PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work ability and work motivation on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Case Study at the LPP RRI Cirebon Office). This study uses four variables, namely work ability (X1), work motivation (X2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), and employee performance variable (Y). The method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 54 respondents who are employees of LPP RRI Cirebon. The data used are primary data and secondary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and document studies. Data analysis using multiple regression and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that partially the work ability variable has a significant positive effect on OCB, work motivation has a significant positive effect on OCB, work ability has no significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, OCB has a significant positive effect on performance. employees, then based on the Sobel test results show that OCB mediates the effect of work ability on employee performance, OCB mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance. 本研究通过组织公民行为研究工作能力和工作动机对员工绩效的影响(以LPP RRI Cirebon办公室为例)。本研究使用四个变量,即工作能力(X1)、工作动机(X2)、组织公民行为(Z)和员工绩效变量(Y),采用定量方法。本研究的样本为54名受访者,他们是LPP RRI Cirebon的员工。所使用的数据是访谈、问卷调查、文献研究和文献研究等形式的一手数据和二手数据。数据分析采用多元回归和Sobel检验。本研究结果表明,部分工作能力变量对组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,工作动机对组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,工作能力对员工绩效无显著的正向影响,工作动机对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,组织公民行为对绩效有显著的正向影响。那么基于Sobel检验的结果表明,组织公民行为在工作能力对员工绩效的影响中起中介作用,组织公民行为在工作动机对员工绩效的影响中起中介作用。关键词:工作能力、工作动机、组织公民行为、员工绩效

PENGARUH MARKETING MIX (4P) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN 混合营销(4P)对消费者购买决策的影响

The rapid development of the retail industry has led to increasingly high competition. Marketing strategy is something that must be done by every industry to maintain and increase revenue and protect consumers. This study aims to analyze and test the product, price, location or distribution, and promotion variables on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. This research includes quantitative research and uses a questionnaire method to obtain data. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis and T test and F test. The results based on the T test found that the promotion variable had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, while the product, price, and distribution variables had no effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. The F test found that the four variables simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. Strategi pemasaran merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh setiap industri untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta menjaga konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menguji variabel produk, harga, lokasi atau distribusi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif serta menggunakan metode kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji T dan uji F. Hasil berdasarkan uji T diketahui bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, sedangkan variabel produk, harga, dan distribusi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. Dunia kuliner sangat banyak persaingannya yang dapat dikatakan sangat tinggi dan meningkat karena konsumen lebih sangat selektif sekali memiliki rumah makan, yang menyebabkan antara rumah makan harus benar-benar berpikir bagaimana memiliki strategi yang tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan. Strategi tersebut adalah people, physical evidence dan process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh people, physical evidence dan process terhadap kunjungan ke Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua konsumen yang berkunjung ke Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa people, physical evidence dan process berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan. Hal ini karena banyaknya konsumen memutuskan berkunjung ke Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan karena ada orang-orang yang berkualitas yang bekerja dengan sepenuh hati melayani para konsumen, kemudian physical evidence dengan menyediakan beberapa fasilitas yang baik dan memadai, selanjutnya dengan proses yang efesien dan efektif dalam menyajikan makanan sampai ke konsumen lebih cepat dan tepat serta rapi. The strategy is people, physical evidence, and process. This study aims to determine the influence of people, physical evidence and process on the decision to visit Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, Veterans Bintaro Branch, South Jakarta. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all consumers who visited Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, Veterans Bintaro Branch. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. Data processing is done with Smart PLS. The results showed that people, physical evidence and process had a significant effect on the decision to visit. PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY, PRICE, TOURIST EXPERIENCE DAN OVERALL SATISFACTION TERHADAP REVISIT INTENTION WISATAWAN DI KOTA BATAM 巴淡岛的服务质量、价格、游客体验和整体满意度、再访意愿等

