Aspects of ensuring eco-safe development of regions are considered. The essential content of the concept of "ecological safety", principles and directions of ensuring eco-safe development of the territory are analyzed. Special attention is paid to substantiating the need to ensure the innovation orientation of this development in the context of the formation of such institutional forms of in-teraction of parties interested in ensuring the effectiveness of this process, as eco-innovation clus-ters and eco-technoparks.

The article offers an economic justification of the location coefficient used to determine the amount of payment for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities in buildings, structures or on land plots. The methods used in different cities of Russia for calculating fees for the place-ment of non-stationary retail facilities often do not have an economic justification for the indica-tors and coefficients used. This casts doubt on the correctness of setting the initial price (fee) for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities, becomes the basis for challenging charges and leads to losses of local budget revenues. In the course of the study, the analysis of factors influ-encing the formation of fees for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities, in general, and the location coefficient, in particular, was carried out. The economic justification of the calculation of the location coefficient as a key element of the payment for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities in the conditions of incomplete information on the local real estate mar-ket has been carried out. The location coefficient is proposed to be determined based on the indicators of remoteness and socio-economic condition of the city area, as well as taking into account the territorial differentiation of residential real estate prices. The method of calculating the coefficient of location of the object of non-stationary trade on the data of the city of Norilsk was tested.

In conditions of increasing intensity of use of territories, congestion of already existing settle-ments, increasing demand for spaces providing recreation, the problem of planning and develop-ment of new territories, including settlements, is acute. Comprehensive and rational approaches to solving this problem are required. This is the reason for the relevance of the topic of territory planning. Functional zones are determined on the basis of a territorial planning document, and the municipality has the right to modify the list of functional zones in its competence. To improve the quality of life of the population, as well as for the proper placement of objects on the city territory, a well-chosen solution is required, which is a general plan. It meets all urban planning and regulatory requirements and clearly shows how functionally and conveniently, through the establishment of boundaries and parameters of functional zones, to place all vital ob-jects on this territory.

The most important characteristics and principles of the formation of macro-regions as one of the forms of implementation of approaches to ensuring interregional integration are considered. The most important role of the effects of specialization and diversification as the basic conditions for ensuring interregional interaction in the macro-regional space is substantiated. As a tool for im-proving the efficiency of interregional integration processes within the region, the creation of pol-yclusters is considered — integrative institutions reflecting a combination of interrelations of key elements that are the concentration of a set of competitive advantages of the macroregion.

Various approaches to the content content of the concept of "new economy" are considered, the complex of related categories at different stages of the formation of the modern socio-economic system correlated with it is analyzed. Based on the comparative analysis carried out, it is conclud-ed that the interpretation of the "new economy" as a socio-economic formation corresponds to the modern realities of socio-economic development, the driving productive forces of which are the knowledge and skills of human capital carriers, information resources, as well as modern technol-ogies manifested in providing filling manufactured goods and services with additional consumer value that is not available in conditions of mass industrial production.

Apples (Malus domestica) have been cultivated in Asia and Europe for thousands of years and now have been produced in all countries. The apple tree accounts for 50% of the global production of deciduous fruit trees. China is the leading apple growing country, producing about 48% of the world's apples, followed by the US, India, and Turkey. Several factors affect the production as competitiveness and cost-effectiveness in the production of apples worldwide. According to FAOSTAT, global apple production is estimated at 87 million tons in 2019. In 2010, 107-150 tons of apples were produced in Kazakhstan, and in 2019, production amounted to 216,540 tons. In Kazakhstan, an apple is grown on 35.171 hectares, and the yield per hectare was 6.157 kg / ha in 2019. In 2019, Kazakhstan exported 16.622 tons of apples to different countries and currently imports more than it exports. The purpose of this study is to determine the latest changes in the production of apples in Kazakhstan during the period from 2010 to 2019. Statistical data are obtained from FAOSTAT, the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The data obtained are reflected in tables and have been analyzed using percentage and index calculations.

The essential content of the process of ecologization of reclamation activities in the system of agricultural production is considered. The specifics of evaluating the effectiveness of this process are also being investigated. As an assessment tool, the use of such a tool as a balanced system of indicators is justified, evaluation indicators combined within two groups - economic and environmental parameters, as well as a mechanism for calculating an integral indicator of ecological and economic efficiency are proposed.

Long-term practice shows how important the role of geographical maps is and what their significance is in conducting and displaying the results of land monitoring. Due to the fact that the earth is a complex entity that is part of a huge natural system, it serves society by performing heterogeneous groups of functions. It follows from this that it includes various properties, components and aspects, which in turn can act as objects of study of the land monitoring system, and be presented on thematic land maps. Unfortunately, there is still no general idea, as well as its design from a scientific point of view in the form of a holistic concept.

The normative documents on the use of forests in the field of hunting for almost 30 years are presented and analyzed. The features of the conclusion of lease agreements for this type of forest use are established, real indicators of the number of leased plots and their area are given, the reasons for the decrease in the leased area are identified and its current composition is shown.

The necessity of introducing new methods for the formation and correction of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, which is the main and primary information resource about real estate objects, is substantiated. According to the current legislation, this information should be characterized by completeness and reliability, but today there are factors in the accounting and registration system that reduce the quality of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (for example, the presence of registry and technical errors, duplication of data, imperfection of the mechanism for generating information). Special attention is paid in the article to the analysis of approaches to the formation, introduction and correction of data contained in the register by means of performing complex cadastral works that simultaneously identify and eliminate defects in the EGRN and other related information systems.
