Stream deniable-encryption computationally indistinguishable from probabilistic ciphering 流可否认加密在计算上与概率加密难以区分

For the first time it is proposed a stream deniable-encryption algorithm. The algorithm generates cryptogram that is computationally indistinguishable from the cryptogram produced by some probabilistic encryption algorithm, called associated probabilistic algorithm, while ciphering a fake message with a fake key. When the sender and receiver of the message are coerced to open the encryption key, they open the fake key with which the cryptogram is transformed into the fake message. To recover the secret message from the cryptogram the receiver uses the secret key. The algorithm is constructed on the base of some secure hash function with which two key streams are generated. The key streams are mixed with secret data stream and with fake data stream so that cryptograms looks like the ciphertext produced by the probabilistic encryption of the fake message with the fake key.

Decision making in fault tolerant control systems of technological processes 工艺过程容错控制系统中的决策

The formalism for multistage cyclic systems diagnostic state evaluation is presented. It provides possibility of flexible diagnostic state evaluation which is dependent on system operating mode. It is based on fault-tolerant systems design formalism and the changes of diagnose membership functions due to the different values of external information function. Small overview of the whole formalism of fault-tolerant systems design is presented. State evaluation formalism is illustrated by the model of fault-tolerant vacuum deposition of composite coating system.

Multichannel filter bank implementation and prototype-filter design based on magnitude response symmetrization 基于幅值响应对称的多通道滤波器组实现及原型滤波器设计

The present paper is devoted to the development of new techniques intended for multichannel signal processing. We study multichannel filter banks and their implementations for wideband monitoring tasks. The key point of the paper is a multichannel modification of the single-channel WOLA-algorithm, which can be considered as a generalization of a one-dimensional WOLA-algorithm for processing vector (multichannel) signals. The suggested algorithm is based on efficient calculation of vector discrete Fourier transform. We also discuss order reduction of a low-frequency prototype-filter on the basis of its magnitude response symmetrization. The efficiency of this approach for a particular prototype filter is demonstrated. The filter, whose characteristics are analyzed in the manuscript, is part of a multi-channel filter bank intended for monitoring the frequency range from 0 to 1 MHz.

Automatic method for estimation of the Earth's magnetic field state 估计地球磁场状态的自动方法

This paper describes a method developed by the authors for estimating the state of the Earth's magnetic field. The method is based on the combination of wavelet transform with radial basis neural networks. The method includes decomposing of recorded geomagnetic field variations on different scale components, estimating their disturbance degree and forming conclusion about the state of the field. For approbation of the method, we used geomagnetic data from the "Paratunka" station (Paratunka, Kamchatka region, data registration is carried out by IKIR FEB RAS). The analysis of the spectral-temporal characteristics of geomagnetic field variations during periods of moderate and strong magnetic storms was performed. Weak perturbations were detected in the geomagnetic field before the storms. Obtained results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Consideration of methods of decision-making by results of binary comparison depending on structure of aprioristic knowledge. The main work's goal consists in formation procedures of decision-making by results of intercomparison couple of objects on the ground of conditional statistically distributed characteristics of these results. The formalized procedures are given; settlement expressions for estimation hit probability of a systematic error in the demanded intervals are received.

Detection of anomalies in data for monitoring of security components in the Internet of Things 检测数据异常,监控物联网安全组件

The increasing urgency and expansion of information systems implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) concept determine the importance of the investigation in the field of protection mechanisms against a wide range of information security threats. The increased complexity of such investigation is determined by a low structuring and formalization of expert knowledge on IoT systems. The paper encompasses an approach to elicitation and use of expert knowledge on detection of anomalies in data as well as their usage as an input for automated means aimed at monitoring security components of IoT.
