The study discusses planning a management function, the success or failure of achieving predetermined goals depends on planning The financial planning process rate and political stability in saving money, Two important aspects in the financial planning process (1) Cash planning, which includes the preparation of the company's cash budget. (2) Profit planning, corporate profit planning made in the form of a pro forma financial report. Interest rate, changes in interest rates will affect the value of a country's currency in general against the dollar. Currency trading rates (forex), interest rates, and inflation are all interrelated. An increase in the interest rate causes a country's currency to appreciate. Political Stability the political stability and economic performance of a country can affect the strength of its currency.

Raja Abon Makmur Lestari (RAML) is a home industry that produces a various types of flosses both from animal and vegetable. In terms of marketing, the owner faces obstacle such as the fluctuated sales, lack of manpower, unachieved targeted turnover, as well as the high competitiveness in the industry. Thus, the marketing strategic is required to solve the issue. Marketing mix is one of the ways as the marketing strategic to create purchasing decision on the consumers. Case study was used as the approach of the study. The owner and the consumer were the respondent of the study. Quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) was used as a data analysis method. It was used to determine marketing strategic priority based on the internal decision. The descriptive analysis was also used to evaluate the marketing mix. The study found that the marketing mix priority was put in order: promotion, product, place, and price. Furthermore, the priority of sub promotion mix was direct marketing, public relation, mass media and social media. The study was beneficial for the RAML to determine future marketing strategic so that the goals setting will be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Human Resource Development: Overview of the Performance Evaluation and Performance Appraisal viewpoints 人力资源开发:绩效评估与绩效评估观点综述

This article discusses Human Resource Development by reviewing Performance Evaluation and Performance Appraisals. Every organization must prepare a program that contains activities that can improve the capabilities and professionalism of HR so that the organization can survive and develop in accordance with the organizational environment. The appraisal process starts from setting employee performance standards. A manager must determine what achievements, skills or outputs will be evaluated. These performance standards should be included in the job analysis and job description. After the performance standards have been set, the next thing to do is communicate to each employee, so that the employees know what is expected by the company. Performance appraisals are used to tell employees how far they are performing and the rewards they will get. Performance appraisal also aims to evaluate and provide feedback to employees that will develop employees and also the effectiveness of the organization. Poor performance shows the need for training as well as good performance can reflect the great potential that must be developed.

Strengthening Family Resilience through Financial Management Education in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic 通过财务管理教育增强家庭抵御能力,应对Covid-19大流行

The spread of Covid-19 in a short time paralyzed the order of life as well as had a real impact on social and economic aspects. Mitigation and preparation for household economic recovery are the contributions of social science that are used as the basis for policy change for the Indonesian nation. Households are at the core of the nation's economic resilience. The household is a unit of analysis that cannot be ignored considering that this country cannot have high resilience when the household cannot survive properly. This research is aimed at examining how the economic impact of households in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and how the solution focuses on the accuracy of household financial management.

Application of Probit Analysis in the Decision of Youths to Participate in Vegetable Production 概率分析在青少年参与蔬菜生产决策中的应用

Youths are successor farming generation and therefore the future of food security. At present, they constitute about 60% of Nigeria’s population and have over the years contributed significantly to national development. Unfortunately, the present environment makes it  difficult to explore their full potentials in  production through participation in agriculture. The ageing smallholder farmers are less likely to increase capacity needed to sustainably expand agricultural production. There is therefore a pressing need to engage the youth in ways that they can see a promising future in agriculture as well as influence them to build capacity through effective involvement in agricultural production. Several factors however, have continued to hinder capacity building and effective  participation of youths in vegetable farming. An empirical study was conducted to estimate the factors affecting the willingness  of youth to  participate in small scale waterleaf production. The representative waterleaf producers were selected using the multi stage sampling procedures.With the aid of questionnaire, primary data were obtained from 100 farmers. Univariate probit regression model was used to analyze the data. Results of analysis indicated that the most critical factors affecting the participation of youths in waterleaf production were age, educational qualification, size of household members, and farm income. Results indicated that youths who have acquired some form of education were more willing to be involved in waterleaf production. Findings further indicated that youth in families with higher income from farming activities were more willing to participate in waterleaf production.

