At present, the transformation of ethical, social, cultural, and geopolitical processes in our social reality at a new level requires from humanity a special qualitative formation of the level of consciousness. In this regard, we consider it appropriate to form detailed discourses about the constructor of the phenomenon of cruelty, its effectiveness. When it comes to the problem of non-violence, many do not believe in the viability of this phenomenon in today's reality. Since the issues of non-violence, worrying human consciousness since ancient times, have not found proper application in the course of practice. At present, humanity is increasingly facing the negative consequences of ignoring the doctrine of non-violence. The modern world is disintegrating on a substantial level, it is chaotic. Therefore, such ideological programs and actions as global contradictions, manipulation of public consciousness, terrorism, the threat of the use of nuclear weapons, religious and ethnic tensions, new movements and groups, doctrines of various persuasions and directions, require the study of the essence and meaning of non-violence in accordance with the trends of the time. In the global era, the rapid development of scientific and technical innovations, in addition to significant achievements in human life, creates new problems and prompts a new analysis of the fundamental question of the future of humanity. In recent times, new types and forms of abuse have appeared, and the fact that they cause great evil in an underground way makes it necessary to turn the idea of non-abuse into a life practice. In this article, a step is taken to differentiate thoughts about how the idea became a doctrine in the historical scene and the scope of its application today.

First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbaev noted that the roots of the modernization of society go back to a deep history. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the life and activities of the sages, brilliant thinkers of the Kazakh people as a reflection of the worldview models of national consciousness. The main idea of the article is to study the work of Bukhar-zhyrau, one of the most outstanding personalities in the history of the 17th century, endowed with wisdom, poetic eloquence, and deep self-awareness. The historical, political and social conditions in which the Kazakh society lives are the basis for the development of the national worldview in the course of the centuries-old development of the desire for independence. This, in turn, will become the main factor extolling the inviolability of the modern state from the point of view of educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism. And they are based on the desire for the future through reflection, conclusions, and drawing lessons from the past. The development and revival of our national culture, respect for the spiritual heritage and traditions of our people in history – is a testament of its independence in the global world. Spiritual heritage – is moral values, which are the core of the national mentality of any nation. The life experience of our ancestors, transmitted from generation to generation, is associated with the ability of a person to know and feel the world, to perceive the world around him. Historical time points that the heritage of their ancestors has become an inspiration for future generations. Spiritual heritage is the source of the development of moral values. The heritage of ancestors and morality are formed as a result of comprehensive relations in society. Morality – is the values and norms that govern people's behavior, exactly morality that reveals the innermost of human nature.

The Oghuz, whose history of emergence and development lies in the period of the VIII–XIII centuries, played a significant role in the formation of modern Turkic peoples. The Oghuz tribes consisted of 24 families. They started the process of Turkization of the peoples of the medieval Eurasian steppes. The evidence of it is the similarity of Oghuz tamgas found on the territory of Zhetysu, Syr Darya and Western Kazakhstan with tamgas of other Turkic-speaking peoples. Today Oghuz tamgas attract the attention of many domestic and foreign researchers, but scientists are only interested in genealogical and cultural aspects so far. In case tamgas are perceived as a full-fledged source, some problems related to the studies of the medieval history of the Great belt of steppes can be solved, for example, such as clarifying the geography of distribution of the Oghuz tribes, analyzing their political and economic activity, as well as determining the degree of kinship of the Turkic peoples among themselves. The article considers the pronounced differences and similarities of Oghuz tamgas in different written sources, the synchronicity of the existence of tamgas in the Turkic world, and how well the problem is studied.The results of preliminary research indicate the presence and preservation (based on the monuments) of Oghuz tamgas among Kazakhs, Turks, Azerbaijanis, Kirghiz, Tatars, Turkmens, Nogais, Bashkirs. This, in turn, indicates the existence of Turkic unity in the researched territories during the periods of the proliferation of Oghuz tamgas.

The article describes the methodology and methods of ethnographic knowledge in the focus of their application in sociology and sociopsychology. The author turns to classical studies of M. Weber, G. Zimmel, P. Sorokin and others, who laid the foundation for the study of professional (including scientific) communities. Interdisciplinary interaction of scientific directions focused on the daily routine world, on identification of methods used by a person in society to perform routine actions, which eventually determined the research vector of ethnomethodology. The author describes the undertaken studies of the daily life of the scientific community in the conditions of the laboratory, the fixation of many actions taken by scientists that require additional microanalysis and explanations, anthropologization of the study of the scientific community, gender approach in ethnography of professions. The author considers the main task of the ethnographer of science in the study of daily practical routine activities of the scientist, in the design of «laboratory world» - social institutionalization of the scientific community. The gender aspect is important in the ethnography of science, focusing on the scientist as an active social subject, on gender inequality in scientific (academic, university) communities.

