The article deals with theoretical and methodical approaches to innovative logistics in the industrial sector of the national macroeconomic environment. The analysis of the experience of the most effective from the point of view of logistics of the countries of the world, in particular Germany, France, the Netherlands, and also those that are dynamically developing (China, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia). It is substantiated that the structuring of innovative logistics is based on the stages of tactical and strategic logistics. The isolation of the characteristic features of the interconnected forms of basic and innovative logistics gave the opportunity to form the spectral composition of the components proposed in the study. The process of formation of innovative logistics from the point of view of the influence of individual innovations and factors of the internal and external environment is offered. The methodological basis of the paper is the complex of methods, including methods of scientific cognition, analysis and synthesis, systematization and scientific abstraction. The information basis of the conducted researches is the scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of realization of market strategies in the subjects of the national economy. It is substantiated that the achievement of the established objectives of innovative logistics is compared with the results obtained in identifying potential management opportunities by streamlining stream processes within the current normative regulatory mechanism, as well as by substantially improving the existing management model, taking into account the obligation of certain conditions, namely: increase of indicators of logistics system functioning and reduction of aggregate expenses. The establishment of an optimally effective organizational mechanism of logistic activity on the basis of innovation-investment orientation will make possible the implementation of logistic potential, as well as modernization and expansion of efficient logistics infrastructure, provided that overall costs are reduced, energy efficient freight transportation is increased, and social safety, environmental and economic performance are implemented. Practical importance of the system of innovative logistics and its structural elements is developed.

The purpose of the study is to find new channels of marketing communications to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the field of communications and information. the interrelation of marketing communications channels and a set of measures to promote products / services and ideas has been determined. The article identifies the advantages and disadvantages of advertising as one of the common elements of marketing communications. An analysis of the volume of the advertising and communication market made it possible to determine the share of trust and commitment of consumer attention to advertising. It was proposed to introduce an omnichannel model at communication enterprises, which will allow operators to gain competitive advantages, namely: lower price of devices under their own brands; possible favorable price proposals for communication tariffs when purchasing a device; identify their own smartphones for specific services, such as certain content services based on the use of third-generation networks; carry out the appropriate customization of the interface.

This article discusses the actual basic concepts that are used in the training of specialists. The difficulties in concluding the system of science or doctrine are in finding the principle, the basis for basic concepts classification. The main differences between definitions of “manager” and “executive” have been revealed. It was proved that if they are misunderstood, it will affect the further introduction of the managing system. Carefully chosen terminology plays an important role in achieving concrete and correct communication. When studying the basic composition of the term “administration”, it was revealed that it can be both effective and ineffective. Whereas the term “management” usually is exceptionally effective (in practice is may be ineffective, of course, but this precedent won’t be justified). Professional definition of administrative process is connected with studying its main components. The connection between management and economic organization functioning has been established as well as the main directions of actions.

Метою дослідження, проведеного у статті, є формування інноваційної моделі розвитку агропромислового комплексу України. У статті проведено аналіз інвестиційної, інноваційної та інтелектуальної складових агропромислового ринку України. Були визначені основні перешкоди, що заважають розвитку цього сектору економіки, основними з яких, ми вважаємо, відсутність державної та фінансової підтримки агропромислових підприємств та фермерських господарств, та АПК в цілому. Була запропонована інноваційна модель розвитку АПК України, що складається з таких складових як наукова, техніко-технологічна, економічна, управлінська, юридична, інституційна та освітня.

У статті розглядається питання розвитку безперервної освіти, що пов’язано зі змінами викликів зовнішнього середовища. Було вивчено ключові характеристики «м’яких» компетенцій (soft skills), які є невід’ємною частиною сучасної освіти. Виявлено ознаки, вміння, навички та якості соціально-психологічного розвитку людського капіталу як фактора продуктивності праці. Було доведено, що емоційна компетентність, як одна із складових емоційного інтелекту, також входить до переліку навичок, необхідних сучасному керівнику.
