The aim of research is to increase the network attack detection accuracy by means of fuzzy logic. This paper considers an approach to intrusion detection using fuzzy logic. The approach is based on network monitoring of the variables characteristic of different network anomalies, such as ratio of the incoming traffic to the outgoing, packet size, etc. Every type of menace is characterized by a vector of fuzzy values describing the network state when this menace is present. These vectors constitute the fuzzy rule matrix. This article proposes computation of the integral indicator of the presence of any menace using the rule matrix.

The aim is the development of a new multi-level model of fuzzy semi-structured information data storage. A distinction of the proposed model from known is the use of extended polybasic intuitionistic sets for description of fuzzy data and representation of fuzzy attributes on three typing levels. The main result is formal description of fuzzy semi-structured data storage. To verify the result an example of application the developed model of data storage in the intellectual diagnostic decision-making system for railway transport is showed.

The work is based on a dynamic approach to modeling of learning processes. The conceptual framework of the control system is organized on the principle of feedback, separation of teaching and adaptation to the individual characteristics of the student. The purpose of the control system is to reduce the deviation of the actual knowledge level of a given training program. The knowledge accumulation process of so-called "at-risk" students is researched. The method of the didactic resources distribution based on logical models is also proposed.

The article deals with the organization of effective work of the development teams of complex software systems. The structure of the P2P network with peer interaction of actors with the information and communication environment is given. The auction mechanism is constructed and the game theory model of policy objectives to minimize the design time of software projects is described. The methodology for constructing artificial objects (actors) and practical boundaries according with the Data Envelopment Analysis method are considered. This allows us to refine the knowledge of actors on the parameters of the partners in the game during the auction allocation of tasks.
