The most common orthopedic illness in the worldwide, osteoarthritis (OA), affects mainly hand, hip, and knee joints. OA invariably leads to surgical intervention, which is a huge burden on both the individual and the society. There are numerous risk factors that contribute to OA, although the pathogenesis of OA and the molecular basis of through such are unknown at this time. OA is presently identified with an analyses were used to examine and, if required, corroborated through imaging - a radiography study. These traditional methods, on the other hand, are not susceptible to sense the beginning phases of OA, making the creation of precautionary interventions for specific disease problematic. As a result, other approaches which might permit for the timely identification of OA are needed. As a result, computerized perception algorithms give measurable indicators that may be used to determine the severity of OA from photographs in an automated and systematic manner. The study of Knee radiography and its quantitative analysis is analyzed in this paper.

At present, the traditional healthcare system is completely replaced by the revolutionary technique, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). Internet of Medical Things is the IoT hub that comprises of medical devices and applications which are interconnected through online computer networks. The basic principle of IoMT is machine-to-machine communication that takes place online. The major goal of IoMT is to reduce frequent or unwanted visits to the hospitals which makes it comfortable and is also highly preferred by the older people. Another advantage of this methodology is that the interpreted or collected data is stored in cloud modules unlike amazon and Mhealth, making it accessible remotely. Although there are countless advantages in IoMT, the critical factor lies in data security or encryption. A surplus number of threat related to devices, connectivity, and cloud might occur under unforeseen or threatening circumstances which makes the person in the situation helpless. Yet, with the help of data security techniques designed especially for Internet of Medical Things, it is possible to address these challenges. In this paper, a review on data securing techniques for the internet of medical things is made along with a discussion on related concepts.

In recent days, we face workload and time series issue in cloud computing. This leads to wastage of network, computing and resources. To overcome this issue we have used integrated deep learning approach in our proposed work. Accurate prediction of workload and resource allocation with time series enhances the performance of the network. Initially the standard deviation is reduced by applying logarithmic operation and then powerful filters are adopted to remove the extreme points and noise interference. Further the time series is predicted by integrated deep learning method. This method accurately predicts the workload and sequence of resource along with time series. Then the obtained data is standardized by a Min-Max scalar and the quality of the network is preserved by incorporating network model. Finally our proposed method is compared with other currently used methods and the results are obtained.

Deep learning methods have gained an increasing research interest, especially in the field of image denoising. Although there are significant differences between the different types of deep learning techniques used for natural image denoising, it includes significant process and procedure differences between them. To be specific, discriminative learning based on deep learning convolutional neural network (CNN) may effectively solve the problem of Gaussian noise. Deep learning based optimization models are useful in predicting the true noise level. However, no relevant research has attempted to summarize the different deep learning approaches for performing image denoising in one location. It has been suggested to build the proposed framework in parallel with the previously trained CNN to enhance the training speed and accuracy in denoising the Gaussian White Noise (GWN). In the proposed architecture, ground truth maps are created by combining the additional patches of input with original pictures to create ground truth maps. Furthermore, by changing kernel weights for forecasting probability maps, the loss function may be reduced to its smallest value. Besides, it is efficient in terms of processing time with less sparsity while enlarging the objects present in the images. As well as in conventional methods, various performance measures such as PSNR, MSE, and SSIM are computed and compared with one another.

In recent years, there has been an increasing research interest in image de-noising due to an emphasis on sparse representation. When sparse representation theory is compared to transform domain-based image de-noising, the former indicates that the images have more information. It contains structural characteristics that are quite similar to the structure of dictionary-based atoms. This structure and the dictionary-based method is highly unsuccessful. However, image representation assumes that the noise lack such a feature. The dual-tree complex wavelet transform incorporates an increase in transform data density to reduce the effects of sparse data. This technique has been developed to decrease the image noise by selecting the best-predicted threshold value derived from wavelet coefficients. For our experiment, Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Complex Wavelet Transform (CWT) are used to examine how the suggested technique compares the conventional DCT and CWT on sets of realistic images. As for image quality measures, DT-CWT has leveraged superior results. In terms of processing time, DT-CWT gave better results with a wider PSNR range. Further, the proposed model is tested with a standard digital image named Lena and multimedia sensor images for the denoising algorithm. The suggested denoising technique has delivered minimal effect on the MSE value.

Antennas are metallic structure elements developed for transmitting signals through radio waves. Nowadays, antennas are available in different shape depending upon their application and signal strength. The antennas which are employed for space and large signal communication utilizes a bowl shape structure for focusing the signals on a single point. Certain antennas are designed to move on both horizontal and vertical directions for their signal transmission. The microstrip patch antennas are very small in size and it comes under the type of printed antennas. The microstrip patch antennas are widely employed on mobile phone communications and medical applications. The performances of the microstrip patch antennas are increased in recent years and the motive of the review work is to analyse the methodology followed behind it. In the same way, the work analyses the merits and limitations of the recent techniques developed for the performance improvement of the microstrip patch antennas.

Organizational justice is about fairness at the workplace. It is essential to enhance performance and success of every organization. The study was conducted to validate Organizational Justice Scale (OJS) in Punjab, Pakistani public school context developed by Neihoff and Moorman (1993). Sample size consisted of 400 randomly selected public school teachers. This study was based upon quantitative approach and cross- sectional survey design was applied in data collection. The data was collected personally from teachers. Factors analysis techniques EFA and CFA were applied to confirm dimensionality, validity and reliability of Organizational Justice Scale (OJS) in schools of Pakistani context. Results are in support of three dimensional model (distributive, procedural & interactional justice) and generalizability of this scale. Furthermore, the results also established adequate reliability and validity (convergent and discriminant validity) of OJS. Further studies can be conducted to further validate the OJS through different types of data analysis software and techniques. In addition, this scale would be useful for measurement of the organizational justice among teachers in schools.
