The decline in vaname shrimp farming land in Lamongan Regency, East Java is influenced by the conversion of cultivation land into residential areas and industrial estate development so that it requires a breakthrough in aquaculture technology, one of which is by utilizing home garden for fish farming using tarpaulin ponds. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the cultivation of vaname shrimp in a circular pond with a recirculation system. The research method is an experimental method and qualitative descriptive in the cultivation of vaname shrimp in a circular pond with recirculation and non-recirculation systems. The results showed that the first pool showed better growth and survival of 10.1 gr / head and 76% with a total production value of Rp.2.470.000; while the second pool shows a lower growth and survival rate of 8.7 gr / head and 62% with a total production value of Rp. 1,620,000. Business feasibility has not been achieved in the first cycle because the value of small production is influenced by the growth of shrimp, low life graduation and lack of duration of maintenance, the simulation of business feasibility can be achieved in 3-4 maintenance cycles.

The Success of kakatua fish catching (family scaridae) using very good handline was determined by bait. The type of bait that is always used by fishermen are crab and anchovy. The objectives of the study were 1) to determine the type of bait that faster to catch kakatua fish in large quantities, and 2) to determine the most effective time to catch kakatua fish in handline operation. Research activities were conducted in Watdek waters, Southeast Moluccas in March to May 2017. The catching operation is done simultaneously by two fisherman who use handlines above the speed boat. In one day 4 catching were made, between 06: 00-08: 00 am, 08: 00-10: 00 am, 14: 00-16: 00 pm, and 16: 00-18: 00 pm. This study used a comparative descriptive analysis method to analyze the difference time of kakatua fish catching. While statistical analysis of complete randomized design (RAL) was used to see the effect of bait type on the number of catches. The results showed that the crab bait obtained the highest, namely 318 fish or 70% and anchovy bait catch 135 fish or 30%. The best time to catch the kakatua fish (family scaridae) is at 06.00-08.00 am get 226 fish or 50%, 08.00-10.00 am gets 108 fish or (24%), at 16.00-18.00 pm gets 57 fish or (13%) and at 14.00- 16.00 pm gets 62 fish or 14%.

Gulamah fish bioecological research (Argyrosomus japonicas) in the estuary area of the coastal city of Merauke is very important to be done as a management effort. The purpose of the research on the bioecological of Gulamah fish in the estuary area of the coastal city of Merauke is to study aspects of population dynamics and reproductive biology aspects. The study was conducted in the Estuari area of the coastal city of Merauke for 3 months in November 2017 - January 2018. The research station was determined by purposive sampling. Gulamah fish growth patterns based on long and heavy relationship data are allometric negative. fish Gulamah males and females both at station I and station II also have relatively the same condition factor. The sex ratio between male and female Gulamah fish is 1: 1. Maturity level of gonad fish Gulamah caught during the research is still at TKG 1.
