This research aims to Suitability Of The Stages PKM Activities Of Vocational Education Study Program Building Construction Students UNJ contained in the Guidebook of PKM UNJ. This research was conducted in Prodi Vocational Education Building Construction FT UNJ and SMK Negeri in Jakarta. The time of this study was conducted in February-March 2018. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative approach. Data collection tehniques used in this research is a questionnaire distributed to students who do PKM in the 106th semester and 107th semester, and interviews submitted to Tutor Teachers as a research data amplifier obtained from the questionnaire. The population in this research is 75 students who follow PKM in the 106th semester and 107th semester, for 42 Tutor Teachers. The sample is 65 students and 22 Tutor Teachers. Data analysis technique in this research is Descriptive Statistic. The results of this research shows that the implementation of PKM students Study Program of Vocational Education Building Construction is mostly in accordance with the stages of PKM activities , with a percentage of 65,21% in observation and orientation activies, 48,78% in guided teaching exercises, 61,79% at independent teaching exercises, 81,92% on exam preparation, and 86,93% on final exams and graduation students.

This study aims to determine whether the Evaluation Program of Testing Online by use Learning Management System Moodle android-based for students Program field DPIB (Desain Permodelan dan Infromasi Bangunan) class X at SMKN 1 Jakarta has been successful or not.Begins research in april 2013 until mei 2013. The method used is the evaluative research method with the type of CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product) with a sample of 30 students. Validity test results, 12 items questionnaire is valid. While the results of reliability test, R11 Value is 0,747. To access the online testing program, head of IT requires program of Moodle, Computer for server, internet networks, and android. The curriculum used is 2013. The average value of an android-based online exam for midterms for students is 81, while for the final school examinations is only 74, lower than the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) that has been set which is 75 while the midterm examination score is greater than the value (KKM) From the calculation of the questionnaire, percentage of successful online testing program is only 67.33% of the respondent. During the implementation of the Android-based online exam program there are still problems, lack of connectors to help chager android phones so that they are closer and reduce student activity during the exam and there is no Google blocking for exam security and internet connection 1 mbps. The impact of the online exam program that is felt by the school is the teacher and students can save their time in the implementation of the exam compared to using paperles and the internet as a means of evaluating learning. Thus, overall the implementation of an android-based online exam program at SMKN 1 Jakarta can be said to be almost successful, but there is a need for improvement especially in online exam program support facilities.

The purpose of this research is to develop learning specifically on digital comic media, State University of Jakarta. The rmethod non-test research instruments in the form of student needs analysis questionnaires, feasibility questionnaires to media experts and material experts as well as test questionnaires to lecturers and students or questionnaires. Then at the stage of research and information gathering a needs analysis survey was conducted of students and students about the development of comic learning media to determine the needs and constraints faced by students. The results of the assessment in the form of digital comic product designs amounted to 90% (very good). The number of final average aspects and indicators of the characteristics of learning media amounted to 91.3% (very good / decent). The assessment of the material presented in digital comics media is considered good with results reaching 73%. The results of the product feasibility assessment assessed by 20 students from the Building Engineering Education Study Program were obtained at 91% (very good). Then the material validation and media on digital comic products developed were obtained an average score of 82.33% and included in the excellent category. Abstract Research aim is to understand the extent of relevance teaching matter in the studying to become with matter teaches at smk the technical expertise building.Research done to suggest course education building technique engineering faculty jakarta state university in determining teaching matter who would be taught, so teaching matter in learned on a course education building technique engineering faculty jakarta state university relevant to the matter teaches in learn in schools.The research in course education building technique engineering faculty jakarta state university. This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s instructional communication and learning outcomes in the form of final exam in the subjects of Class X Land Measurement Science expertise in Modeling and Building Information expertise program at SMKN 1 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative research. The method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were class X students of the Permodean Design and Building Information program at SMK 1 Jakarta, as many as 102 people. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique which was tested on 80 students. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between instructional communication and learning outcomes as evidenced by: correlation coefficient value of 0.601 which is included in the category of strong relationships, the significance value of the correlation coefficient t count = 6.851 and t table = 1.991 which indicates a significant relationship, and the relationship between instructional communication and final exam learning outcomes is obtained by the determination coefficient value of 0.376. So the instructional communication factor can influence learning outcomes, which is 37.6%, and the rest is influenced by other factors beyond instructional communication skills.
本研究旨在以期末考试的形式,确定雅加达SMKN 1土地测量科学专业建模与建筑信息专业课程X班教师教学沟通与学习成果之间的相关性。本研究使用的研究类型是关联定量研究。所使用的方法是一种带有相关性方法的调查方法。本研究的研究对象为雅加达SMK 1二叠世设计与建筑信息专业的X级学生,人数多达102人。本研究的样本采用随机抽样的方法,对80名学生进行了测试。结果表明,教学沟通与学习成果之间存在显著的正相关关系,具体表现为:相关系数值为0.601,属于强关系范畴,相关系数t count = 6.851, t table = 1.991的显著性值表明存在显著关系,教学交流与期末考试学习成果的关系由决定系数值0.376得到。由此可见,教学沟通因素对学习成果的影响为37.6%,其余受教学沟通技巧以外的其他因素的影响。

