The modern world, in this era, is progressing with giant strides in the direction of becoming a multicultural society. It is recognized in a profound examination of processes occurring in diverse societies over the past two decades, similarly to issues of multiculturalism are no longer as unequivocal as predicted at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century. From the start, the multicultural approach was formulated against a background of establishing cultural rights, recognizing the importance of cultural rights as part of individual rights and a core component of individuals’ belonging to a group and their social and later, also national identity. This article will try to present the existing reality in the Israeli education system, and to examine the ways for dealing with the growing trend.

The article gives a brief analytical survey of multilingualism practices, its consequences, its benefits in education and discussions on the appropriate ways towards its achievement in education. Multilingualism refers to speaking more than one language competence Generally there are both the official and unofficial multilingualism practices. A brief survey on multilingualism practices indicates that Canada, Belgium and Switzerland are officially declared multilingual countries. Multilingualism exhibits both the political and the linguistic consequences. The linguistic consequences include the development of a lingua franca, creation of mixed languages within a linguistic milieu, enhances cross cultural communication strategies and cross cultural communication skills. Benefits of multilingualism practices in education include the creation and appreciation of cultural awareness, adds academic and educational value, enhances creativity, adjustment in society and appreciation of local languages.

The main landmarks of the architecture of the world economy at the present stage are examined. It was argued that the process of globalization, the content, directions and interdependent forms of international economic are determined by the relationship between the great world economic powers. But starting with the years 2014-2015 to defend serious cracks in the field of the world economy in general and in the process of globalization in particular. Are these problems an indication that the relations between the great powers can no longer generate the increase of the prosperity of the countries of the world? This article seeks to answer these questions by emphasizing that reconfiguring global economic power relations requires a new approach to the effective architecture of the international economic security system.

Throughout its existence, each nation made up an idea not only about its life and culture, but also formed basic information about representatives of different countries. This includes data about their behavior, traditions, customs and cultural space. The totality of ideas about the nation forms stereotypes. This paper examines the influence of stereotypes on intercultural communication and highlights the problems that may arise during the process of its realization, emphasizing the necessity of developing intercultural communication which is seen as an indispensable condition of mutual understanding between nations in the modern world. The courses of foreign languages provide students with knowledge not only about language, but also with understanding about culture, stereotypes and different ways of life in differing communities; facilitate the application of this knowledge in intercultural situations by training of linguistic and intercultural skills. The research problem lies in the influence of stereotypes on the perception of the world picture of an individual of one nation by an individual of another nation.

Studiul vizează dreptul la muncă în Republica Moldova prin prisma noului program de guvernare – Moldova vremurilor bune. Asigurarea progresivă a drepturilor economice și sociale – implicit dreptul la muncă – este stipulată în documetele definitorii ale drepturilor omului la nivel internațional și incluse în Constituția Republicii Moldova, în timp ce salariul minim reprezintă unul dintre instrumentele publice de bază prin care statul impulsionează remunerarea decentă a muncii. Dincolo de dezbaterile centrale din economia (neo)clasică, care sunt tratate în prima secțiune, cercetarea vizează salariul minim din perspectiva drepturilor economice și raportează analiza la Programul de activitate al Guvernului, votat în Parlamentul Republicii Moldova la 6 august 2021. Constatarea de bază – salariului minim este un instrument incoerent, inechitabil și insuficient în Republica Moldova, a cărui reformă trebuie să constituie o prioritate imediată a Guvernului.

În articol se analizează progresele realizate în primii zece ani ai Parteneriatului Estic, precum și obiectivele stabilite pentru următoarea etapă a dezvoltării acestui program de cooperare, conceput pentru al doilea deceniu. Se constată, că Parteneriatul Estic rămâne prioritar pe agenda Uniunii Europene, țările partenere au noi oportunități comerciale și de investiții, susținere financiară în realizarea reformelor, sprijin pentru întreprinderile mici și mijlocii, transformarea digitălă, dezvoltarea energiei regenerabile, managementul mediului etc. Analiza se bazează pe documentul cuprinzător, lansat în martie 2020, intitulat „Politica Parteneriatului Estic după 2020: construirea rezistenței - un parteneriat estic care asigură securitatea”, precum și pe Agenda cuprinzătoare, axată pe redresare, reziliență și reformă, cu angajamente în toate domeniile prioritare de cooperare, lansată în iunie 2021.
