ANALISIS PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN 分析易用性和安全性对使用决定的影响

Pada penggunaan, tingkat kemudahan menjadi faktor kunci yang perlu diperhatikan oleh suatu perusahaan, karena dapat memengaruhi minat pengguna dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Adanya potensi tindakan kejahatan dapat berdampak pada kurangnya kepercayaan pengguna terhadap layanan. Oleh karena itu, suatu bank perlu menyediakan keamanan yang praktis agar pengguna merasa aman, tanpa risiko membawa uang tunai secara fisik.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan  dengan brand trust sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metodologi  survei  dengan  kuesioner  terstruktur. Populasi penelitian ini ialah Pengguna E-Wallet Generasi Z. Pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini.  Perhitungan Maholtra menunjukkan bahwa jumlah sampel minimum yang dibutuhkan ialah 85 responden. Metode analisis data penelitian ini, yang menggunakan perangkat lunak SMARTPLS, adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kemudahan dan Keamanan berdampak positif pada keputusan penggunaan. Kemudahan berdampak positif pada brand trust. Keamanan berdampak positif pada brand trust. Brand trust berdampak positif pada keputusan penggunaan. Brand trust dapat memediasi hubungan antara kemudahan pada keputusan penggunaan secara parsial. WORK EFFORT TENAGA PENDUKUNG AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS KRISTEN KRIDA WACANA 克里斯蒂娜-克里达-瓦卡纳大学学术辅助人员的工作努力

Perkembangan lanskap industri di Indonesia memungkinkan fleksibilitas kerja, namun kondisi kerja jarak jauh pasca pandemi menimbulkan tantangan bagi organisasi. Perubahan ini telah menyebabkan penurunan komitmen dan usaha karyawan, terlihat dari pengunduran diri sukarela dan penurunan keterlibatan dalam tugas. Memahami dimensi Upaya Kerja menjadi krusial dalam mengevaluasi dedikasi karyawan terhadap tujuan organisasi. Studi ini meneliti Upaya Kerja di kalangan staf pendukung akademik di Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana (UKRIDA) di Jakarta Barat. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, skala sebanyak 10 item mengukur Persistensi, Arah, dan Intensitas dari Upaya Kerja. Hasil dari 87 tanggapan menunjukkan tingkat Persistensi, Arah, dan Intensitas yang tinggi, mengindikasikan dedikasi yang konsisten, orientasi tujuan yang jelas, dan komitmen yang tinggi di kalangan staf pendukung akademik. Membandingkan temuan ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya menyoroti dinamika kerja yang unik dalam setting akademik. Penelitian ini menegaskan Upaya Kerja yang kuat yang ditunjukkan oleh staf pendukung akademik UKRIDA, yang menekankan komitmen yang teguh, arah yang terfokus, dan intensitas kerja yang tinggi. MENGEKPLORASI HUBUNGAN KUALITAS JASA DAN KEPUASAN SISWA PROGRAM PRE-UNIVERSITY SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 在COVID-19大流行期间,可向你提供服务质量服务和学生满意度关系

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan kausalitas diantara kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan siswa pada program pre-university di masa pandemi COVID-19. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa program pre-university yang diselenggarakan oleh Jakarta International College, bekerja sama dengan Monash University di Australia, yaitu program Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY). Purposive sampling technique diadaptasi dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan adalah responden merupakan siswa program MUFY yang diselenggarakan oleh Jakarta International College, siswa MUFY yang dijadikan sampel merupakan siswa MUFY yang menjalani studi di masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan pembelajaran daring, serta siswa yang menjalani studinya selama pandemi sejak tahun 2020 – 2022. Alat analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, serta uji instrumen dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Data empiris diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan, serta empati atas kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa. Analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan siswa program MUFY menunjukkan persepsi sangat puas atas kualitas jasa yang diberikan. Selain itu, walaupun secara statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa masuk dikategori puas hingga sangat puas, penelitian ini memberi implikasi manajerial kepada institusi penyelenggara program untuk terus meningkatkan dimensi jaminan kualitas jasa untuk kepuasan siswa.

Pengaruh Kompensasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 薪酬、领导风格和工作满意度对员工绩效的影响

Every company has goals to achieve, such as improving product quality, increasing profits, and improving company performance. The achievement of these goals can be reflected by seeing the optimum level of employee performance achieved. To get optimal performance, the company needs to pay attention to factors that can influence the level of employee performance, such as compensation factors, leadership style, and job satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to know and analyze the influence of compensation, leadership style, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at PT Lembimjar Neutron Yogyakarta, then using a simple random sampling technique, 30 respondents were taken as research samples. The results of the questionnaire distribution data were then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23, with the analysis techniques used being regression test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test. The results of this study provide that job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. However, the compensation and leadership style applied in the company did not influence employee performance at PT Lembimjar Neutron Yogyakarta.

KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN: PERSPEKTIF LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE DAN ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE

The role of justice plays an important function in shaping the behavior and perceptions of employees about the organization. Being interested in observing organizational justice is a key model and can act as a basic source of results for employees and organizations developing ideal relationships and building shared job satisfaction between employees and employers in PD. This research is a type of casual research with a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire instrument by taking a sample of 66 employees which means it is a saturated sample. This research shows that leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction because there is a relationship between superiors and subordinates that is quite harmonious, communication is established between superiors and good subordinates, there is also a relationship of mutual trust given by superiors to their subordinates and the involvement of superiors in defending their employees in front of other superiors. Organizational justice partially has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Technological developments lead to increasingly fierce competition in e-commerce. Tokopedia's marketing strategy in surviving in a competitive climate is promotion and brand ambassadors. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotions and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia by students of the Asia Institute of Malang. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach as a research design. The population of this study were 143 management students at the Asia Institute of Malang. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of an active Tokopedia user so that the total sample is 104 people. Research data was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques, t test and F test to test the significance of the influence of promotions and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Likewise, brand ambassadors also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, the results of the F test show that there is a significant simultaneous influence between promotions and brand ambassadors on product purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. The value of stocks is affected by a variety of factors, including changes in exchange rates, swings in the price of gold and oil, and fluctuating levels of inflation. These factors also contribute to market volatility. This study's objective is to investigate the factors that have an effect on stock prices, including inflation, the rate of the rupiah currency, and worldwide prices for gold and oil. Purposive sampling is utilized in conjunction with secondary data as the analytical instrument. According to the data that has been presented in this article, there is a statistically significant and negative relationship between the exchange rate and gold prices; there is also a statistically significant and similar relationship between gold prices and stock prices; there is no statistically significant relationship between stock prices and global oil prices; and there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between stock prices and inflation. Both the positive impact of exchange rates on stock prices and the negative influence of gold prices on stock prices are mediated by inflation. Conversely, gold prices have a positive influence on stock prices. Additionally, the price of oil on international markets has a considerable and positively significant impact on inflation. Financial violations that occurred in Indonesia show no signs of ending soon. In the KPK report in 2022, there were 4,623 reports of alleged corruption through email and the KPK whistleblower system. This research was conducted empirically to reveal whether ethical awareness and ethical judgment affect a person's intention to whistleblow. The method used in this study is quantitative research method. Data collection is carried out in this using non-probability sampling or voluntary sampling techniques. Because in this study researchers collected data by distributing research questionnaires online through google form. The population in this study is FEB UHAMKA students who have obtained business law lessons. The number of samples obtained in this study was 249 respondents, this number of samples is above the minimum number of samples previously obtained using G-Power software. Then researchers use structural equation models with partial least square techniques through smartpls 4.0 software. The results of this study show that ethical awareness has a positive effect on the intention to whistleblow. Likewise with the variable of ethical judgment, it has a positive effect on the intention to do whistleblowing. Keywords: Ethical Awareness, Ethical Judgement, Whistleblowing

Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings are very valuable features for consumers to obtain information for consideration in deciding to purchase online. This study aims to analyze the influence of Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on Purchase Decisions on the Lazada E-commerce platform. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and associative approaches. The population in the study were 143 management students at the Asia Institute of Malang and the research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 107 people. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire to students who made purchases through Lazada. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings, and Purchase Decisions. The results of data analysis show that Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Likewise, Online Customer Rating also has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision. Bahan pangan di Kota Bandung terus mengalami fluktuasi harga yang tidak stabil, sehingga harga bahan pangan mengalami inflasi. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh pengeluaran produksi pangan dan pengeluaran konsumsi pangan oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu, salah satu tindakan kecil untuk mengurangi tingkat inflasi bahan pangan adalah membuat model prediksi menggunakan algoritma metode forecasting. Penelitian ini mengolah data dari periode-periode inflasi sebelumnya, yakni data pada tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan mana yang merupakan nilai perbedaan kesalahan yang terkecil dari berbagai macam metode forecasting, sehingga nilai tersebut menjadi prakiraan inflasi yang paling akurat di antara metode lainnya. Hasil prediksi data akan dibandingkan dengan data aktual. Dalam melakukan tes, beberapa data dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini, yakni data sekunder yang didapatkan menurut Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Model terbaik yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah model naïve forecaster dengan strategi drift berdasarkan indikator ketepatan perhitungan hasil ramalannya. Hasil peramalan tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai hasil perbandingan dengan data aktual yang telah ada. Kata Kunci: Pangan, Fluktuasi, Inflasi, Prediksi
