The State Revenue and Expenditure Budget as an acceleration of budget implementation is needed to support sustainable national development programs by optimizing the role of state revenues and expenditures, especially Ministry/Institution revenue and spending on economic growth each year. A good understanding of the mechanisms for compiling Ministry/Institution budgets is very important to be understood by various parties, especially in the framework of achieving optimal work unit goals and functions. The aim of the study was to find out the condition of stakeholder participation in budgeting, the budget revision process and how these factors affect the effectiveness of budget spending at the West Java Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA). The research methodology is descriptive quantitative using primary data collected from users of the West Java Province BKSDA budget for the period 2019 to 2021. The data collection method is questionnaire interviews. The results of the study show that some budgetary participation has a significant effect on the effectiveness of budget absorption, but partial budget revisions have no significant effect on the effectiveness of budget spending. Meanwhile, simultaneous budget participation and budget revision affect the effectiveness of budget absorption. The policy of participation in budget preparation and budget revision needs to be further enhanced by the BKSDA of West Java Province so that the achievement of the effectiveness of budget absorption can be more optimal Keyword: Participation, Revision, Budget Absorption Effectiveness

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel norma subjektif, persepsi kenyamanan, kegunaan, dan kompleksitas terhadap minat menggunakan SIA berbasis e-commerce pada aplikasi shopee online di kalangan mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Fakultas Ekonomi Program Studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Data penelitian diambil dari data primer yang diperoleh dari data penyebaran kuesioner. A company is required to provide products with good quality and according to consumer needs, therefore companies must develop and produce the best products so that the products offered in the market sell well. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of consumers' lifestyles on their opinions about smartphone costs, brand image, and product quality. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta participated in this study. In illustrating the findings, this study used data from 100 participants, all of whom met certain criteria. The SPSS 26 analysis tool was used to process the questionnaire used for data collection. The findings prove that (1) brand image substantially influences purchasing decisions. 2) product quality significantly influences purchasing decisions. 3) price perceptions do not substantially influence purchasing decisions. 4) A person's way of life has a large impact on what they believe. Every marketer needs media to carry out campaigns about their products or services, one of which is a culinary business. The development of social media has led to content creators with content namely reviewing food or culinary places and known as food influencers, which are currently used by marketers or business owners to promote their culinary places with the aim that their culinary places are increasingly known and visited. This study aims to examine the effect of source credibility, content quality, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the image perceived by visitors and the effect of perceived image on visitors' interest in visiting culinary places. Purposive sampling approach was used in sampling. The self-administered method was used in the data collection process and using Google Form media in distributing online questionnaires, which in turn obtained a sample of 150 Instagram users who had seen food influencer content in the city of Semarang. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Human resources are crucial to attaining corporate objectives. Businesses will be able to compete effectively and continue to advance in a better path if they are backed by people who perform at high levels in all aspects of their jobs. This study intends to ascertain the partial and concurrent effects of democratic leadership style, remuneration, and communication on employee performance. This study's methodology makes use of quantitative research techniques. 33 persons made up the study's sample. The data analysis technique uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test and t Test. According to the study's findings, democratic leadership style, compensation, and communication all had a significant impact on employee performance. Democratic leadership style also had a significant impact on compensation, and communication had a significant impact on democratic leadership style and employee performance. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are leaders of UD. Merta Nadi PS in Tabanan is expected to always apply a democratic leadership style in leading his subordinates, in addition, leaders should make compensation policies that are fair and in accordance with the workload of employees and foster communication between employees. Abstract The ability of producers to understand the factors that encourage consumers to make purchases online is one of the basic things that must be learned in order to be able to face the intense competition in today's digital era. This study examines the effect of evidential, confirmational and experientia lonline influence on online buying decisions which are moderated by positive product knowledge. There were 132 samples which were collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The analytical method applied is regression analysis to test the direct relationship and subgroup analysis to test moderation. The results of this study state that confirmational and experiential directly have a significant effect on online buying decisions. Positive product knowledge is stated to be able to moderate the relationship between confirmational and experiential on online buying decisions. Meanwhile, evidential online influence directly or moderated by positive product knowledge has no effect on online buying decisions. Pasca Pandemi Covid-19, Desa Wisata Tanjungjaya memiliki kesempatan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisata dan mengembangkan potensi desanya. Pengelola jasa wisata perlu menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dengan cara mengoptimalkan sumberdaya yang dimiliki. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Desa Wisata Tanjungjaya melalui bauran pemasaran 7P dan konsep 4A. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data diperoleh dari kegiatan observasi, survey, wawancara mendalam, informasi dari pejabat daerah, pelaku usaha, dan pengunjung yang kemudian disintesa berdasarkan referensi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi bauran pemasaran 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, & process) dan komponen Penunjang Wisata 4A (attraction, amenity, accessibility, & ancillary) telah digunakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran, namun perlu dioptimalkan dalam mengkomunikasikan keunikan sumberdaya alam, tradisi khas daerah, menciptakan brand image, kerjasama dengan agen travel, kemudahan akses, layanan prima, penyediaan pemandu, dan penambahan fasilitas klinik, ATM, serta swalayan.

PT Bio Takara Purwokerto in running its business strives to create and manage employee job satisfaction well, but there are various factors that affect employee job satisfaction such as work ability, self-efficacy, organizational culture, and job characteristics. This research aims to determine the effect of work ability, self-efficacy, organizational culture, and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction at PT Bio Takara Purwokerto. This research used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed directly to the respondents. The results of this research indicate that work ability, self-efficacy, organizational culture, and job characteristics have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Bio Takara Purwokerto. Kegiatan belanja online menjadi alternatif mudah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, karena mudah untuk diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Dengan itu e-commerce perlu memiliki strategi untuk menjadi pilihan nomor satu masyarakat, dan membentuk pelanggan yang loyal. Shopee sebagai aplikasi e-commerce nomor satu di Indonesia, menunjukkan adanya loyalitas dari pada pelanggannya. Dengan itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah harga, kepuasan pelanggan, penilaian pelanggan, dan iklan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dimana data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari pengisi kuesioner oleh responden. Alat pengujian analisis dengan menggunakan regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dimana penemuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan jika variabel harga dan penilaian pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
