Implementation indicators where the program planning results from deliberation meetings must be implemented. And the third indicator is monitoring and evaluation where the village government must be able to control the development being carried out so that it can find out whether the development is in accordance with the provisions or not.

This research investigates the intricate relationship among organizational culture, work discipline, and employee performance within the specific setting of PT Sabrina Jaya Kabupaten Mamuju. By using a multiple linear regression analysis, this study aims to clarify the influence of these factors on the performance of employees. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a negligible beneficial impact (β = 0.123) on performance, but work discipline has a large positive effect (β = 0.444). The results of the simultaneous significance test highlight the combined impact of corporate culture and work discipline on employee performance (F = 19.329, p < 0.001). The results of this study highlight the significance of cultivating a supportive organizational culture and using efficient work discipline tactics in order to maximize employee performance. Nevertheless, the lack of a statistically significant correlation between organizational culture and performance necessitates more investigation. This study makes a significant contribution to the comprehension of the intricate dynamics that influence employee performance and provides vital insights for the development of organizational strategies.

This research aims to identify the actual conditions of coastal communities in Takalar Regency and determine the role of coastal communities in increasing income through tourism businesses in Takalar Regency. The type of research uses qualitative methods, namely presenting data in the form of verbal statements or descriptions of something in the form of sentences set out in writing. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research obtained show that the results of observations through literature studies show that Takalar Regency, with its six (6) coastal areas, is a fairly high economic booster. This is proven by field investigations that coastal areas are used for buying and selling transactions for marine products (fish, shellfish). etc.) which is quite promising. Several locations, including the Fish Auction Place (TPI), are never empty of community activities to improve the economy. This condition shows that people in coastal areas have a fairly high opportunity to improve their welfare by looking at their activities. Then, related professions or jobs, apart from being fishermen and fish sellers (traders), the people who live in coastal areas, especially the Sanrobengi area, are tourism actors with professions as restaurant owners, accommodation providers and inter-island transportation services, opportunities that can be implemented well if Entrepreneurs synergizing to carry out marketing and promotion is really needed. The government provides support and assistance through the Department of Industry and Trade, making it easier to process permits and to get to know Coastal Communities more closely in increasing Income through Tourism Businesses in Takalar district.

This research aims to analyze how employee performance improves Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of East Halmahera Regency. This research uses Robbins' theory with indicators of performance quality, performance quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with 9 informants consisting of the head of the department, head of the population identity section, staff of the identity section, head of the service and community cooperation section. The results of this research show that the performance of employees in population administration services at the population and civil registration services is not yet optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still several communities where the creation of population administration is still incomplete. Based on several things that need to be suggested to the population and civil registration service to further improve the quality of employee performance and it is hoped that they will further increase the timeliness in completing the preparation of population administration.

The development of the Integrity Zone is based on Permenpan RB Number 10 of 2019 as an amendment to Permenpan RB Number 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Integrity Zones Towards Corruption-Free Areas and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas. The enactment of this regulation made Surabaya State University try to obtain the title of integrity zone by appointing the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law as a model faculty. In practice, the Social Sciences and Law faculty innovate digital-based public services through the Sidilan Application. This research aims to analyze the development and application of SIDILAN in improving the quality of public services. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research focuses on theories about the elements of successful e-Government development which include support, capacity and value. The research results show that these three indicators have supported the successful implementation and development of SIDILAN in improving the quality of public services in the Social Sciences and Law faculty. However, there are still no legal products from universities that use a legal basis. Apart from that, it is hoped that SIDILAN socialization can be carried out directly to increase understanding and minimize miscommunication regarding the services needed.

A company is an organization that carries out activities or operations to achieve certain goals. The growth of advanced industry is directly proportional to the increase in pollution arising from industrial production processes, such as production waste, which can increase air and water pollution to dangerous levels. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of environmental performance and total asset turnover on profitability. This research uses a sample of 10 energy companies listed on the IDX for three years. The research method used in this research is the fixed effect model (FEM). The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with the help of the e-viewers12 software tool. The research results show that the FEM statistical results show that the environmental performance variable has a significant positive effect on company profitability, and the total asset turnover variable significantly positively affects company profitability with a confidence level of 85 percent. Then, the simultaneous test (F test) shows that the environmental performance variables and total asset turnover do not affect the company's profitability.

This study aims to determine the optimization of cleaners in providing cleaning services which so far is still based on the experience of managers when cleaning their own houses without being equipped with an understanding of the cleanliness standards of inns and homestays. This is feared to affect guest satisfaction while on Panrang Luhu Beach, so many visitors no longer want to return to the tourist attraction. This study focuses on the hygiene management standards of inns and homestays in the coastal area of Panrang Luhu, Bulukumba Regency and skills in cleaning inns and homestays on the coast of Panrang Luhu, Bulukumba Regency. This paper discussed the marketing of library and information services vis-à-vis entrepreneurial activities in the library with particular reference to the academic libraries. The information age, which revolutionized all human activities including the library and information services and also the ICT incursion made marketing of library and information services and the inclusion of entrepreneurial activities necessary if librarianship must thrive among its competitors in the business of human management and provision. Marketing concepts, with particular reference to the 7Ps in “marketing mix” are highlighted. The paper worked on secondary data using the Narrative Textual Case Study (NTCS) and some discussions with professional colleagues in the field of librarianship to draw some valid conclusions.
