A combined adaptive approach for detection and isolation of wind turbine faults 风电机组故障检测与隔离的组合自适应方法

This paper presents an approach for development of a diagnostic system on the base of a combination of different methods for fault detection, isolation and identification. The important place is given to algorithms of diagnostics by means of support vector machine (SVM) and fault detection estimator together with bank of fault isolation estimators (FDE-FIE). The idea of this approach is illustrated on a practical example of the diagnostic task solution for benchmark model of the wind turbine.

Blood pressure — Heart rate syncronization coefficient as a complementary indicator of baroreflex mechanism efficiency 血压-心率同步系数作为压反射机制效率的补充指标

We aimed at studying the efficiency of blood pressure - heart rate feedback regulation, in particular the arterial baroreflex mechanism. We analyzed 150 short-term beat-to-beat recordings of blood pressure and pulse intervals and calculated their level of synchronization. We determined the synchronization coefficient as a fraction of the record fragments where the standard deviation of the Hilbert phase difference of blood pressure and pulse intervals was below a given threshold. Our results indicate that the synchronization coefficient is significantly lower in records with high blood pressure variability while does not correlate significantly with the arterial baroreflex sensitivity. Accordingly, the synchronization coefficient may be used as a complementary indicator of blood pressure feedback regulation, since it reflects how often the feedback mechanism is activated. We suggest that the product of the synchronization coefficient and the baroreflex sensitivity could be used as a potential measure of the total efficiency of baroreflex mechanism and thus of blood pressure feedback control.

In the article problems of control in complex modern technical systems are considered. The main features of these systems are globality, large scalability, heterogeneity, situation uncertainty. The analysis of the existing approaches to solving given problem using self-organization methods and multiagent technology is carried out. The conclusion about necessity of development self-organizing systems which functioning is expressed by target functionality is drawn.

Algorithm of constructing station information-measuring system of complex safety working area of the locomotive on the basis of geoinformation technology (GIS), which provides continuous monitoring of the railroad bed (RWB) and surrounding areas to prevent emergency situations on the railroad (RW), risk assessment of the linear section (LS), located in the area of responsibility of station subsystem (SS) of railway are suggested.
