The goal of the research was the calculating of the aggregated indicator of innovation development level in a region based on the fuzzy logic theory. Applying the fuzzy logic approach for aggregate indicator's estimating allows to take experts assessments into account which is especially important when the statistic data is insufficient or lean. As the result there were defined factors affecting the innovation development level of a region, there was defined a linguistic scale for the aggregated indicator, the indicator was calculated for the Yamal region of Russia. The method could be applied to monitoring of innovation development of the Russian regions.

This paper presents an approach of the placement of power supply elements and routing the interconnections of ones with electromagnetic radiation criterion. This approach consists of heuristic algorithm minimizing circuit current square, genetic algorithm determining the order of placement and trace routing with electromagnetic radiation criterion. There are also shown the results of this approach in operation for placement and tracing interconnections of power supply with electromagnetic radiation criterion.

Rapid development of information technologies, in particular, progress in methods of collection, storage and processing of data has allowed to collect huge data arrays with the purpose of their analysis in many organizations. Opportunities of experts are not enough because amount of these data are too much. This generates demand for methods of automatic data analysis number of which annually increase. Their application in biomechanical studies for the purpose of determining of stability of fixation of a fracture based on a physiological condition of patients is not exception. Most of algorithms for building of decision trees are time-consuming and poorly parallelized. Matrix method of building of nonbinary trees is presented in this article. Its advantages are a large reserve of an internal parallelism and lack of an inherent disadvantage of existing algorithms for building of decision trees - dependence on a choice of a variable of an initial split. Result of the method will be a complete set of rules on which can build a few trees with selection of the most significant of them in the future.

The ontological approach to the creation of the learning process support systems is proposed. We research the method for automated creation of learning ontologies based on computational linguistics algorithms, the method of analysis of lexical-semantic fields corps of texts in Russian and English, frequency dictionaries of terms. Using the lexical database WordNet and terminological dictionaries the prototype ontology was developed and uploaded into the software tool "OntoMASTER-Ontology" for refining by experts. The developed method is used for creating ontologies to support the learning process of students in the field of "Information systems and technologies".

The solution of polynomial equation systems is a problem frequently encountered by researchers in solving equations in specific derivatives, algebraic geometry and in optimization tasks. There exist various realizations of the Gröbner basis building method, but their serious disadvantage is the high complexity of calculations. Therefore, the algorithms currently employed for symbol-aided solutions are effective only for lower order polynomial equations systems. The article offers a method based on tables individually corresponding to a polynomial which makes it possible to forgo the solution of the problem of dividing the matrix into parts in distributing the calculations on the systems enabling the parallel execution of the program. The tables corresponding to individual polynomials of the initial system or the basis can be distributed among the processors without decomposition.

Nowadays there are not formal tools in the program industrial that can guarantee a lack of errors in analyzed software. A huge number of program paths affect to a complexity of a program analysis. An approach of reducing of a quantity of program paths is described in the paper. This approach bases on a symbolic notation. According to this approach variables after program cycle should be depicted as a symbolic expression. Wherein additional variables are introduced in these expressions for describing of a set of a program variables. After that a program should be depicted as a graph with contexts as a nodes. Then this graph of contexts might be analyzed in any state by calculation of an expression where symbols are substituted by their possible values in this context.

Today in data mining research we are daily confronted with large amount of data. Most of the time, these data contain redundant and irrelevant data that it is important to extract before a learning task in order to get good accuracy. The fact that today's computers are more powerful does not solves the problems of this ever-growing data. It is therefore crucial to find techniques which allow handling these large databases often too big to be processed. Data reduction techniques are therefore a very important step to prepare the data before data mining and knowledge discovery. In this paper we present a comparative study on original and reduced data to see the role data reduction in a learning task. For this purpose, we used a medical dataset; especially a vertebral column pathologies database.