Revisit Intention merupakan salah satu bentuk keberhasilan penjualan produk pada Industri Pariwisata, dalam hal ini Resort menjadi salah satu industri yang mengukur tingkat keberhasilannya dari Revisit Intention para wisatawan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini mengambil latar akomodasi penginapan berupa resort yang ada di kota batam dengan variabel independen service qualiy, price, tourist experience dan overall satisfaction terhadap variabel dependen revisit intention. Penelitian ini mengambil data primer dari 438 responden yang merupakan warga kota Batam dengan rentang usia dari 20 tahun - >50 tahun. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tentang revisit intention ini berupa uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Software uji statistic IBM SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel service quality, tourist experience dan overall satisfaction memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap revisit intention. Sedangkan variabel price tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel revisit intention. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Harga, Pengalaman Turis, Niat Berkunjung Kembali   Abstract Revisit Intention is one form of successful product sales in the Tourism Industry, in this case Resort is one of the industries that measures the level of success of the Revisit Intention of tourists. So therefore, this study takes the accommodation background in the form of a resort in Batam City with independen variabels of service quality, price, tourism experience and overall satisfaction on the dependen variabel of visit intention. This study took primary data from 438 respondents who were residents of the city of Batam with an age range of 20 years -> 50 years. The data analysis method used in this research on revisit intentions is in the form of data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 statistical test software. The results of this study are the variables of service quality, tourist experience and overall satisfaction have an influence positive on revisit intention. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini mengambil latar akomodasi penginapan berupa resort yang ada di kota batam dengan variabel independen service qualiy, price, tourist experience dan overall satisfaction terhadap variabel dependen revisit intention. Penelitian ini mengambil data primer dari 438 responden yang merupakan warga kota Batam dengan rentang usia dari 20 tahun - >50 tahun. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tentang revisit intention ini berupa uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Software uji statistic IBM SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel service quality, tourist experience dan overall satisfaction memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap revisit intention. The achievement of goals in an organization is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every organization will try to work on the presentation of its employees so that organizational goals can be achieved. One of the variables that can affect individual presentations is workload and work discipline. Implementation evaluation is expected to find out the results or level of achievement of a worker. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which workload and work discipline significantly affect the shipping company at Sicepat Express Batam.  In this study, the population of this study were all employees of Sicepat Express Batam, which collected 115 people and the sample taken was the number of delivery parts for Sicepat Express Batam, which amounted to 115 people, using the multiple linear regression analysis method, namely Y = 4.091+ 0.118 X1 + 0.803 X2. The results of the T test partially prove, the results of the study state that workload and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at Sicepat Express Batam employees and the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 58.2% employee performance is influenced by workload and work discipline variables, and 41.8% influenced by other variables. Human resources are the main factors regarding the achievement of a company's success. The things that are often associated with employee performance are the work environment, communication and motivation. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of work environment, communication and motivation on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees. The technique used in this research is descriptive in the form of explanatory. The sample used as respondents in this research is 105 people who are also the entire population (employees of PT Harasoon Batindo) with a sampling technique of saturated sampling technique. The method in data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis by testing through the SPSS version 26 program. The test results show that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, while communication has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and motivation has a significant influence. and positive on employee performance. Metode dalam analisis data yang dipakai yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dilakukan pengujian melalui program SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan. Karyawan berperan penting di dalam perusahaan terutama pada proses atau kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis serta menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi pada kinerja karyawan di PT Harasoon Batindo. Jenis studi ini menggunakan explanatory research dan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Total populasi pada studi ini yakni seluruh karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo sebanyak 105 responden. Teknik sampling yang dipakai pada studi ini yakni menggunakan non probability sampling dan sampling jenuh, yang mana total sampel sama dengan total populasi. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo (2) Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo (3) Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo (4) Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara serentak mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo. This type of research using explanatory and descriptive research. And the data collection method came from distributing questionnaires which were then tested using the SPSS 26 application. The population in this research  is all employees of PT Harasoon Batindo as many as 105 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling and saturated sampling, where the number of samples is same as the total population. The results showed that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees (2) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees (3) Communication has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Harasoon employees. Batindo (4) Leadership, work environment and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT Harasoon Batindo employees. PENGARUH BRAND TRUST DAN PERCEIVED VALUE TERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION MELALUI BRAND PREFERENCE 彭佳璐品牌信任丹感知价值影响购买意愿和品牌偏好

