The article examines the problems of the modern system of higher education in the formation of a young specialist with sufficient competencies. The role of students' independent work in the educational process is analyzed. It reveals what qualities are formed in students in the process of independent work. The possibilities and effectiveness of independent work in consolidating the acquired knowledge, mastering new educational material, searching and selecting information on the topic under study are analyzed. The results of the annual monitoring made it possible to assess the role of independent work in the formation of a professional personality.

LANGUAGE REPRESENTATION OF THE EMOTION «FEAR» IN THE WORKS OF S. KING (ANALYSIS OF THE THEMATIC GROUP) 金作品中“恐惧”情感的语言表征(主体性分析)

Emotions, representing a special reality, are a reflection of the ethno-cultural specifics of the world model. The emotion of fear is one of the basic and inherent in every culture. The ability of language elements to enter into relations with each other allows us to talk about the vocabulary of a language as a system. The presence of these relations determines the existence of various groupings within the language system. One of the ways to combine them is a thematic group. The relevance of this study is determined by the analyzed material, which represents the emotion of fear, not only as a thematic group, but also as a multidimensional manifestation of human emotions. This study allows us to trace how the thematic group "Fear" is represented in the English language at the present stage of its development. The purpose of this work is to identify the means of linguistic representation of the manifestation of the emotion of fear in modern English on the material of the works "Pet Cemetery" and "It" by the American writer Stephen King. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: the method of contextual analysis and the method of quantitative analysis. The study of the vocabulary that represents emotions in the text of a work of art allows us to interpret the world of emotions of characters, as well as to reveal the main theme of the work of art. Therefore, in the context of the literature of the horror genre, it is advisable to talk about the use of various means of representing the thematic group "Fear", since the main task of the author is to create an atmosphere of fear and horror in the work.

In the context of this study, the motives for marriage, reproductive attitudes, the main problems faced by young people, the impact on academic performance and the quality of education, as well as their attitudes towards cohabitation were considered.

The article considers the traditions in nutrition of Russian Old Believers of the Far East in everyday life, calendar rites, life cycle rites and the role of religion in these processes. The methods of preparing traditional Russian dishes from vegetable, grain and livestock farming, hunting and fishing are analyzed. The important role of the far Eastern natural environment in creating a diverse table for Russian old believers is noted. The article covers the issues of cross-cultural communication of the Far Eastern Old Believers, indigenous and newcomer East Slavic and East Asian peoples.

The article describes the ways out of a difficult situation with the training of specialists capable of working in modern construction using building information modeling technologies. The ways of solving the problem of adaptation of training programs for students of construction specialties to the new needs of construction production are given. The development and implementation of disciplines continuous line that ensure the development of BIM competencies during the training period is described. The paper gives the application of end-to-end design technology throughout the entire course of study, providing interdisciplinarity.

THE ROLE OF FAMILY IN PRESERVING THE NATIVE LANGUAGE 家庭在保护母语中的作用

The article substantiates the role of the family institution as one of the most important factors for the preservation of the national language for future generations. The relevance of the study is due to the unsatisfactory state and functioning of the Buryat language, the low level of proficiency and use of the language, especially among young people. The purpose of the article is to reveal the important role of the family in the intergenerational transmission of the native language for its preservation. Based on the analysis of literature, the results of the Population Censuses of the Republic of Buryatia in 2002, 2010, and sociological surveys, we come to the conclusion that the state of the Buryat language causes concern, since the knowledge and the actual use of the language by representatives of the Buryat nationality is steadily falling and, moreover, there is a narrowing of the social functions of the language. In the context of today's socio-cultural processes that negatively affect the state and functioning of native languages in multinational societies, it is the family that becomes an important tool for transmitting and preserving the native language and culture, for transmitting the socio-historical experience of the people to subsequent generations.

The article considers scientific approaches to the definition of the essence of a person’s subjectivity, describes the directions of manifestation of subjectivity, relevant for young people during their studies at the university. The main conclusions of the analysis of The results of the conducted empirical research are presented analyzed in order to identify the level of subjectivity of university students and the influence of subjectivity on the effectiveness of educational activities. The conditions for the purposeful development of young people’s subjectivity in the educational space of the university are formulated.
