Based on the threats that arise for the native flora as a result of the invasion of some introduced spe-cies, the authors propose to consider the introduction of polyploid forms of robinia in steppe areas as an alternative to the existing robinia plantings. The main methods of obtaining and scaling polyploid forms of robinia, tested by the world scientific community in recent years, are given.

The constant modernization of land legislation and the introduction of new approaches to the procedure of cadastral accounting, making adjustments to the regulation of land and property relations, provoke the emergence of problems, the solution of which will allow optimizing, among other things, the procedure for preparing cadastral documentation when carrying out work on forest lands. The article analyzes the regulatory and legal regulation of accounting and registration actions in relation to forest fund land plots, as well as details the existing organizational and legal mechanism for preparing cadastral documentation in order to identify and solve existing problems in this part, including on the basis of integration of information resources of the State Forest Register (GLR) and the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), which will ensure the reliability of information, their identity and optimize the process of preparing the necessary documentation.

Also, it is not necessary to neglect the sphere of agriculture, which actively uses fertilizers and insect repellents for growing plants, and the livestock sector has received massive development. In turn, poorly treated municipal discharges also affect the quality of surface water. To solve a variety of environmental problems, it has become available today to apply remote monitoring methods using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The article is devoted to the problems of geoecology and geoecological economics in the perspective of transition to new energy conditions for the development of the economy. The conditions for integrating various types of capital are analyzed, as well as issues of sustainable development in the context of the energy transition. The issues of balancing the forms of natural capital should be considered both at the global and local levels. The ratio of the use of natural capital resources should be determined by the volume of resources, natural and climatic conditions, the strategy of economic, ecological and environmental policy of a particular country. Aspects, approaches and mechanisms of balancing between the economy and ecology in the new conditions of restructuring energy resources, taking into account climate change, are discussed.

At present, the effective functioning of a settlement directly depends on an established management mechanism, as well as on taking into account the level of development of the territory, which reflects its potential and allows identifying the main problems of using existing resources. As a result of a comprehensive analysis of the management and development of the territory of the settlement, it is possible to determine the main strategic directions in the socio-economic sphere of the territorial organization, as well as to improve the quality of life of the population, which determines the relevance of this article. The main signs of the development of the territory are stability and balance. The first sign determines the long-term preservation of the conditions of reproduction of potential, and the second establishes compliance with the proportions of the main components of its potential. Settlements are located at different levels of development of the territory, which is conditioned by historical, natural-climatic, economic-geographical conditions.

Metallurgical enterprises and other business entities whose activities have a direct or indirect impact on the components of the environment must comply with legal requirements in the field of environmental protection. Every year these requirements become more and more stringent, this is primarily due to the losses that the environment has already suffered and that will take a long time to recover. Therefore, many companies, both metallurgical and other spheres of activity, are interested in reducing the amount of pollutants emitted. Improving the quality and level of equipment used leads not only to an increase in production, but also to a reduction in the harm to the environment. The aim of the study is to quantitatively examine the negative impact of production on the environment. The conclusions made will help to see the trends of enterprises in the field of environmental protection.