One of the successes of a company in facing intense competition amid the rapid development of telecommunications is by empirically testing the effect of Brand Trust and Perceived Value on Brand Preference, and Purchase Intention for branded cell phones. This research was conducted by hypothesis testing. This research is classified as cross sectional, namely the data in this study using the answers from the respondents when the questionnaire was given. The research findings indicate that Brand Trust has a positive effect on Brand Preference. Likewise, research findings also state that Perceived Value has a positive effect on Brand Preference. The results showed that Perceived Value had a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Furthermore, the results show that Brand Trust has no effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, the research findings show that brand preference has a positive effect on purchase intention. Further researchers can add other variables that have not been used in this study to be useful for the company and may consider conducting this research on other brands of different products/services and are expected to conduct similar research but conducted in different areas and are expected to add the number of research samples so that they can better describe the conditions of the population within the scope of research. Peneliti Selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variable lain yang belum di gunakan dalam penelitian ini agar berguna bagi perusahan dan dapat mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan penelitian ini pada brand lainnya dari produk/jasa yang berbeda dan diharapkan untuk melakukan penelitian yang serupa namun dilakukan pada daerah yang berbeda dan diharapkan dapat menambahkan jumlah dari sampel penelitian agar semakin bisa menggambarkan kondisi dari populasi didalam ruang lingkup penelitian. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Paternalistik Terhadap Kinerja Tugas dan Kontekstual Karyawan; Pemediasi Rasa Percaya 公司领导对员工工作表现和环境环境的影响;信任的培养

One of the topics in leadership studies that have received much attention today is international leadership, where researchers focus on leadership behaviors that are culturally appropriate to where the organization is located. Paternalistic leadership becomes one of the themes in the study of international leadership. This research explains the mechanisms by which paternalistic leadership influences job performance and contextual performance of employees using the theory of social exchange and the theory of affective events in the organizational. 193 valid responses of employees from various organizations took part in the study. The results of data analysis show that paternalistic leadership behavior has a positive influence on task performance and contextual performance of employees. Furthermore, trust in the leader partially mediates the effect of paternalistic leadership on task performance and fully mediates the effect of paternalistic leadership and employee contextual performance. These findings suggest that the higher paternalistic leadership will increase employee trust in leaders, then through the trust in leader the performance of employees will also increase. The argument in explaining the results is more detail discussed in the discussion section of this article. Salah satu topik dalam kajian kepemimpinan yang mendapat banyak perhatian saat ini adalah kepemimpinan internasional, dimana para peneliti memfokuskan pada perilaku kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan budaya dimana organisasi tersebut berada. Kepemimpinan paternalistik menjadi salah satu tema dalam kajian kepemimpinan internasional. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai mekanisme bagaimana kepemimpinan paternalistik mempengaruhi kinerja tugas dan kinerja kontekstual karyawan menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial dan teori kejadian afektif pada konteks organisasi. 193 tanggapan valid karyawan dari berbagai organisasi ikut ambil bagian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan paternalistik memiliki pengaruh positif pada kinerja tugas dan kinerja kontekstual karyawan. Selanjutnya, rasa percaya pada pemimpin memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan paternalistik pada kinerja tugas dan memediasi secara penuh pengaruh kepemimpinan paternalistik dan kinerja kontekstual karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepemimpinan paternalistik maka akan meningkatkan rasa percaya karyawan pada pemimpin, kemudian melalui rasa percaya pada pemimpin inilah kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat. Adapun argumentasi dalam menjelaskan hasil tersebut lebih detail dibahas pada bagian diskusi artikel ini.
