method, to estimate ET0. The input information is a regionalization of maximum and minimum temperatures based on the global models MPEH5 and MPEH5C and the emission scenarios SRESA2, SRESA1B, SRESB1 and E1. The temporal trend and spatial distribution of ET0 variation were evaluated using the Theil-Sen estimator and Mann Kendall test, and 3 methods of interpolation (multiple linear regression, ordinary kriging and regression-kriging). A significant increase is observed in the 4 scenarios that oscillate between 2.73 mm in SRESA2 and 0.63 mm in E1. There is also a spatial pattern that shows a greater increase in ET0 in headwaters and a smaller increase in the coastal zone.

Percepción ambiental y producción de alimentos para autoconsumo 环境感知与自食食品生产

espanolLa degradacion de las tierras secas es una amenaza al bienestar de la poblacion que habita en dicho territorio, en el cual ademas existen desequilibrios en torno a la historica configuracion polarizada entre tierras irrigadas y no irrigadas. En este trabajo aplicamos una metodologia cualitativa para estudiar las percepciones ambientales de pequenos productores ganaderos del area no irrigada de Mendoza a fin de identificar los problemas vinculados al acceso y calidad del agua y la produccion de alimentos para autoconsumo. Resaltamos la importancia de conocer la percepcion ambiental de la comunidad local para definir los conflictos y desde alli realizar estudios especificos que permitan identificar las causas de la degradacion. Incorporar la dimension social durante el diseno de las medidas a implementar permitira a la politica publica reajustar sus lineamientos para mejorar los resultados obtenidos. Asi como tambien, enriquecera la generacion de recomendaciones de manejo. EnglishDrylands degradation is a threat to the well-being of the population living in that territory, which also presents imbalances around the historical polarized configuration between irrigated and non-irrigated lands. In this research we applied a qualitative methodology to study the environmental perceptions of small livestock ranching producers living in the non-irrigated area of Mendoza in order to identify problems related to the access and quality of water and the production of food for self-consumption. We highlight the importance of knowing the environmental perception of the local community to define the conflicts and then carry out specific studies that enable the identification of the causes of degradation. Incorporating the social dimension during the design of the measures to be implemented will allow the public policy to readjust its guidelines to improve the obtained results. In addition, it will enrich the generation of management recommendations.

Dinámica del manto de nieve en una pequeña cuenca de montaña mediterránea: el caso del río Tormes (Cuenca del Duero, España) 地中海小山区盆地的雪覆盖动力学:以托尔梅斯河为例(杜埃罗盆地,西班牙)

Recently, a homogeneous database has been generated to study the spatial-temporal dynamics of the snow cover in the Spanish peninsular territory, from remote sensing (AVHRR-NOAA and MODIS) and energy balance models (WRF-FSM). These data series used at regional scale show the uncertainty of their application in small headwaters to better understand the hydro-climatology of the same. Assuming the disparity of applied techniques, and the diversity of variables in which the estimates are expressed (snow cover, snow days, snow depth and snow water equivalent), the results obtained allow to describe the seasonal behavior of the snow cover in the study catchment, as well as its marked interannual variability. The results show that snow cover data are less useful for hydrological analysis than modeled series (WRF-FSM), which report the thickness and amount of snow water equivalent.

Se aplico una metodologia basada en un indice de calidad ambiental de paisaje urbano. El resultado fue la valoracion visual de diecisiete variables urbano-ambientales agrupadas en agua, suelo y aire. Los grupos de suelo y agua dirigen el detrimento ambiental del paisaje, principalmente la basura y desperdicio de agua. Se contribuye con la identificacion de zonas prioritarias para monitoreo ambiental, asi tambien conocimiento e informacion para generar estrategias de planificacion ambiental en espacios urbanos de rapido crecimiento. EnglishThe urban-environmental dynamics and evolution of the city of Queretaro reconfigures landscapes and builds new mental images on urban habitability. The present study ana lyzes the environmental differences in the urban landscape of Juriquilla and Santa Rosa Jauregui, north of the city of Queretaro, Mexico. A methodology was applied based on an urban landscape environmental quality index. The result was the visual assessment of seventeen urban-environmental variables grouped in water, soil and air. The groups of soil and water direct the environmental detriment of the landscape, mainly garbage and waste of water. It contributes with the identification of priority zones for environmental monitoring, as well as knowledge and information to generate environmental planning strategies in fast-growing urban spaces.