South Korean Taxes on Alcoholic Beverage 韩国对酒精饮料征税

This research aims to find out whether Korea violates the provisions of International trade Article III: 2 First sentence and second sentence of GATT in 1994. Soju is a traditional alcoholic beverage that is most famous in Korea has been produced in a diluted manner so that the beverage content of 25% alcoholic soju can be said that the beverage has a content that is below 20%. But people in European countries and the United States have complaints or opinions that they do not agree with the alcohol tax policy in South Korea, especially soju is considered unfair. So Korea is trying to offer a preference for taxes on soju drinks compared to certain imported western-style drinks. The research conclusions show that Soju and Imported Liquor Spirits are not substitutive products. Soju and Imported Liquor Spirits do not compete directly, seen from the fact that although there has been a decrease in the number of Soju sales in Korea since the ILS tax was lowered, the distance between Soju and ILS sales is still far away. So from the facts above, South Korea does not violate GATT Article III: 2 Second Sentence. From our explanation above, Like Products is a cumulative requirement to meet: Common Charateristics End Uses Channels of distribution Prices. From that data, South Korea does not violate GATT Article III: 2 First Sentence and Second Sentence although there are differences in tax imposition because the two products, Soju and ILS are not like products.

Multi-Actor Innovation in Child-Friendly City Policy 儿童友好型城市政策的多主体创新

This article describes the policy of a Child-Friendly City, Actors, and agency and presents the Multi-Actor Innovation point of view that colors the child-friendly city policy. The Child-Friendly Regency/City Policy places a child-friendly city as a prerequisite to ensure that children grow and develop properly, have their rights protected, and their physical and psychological needs are met. Apart from being supported by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, APSAI is also supported by child protection organizations, such as UNICEF, Save The Children. Various actors who are interested in contributing to a child-friendly city can participate. Multi-Actor Innovation can only occur if the collaboration that is established provides space for each actor who has different roles to be given the freedom to innovate based on their respective roles. The aim of the Multi-Actor Innovation is to offer better social learning analysis by integrating insights from sustainability science and social learning science traditions.

The Child-Friendly Regency/City Policy places a child-friendly city as a prerequisite to ensure that children grow and develop properly, have their rights protected, and their physical and psychological needs are met. Apart from being supported by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, APSAI is also supported by child protection organizations, such as UNICEF, Save The Children. Various actors who are interested in contributing to a child-friendly city can participate. Multi-Actor Innovation can only occur if the collaboration that is established provides space for each actor who has different roles to be given the freedom to innovate based on their respective roles. Strategy in Promotion E-Tourism Base: Study on Bantaeng Regional Government 推进电子旅游基地的策略——以班滕区政府为例

This study aims to determine the strategy of local government in promotion based on E-Tourism in Bantaeng Regency and also to find out what factors influence the local government in the formulation of E-Tourism-based promotion strategy in Bantaeng Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. Data is collected from interviews, then analyzed based on indicators of Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Funding. Data collection techniques carried out by observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Bantaeng Regency government's strategy in implementing E-Tourism is maximized by creating a Team filled with human resources who have a special capacity or ability in IT mastery. Specifically, for the concept of E-Tourism, limiting physical funding, but for technical expertise, technical financing such as photographers and graphic design experts is required. Supporting factors for E-Tourism based promotion in Bantaeng Regency are the apparatus commitment to promoting Bantaeng tourism and collaboration with various parties.

The Effect of Investment and Consumption on Economic Growth 投资和消费对经济增长的影响

The purpose of this research is to establish whether or not there is a relationship between investment and consumption levels and economic growth. This study employs quantitative methods, and the data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the model being utilized. Multiple linear regression is the method used in the data processing. The information utilized is secondary information derived from historical documents or reports that have been published or are in the process of being published. The findings revealed that the investment variable had a positive and statistically significant impact on economic growth. Conclusions While the variable level of consumption has a positive and substantial impact on economic development, the level of consumption is not constant. According to the results of the regression, the value of R-Squared (R2) is 0.726. Thus, the independent variable can explain 85.2 percent of the variance in economic growth, with the remaining 0.15 percent explained by factors outside the model, as shown in Figure 1. It is proposed to the government that it raise the proportion of development expenditures, with the expectation that these expenditures would be used toward improving development and public infrastructure in order to promote the smooth operation of economic activities
