The quality of life of people with disabilities is one of the problems facing modern society. The object of research is the situation of people with disabilities. The study investigated the following issues: the structure and dynamics of people with disabilities in the Republic of Moldova, medical and social aspects of disability, the legal basis for the interaction between society and people with disabilities, relation between people with disabilities and civil society. The main purpose of the study is an analysis of social inclusion policies of people with disabilities promoted in the Republic of Moldova. The study has been carried out within the project of the State Program 20.80009.0807.29 “Improving the application mechanisms of the innovative instruments oriented towards the sustainable growth of the well-being of population of the Republic of Moldova”.

In the context of globalization, migration processes have a significant impact on the formation of the modern international system. In bilateral interstate relations, the diaspora acts as a connecting link. The policy of the state of residence in relation to the diaspora can influence foreign policy decisions, and is also an indicator of the attitude towards the homeland of the diaspora. States can use the resource of the diaspora for the realization of national interests, for example, in establishing relations with foreign partners. In this case, the diaspora provides an economic, cultural and linguistic presence. The diaspora is directly involved in the life of the host society and has the opportunity to create a positive image of their homeland, the level of participation in this is not only state, but can also be of a private nature.

The aim of this study is to analyze the demographic sustainability in terms of indicators that attest to the demographic situation in two medium-sized cities. The main objectives are: comparative analysis of the demographic situation of the cities of Strășeni and Zărnești and of the determinants of demographic insecurity; identifying the forms of manifestation of the demographic insecurity through the prism of the basic demographic components, assessing the deviation of measurable demographic security indicators from optimal values, drawing conclusions on the situation of demographic security for the cities studied and proposals on overcoming, even partially, the demographic insecurity problems faced by the given localities, based on existing good practices. Demographic security as a component of social security has become a widely covered topic, both in the literature and in the public space. It aims at quantitative and qualitative transformations of demographic indicators, which endanger the human capital of certain territorial entities. The exacerbation of the demographic problem at the beginning of the 21st century is based on several objective reasons: on the one hand, socio-economic changes in several regions and states of the world have been accompanied by major changes in demographic behavior, both in the elements of state, as well as population movement; on the other hand, political, health and environmental insecurity was directly reflected in demographic security. Consequently, the issue of demographic insecurity appears on the agenda of several governments of the world's states, being considered a priority in the context of national security. The study is expected to answer some questions related to the demographic security of two medium-sized cities, located in the Republic of Moldova and România, in the context of a study of comparative human geography, in the context of their regional competitiveness.

Tranziția în economie de la relații și interacțiuni reale între agenții economici la cele informaționale (digitale), transformarea potențialului intelectual într-o resursă economică reală, apariția unor cerințe calitativ noi pentru funcționarea întreprinderilor precum și creșterea gradului de complexitate și a numărului de riscuri și amenințări pentru securitatea agenților economici - sunt principalele tendințe care caracterizează perioada transformărilor digitale. Digitalizarea a devenit o realitate a lumii afacerilor şi o prerogativă a succesului în economia contemporană. Creșterea gradului de digitalizare a economiilor naționale, a nivelului de deschidere a comunicațiilor datorită transferului de informații către mass-media digitală nu numai că creează noi oportunități în toate domeniile activității social - economice, dar necesită, de asemenea, dezvoltarea de noi abordări pentru asigurarea securității a întreprinderilor indiferent de formele lor organizaționale și juridice de funcționare. The actuality of the subject. The right to a decent standard of living is a fundamental right. Social policy in ensuring the right to a decent life stems from the obligation of the state to provide adequate conditions for a decent life and refers to: regulation of the minimum wage, fight against unemployment, free primary health care, establishment of social benefits for some socially vulnerable population, who for various reasons cannot perform any work, etc. The financing of expenditures for ensuring a decent standard of living is mainly made from public budget resources, which is why the efficiency of public expenditures becomes an extremely important task, especially in the conditions of the deep economic crisis facing the Republic of Moldova. Globalization is not just a term but a process of global economic evolution. The process of globalization is initiated by the perspective of international economic conditions. During globalization, invariably, there are effects that may be favorable to the strong and less favorable to the small, in this category including those with limited economic opportunities, but also includes countries that do not have a large technological development, but have of mineral resources, primarily and other special nature. In this article, we have highlighted the main effects produced over time, which, although not treated as an effect of globalization, are in line with the entry of large multinational corporations. From here, the effects that are borne by those categorized small appear. In parallel, the authors investigated and found some evolutions even on the Romanian scene that are similar to the great globalization. Globalization has also influenced the evolution of GDP because due to the relations between states, trade represents almost 50% of the world's GDP. Globalization could pose a direct threat to the traditions of states to the detriment of cultural diversity and the lifestyle of citizens. This article aims at the evolutionary analysis of the globalization index in the period 2000-2019, focusing on the last part of the interval. Using statistical data, a comparison was made between several states that have been and will be true poles of power at the international level, especially in the context of globalization.

Globalization could pose a direct threat to the traditions of states to the detriment of cultural diversity and the lifestyle of citizens. This article aims at the evolutionary analysis of the globalization index in the period 2000-2019, focusing on the last part of the interval.