The relevance of the study is derived from the phenomenon of Abai as a people’s prophet, a deep-rooted spirit, a national focus, and a humanistic and educational orientation of his creativity, which is particularly acute both for a modern independent Kazakhstan, and other young countries whose cultures, languages, customs, and moral guidelines have been threatened by economic and sociocultural globalization. In the «Words of Edification» Abai offers a complex of revolutionary strategies for his time, based on the national religious tradition, the elimination of conflict between rational cognitive and spiritual principles of an individual, which makes it possible to establish a strategy of dialogue among cultures in order to strengthen the Kazakh national identity. In this connection, the purpose of the article is to identify the similarity of Abai’s and B. Pascal’s views regarding the categorical apparatus, key ideas, and specifics of the presentation. In the course of the study of this question, the historical-philosophical approach was chosen because of the need to study the core works in the context of the world history of thought. Hermeneutic was chosen to be the main method, which allows the free analysis and interpretation of texts, revealing their content from the perspective of non-classical forms of rationality. The eclectic method, together with general scientific analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization in a complex allows to draw parallels easily between directly unrelated sources and concepts. In the article the belonging of the philosophy of Abai and Б. Паскаль to cordocentrism is determined, the categories of «heart», «reason», «will», «faith», «science» and their interconnection are revealed, the scope of genre affiliation of thinkers is expanded. The material of the article is of practical value for understanding the place of Kazakh philosophy in the world’s philosophical tradition, the nature of categories of Abai’s philosophy, and their interaction to build a strategy of effective cultural exchange, preservation of identity, as well as spiritual and moral ideals of the Kazakh people.

The art of kyui has a special place in the development of the spiritual world of the Kazakh people. It is necessary not only to distinguish the stages of spiritual development but also for the future of cultural development, to thoroughly understand the meaning and specificity of this phenomenon, which has its own complex structure and deep mystery. The recognition of kyui art and its cultural features and philosophical thoughts is very important for the permanent strengthening of our modern independence. It is clear that we have the task of recognizing and appreciating the spiritual heritage of the people, training them in the national spirit, and being able to create them for the needs of today's era of democratic social construction. The legends and stories of the Kazakh kyuis are spoken only by research, and not by systematic cultural and philosophical analyses. Because the specificity and breadth of the subject, the complexity of the content of worldly phenomena in the status heritage of the people were considered worthy of special study. The art of folk kui, which occupies a special place in the content structure of Kazakh philosophy, is of great importance in the formation of the national mentality.The art of kuyi is a source in the formation of our national culture. It has become a cultural value of the Kazakh people, contributing to their worldview for this reason. When we analyze the place of musical art in the framework of the cultural development of the Kazakh people, then it is impossible not to mention its national basis and spiritual life. At the basis of this idea are concepts such as self-recognition, feeling, acceptance as a nation. As a result, we recognize the dignity of the nation, its ability to recognize the nature of state art, which has become the core of its spiritual wealth.

The «serilik» tradition is of great importance in the history of the cultural heritage of nomads, including the culture of the Kazakh people. «Sal-seriler» is the spiritual image of the Kazakh Steppe, which adheres to the traditions, has a universal human value, is rich in educational and educational heritage. The article considers the work of the Kazakh «Sal-Seri», which combines a wide variety of Arts in the history of the culture of the nation, the art of speech, that is, the art of poetry, singing, composition, improvisation, eloquence and eloquence on the basis of historical, cultural and literary sources. The scientific and creative work of the Masters of the word in the history of national literature, the culture of language, the system of artistic thinking, the national spirit and consciousness, and the national and spiritual values are presented philosophically. Most of the spiritual culture of the Kazakh people was repressed, banned, and the names of many prominent figures, cultists and followers of cultural traditions were forgotten. Their return to the people, their involvement in cultural life creates the need for a holistic understanding of the eternal spiritual values created by them, which has every reason to take its rightful place in universal culture. A huge role in the socio-political and spiritual life of Kazakhs of the XV-XIX centuries was played by representatives of oral poetry – poets, zhyrau, sal and seri. «Sal and Seri» through his work is a connecting beginning of the spiritual experience of the people, accumulating a repetition of the experience of previous generations. As a public figure, «Sal and seri», worried about the future, became enemies to all the authorities – both their rich and their colonialists. «Sal-seri», which expressed a progressive mood, reflected moral, ethical, sociocultural, philosophical and historical ideas and knowledge in a new way in their works, served as defenders of the interests of the people. If the artistic heritage of «Sal-Seri» is a special type of creativity, then their image is a vivid reflection of the national mentality.

In the article, the commemorative policy in Kazakhstan is analyzed in the period from the 90s to the present. During the classification of commemorative practices, the partial involvement of the state in the implementation of certain measures is demonstrated. It is established that the commemorative policy pursued by the authorities is carried out in accordance with the requests of society, or the process of its further promotion is continued by people who are interested in the task of "establishing historical justice". This article attempts to classify memorable practices into four types by differentiating state-level acts that are instruments of commemoration. The classification of commemorative acts was determined by the content structure in order to prove the representation of each classification, a case method was used. In practical cases, the effectiveness of normative acts aimed at modernizing national memory, the ideological significance of holidays and anniversaries celebrated by the general public, and the impact of toponymic changes are studied. In addition, a retrospective analysis of such events as the celebration of Nauryz and the anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly showed that their ideological significance and scenario are due to current political changes. By analyzing the commemorative practices over the years of independence, it was revealed that the acts carried out by the authorities in relation to national memories perform several functions: first, carrying the collective memory; second, uniting intergenerational ties for many years; third, keeping identity by increasing participation of interested groups and the population. In the study of the article topic, the theories of Emile Durkheim, Pierre Nor, Aleida Assman, "Adilet" legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and mass media data published in open Internet sources were used.