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendekatan saintifik K-13 Revisi dan kesesuaian RPP dengan aplikasinya dalam pembelajaran. Tempat penelitian di kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta, yang beralamat di jalan Budi Utomo No.7, Pasar Baru, Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10710. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta kompetensi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan yang berjumlah 180 peserta didik dan 8 guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa dari kelas X (sepuluh) dan 2 guru Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dan dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung kepada guru yang sedang mengajar. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, pendekatan saintifik sudah dilaksanakan dalam setiap kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan mengamati, kagiatan menanya, kegiatan mengumpulkan informasi, kegiatan mengasosiasi, dan kegiatan mengkomunikasikan dengan baik, namun masih belum maksimal dalam kegiatan mengumpulkan informasi. Guru juga belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan RPP karena masalah waktu dan karakter siswa yang berbeda-beda. Kata kunci: Pendekatan Saintifik, K-13 Revisi, RPP Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the scientific approach curriculum K-13 revision and suitability of RPP with its application in learning. The place is in Modeling Design and Building Information SMKN 1 Jakarta, address at Jalan Budi Utomo No.7, Pasar Baru, Sawah Besar, Center Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10710. The methode of the research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are students and teachers of SMKN 1 Jakarta majoring in Modeling Design and Building Information totaling 180 students and 8 teachers. The sample in this study are 100 students from class X (ten) and 2 teachers from Modeling Design and Building Information. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to respondents and by making observations directly to teachers who are teaching. The results is that in the learning activities, the scientific approach was well implemented in every activity, namely observing activities, asking questions, collecting information, associating activities, and communicating, but still not maximized in collecting information. The teacher also had not fully implemented the learning in accordance with the RPP because of the time and different character problems of students. The place is in Modeling Design and Building Information SMKN 1 Jakarta, address at Jalan Budi Utomo No.7, Pasar Baru, Sawah Besar, Center Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10710. \u0000The methode of the research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are students and teachers of SMKN 1 Jakarta majoring in Modeling Design and Building Information totaling 180 students and 8 teachers. The sample in this study are 100 students from class X (ten) and 2 teachers from Modeling Design and Building Information. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to respondents and by making observations directly to teachers who are teaching. \u0000The results is that in the learning activities, the scientific approach was well implemented in every activity, namely observing activities, asking questions, collecting information, associating activities, and communicating, but still not maximized in collecting information. Research aim is to understand the extent of relevance teaching matter in the studying to become with matter teaches at smk the technical expertise building.Research done to suggest course education building technique engineering faculty jakarta state university in determining teaching matter who would be taught, so teaching matter in learned on a course education building technique engineering faculty jakarta state university relevant to the matter teaches in learn in schools.The research in course education building technique engineering faculty jakarta state university. The results of the study is showed the value of relevance matter teaching lecture majors in course of study education technique building of engineering faculty jakarta state university with matter teaching in smk program expertise technique building as big as 93,33 % the subjects drawing technique, 88,89 % for the mechanics technique, 91,67 % for the construction of buildings, 100 % for the science of measuring land, to draw interiors and exterior not relevant, 42,11 % to draw the construction of buildings 1 and 2, 81,82 % for construction reinforced concrete, 84,21 % for the construction of masonry, 45,45 % for finishing building, for the implementation of wooden construction, finishing wood and technology wooden construction not relevant.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata kuliah Teori dan Praktik Plambing dengan berbantuan perangkat lunak Adobe Flash CS6. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data uji validasi dari ahli media, ahli materi dan penilaian mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah Teori dan Praktik Plambing. Hasil validasi media pembelajaran mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 72,92% dan yang berada pada kategori “Layakâ€, dari hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 86,90% yang berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak†dan hasil penilaian mahasiswa mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 82,07% yang berada pada kategori “Sangat Layakâ€. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran Teori dan Praktik Plambing di Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Konstruksi Bangunan.

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran khususnya dalam bentuk E-Learning pada mata kuliah PTM/Jalan Raya. Penelitian pengembangan ini merupakan metode penelitian Research and Development dengan model penelitian Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini pada dasarnya dilakukan melalui lima tahap utama, yaitu Penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi (Research and Information Collecting), Perencanaan (planning), pengembangan bentuk awal produk (develop preliminary form of product), uji lapangan dan revisi produk (filed testing and product revision), revisi produk akhir (final product revision) dan proses penyebaran dan impementasi (disseminate and implementation). Penelitian ini sampai tahap Revisi produk akhir karena hanya mengembangkan pembelajaran E-Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat untuk menguji kelayakan melalui validasi ahli instruksional, ahli media dan ahli materi serta melihat tanggapan dari mahasiswa. Hasil pengembangan didapatkan produk pembelajaran E-Learning Penilaian oleh dosen ahli instruksional menggunakan skala likert skor 1-4 mendapatkan nilai 2,5 yang dikategorikan “layakâ€. Penilaian oleh dosen ahli media dan ahli materi menggunakan skala guttman skor 0-1 mendapatkan nilai 0,83 yang dikategorikan “layak†untuk penilaian ahli media. Abstract This study aims to obtain conception of motivation from graduates of Vocational Education of Building Construction in Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta, to the non-educational work field (construction). It was conducted since Juni to July 2018. This study was conducted on graduates of bachelor degree of Vocational Education of Building Construction, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. It uses descriptive method that is qualitative, the data retrieval technique is done by spreading the quistionnaire via google form to make it easier to get the quistionnaire answer. The result obtained from this study is that graduates of Vocational Education of Building Construction have high motivation to the non-educational work field (construction), they are motivatied by desires and ambitions (84%), impulses and needs (83%), hopes and aspirations (85%), exciting activities (84%), awards (80%), environmental influences that affect graduates to work in the non-educational work field (73%). It becomes the result that graduates of Vocational Education of Building Construction, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta, have a very high motivation to the non-educational work field (construction).
