PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN DEDAK FERMENTASI TERHADAP KADAR LIGNIN DAN SELULOSA SILASE RUMPUT GAJAH (Pennisetum purpureum)

Silage is a fresh forage preservation. Fermented rice bran can be used as a starter to accelerate the process of making silage fermentation. The aim of these study was to determine the effect of fermented rice bran usage toward the levels of lignin and cellulose in elephant grass silage. The research was held at Mekar Jaya Farmer Group in Cikembulan, Pangandaran and Ruminant Nutrition and Food Chemical Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Faculty of Padjadjaran University on November 2019 to Januari 2020. Experimental method was used with completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments consisted of P1 (1% fermented rice bran), P2 (3% fermented rice bran), and P3 (5% fermented rice bran). The results showed that the use of various doses of fermented rice bran in making silage of elephant grass have significant affected on lignin and cellulose silage levels. Used of 5% fermented rice bran dose produced the lowest lignin silage content of elephant grass (3.29%) with the lowest cellulose content (32.91%) while the 1% dose produced the highest cellulose content (40.42%) with the highest lignin content (4.87%).
青贮是一种保鲜饲料。发酵米糠可作为发酵剂,加速青贮发酵过程。本研究旨在探讨发酵米糠用量对象草青贮饲料中木质素和纤维素含量的影响。该研究于2019年11月至2020年1月在邦干达兰市齐肯布兰市的Mekar Jaya农民小组和帕杰贾德兰大学畜牧学院反刍动物营养和食品化学实验室进行。试验方法采用完全随机设计(CRD), 3个处理,6个重复。3组分别为P1(1%发酵米糠)、P2(3%发酵米糠)和P3(5%发酵米糠)。结果表明,在象草青贮中添加不同剂量的发酵米糠对象草青贮的木质素和纤维素水平有显著影响。发酵米糠用量为5%时,象草青贮木质素含量最低(3.29%),纤维素含量最低(32.91%);发酵米糠用量为1%时,象草青贮纤维素含量最高(40.42%),木质素含量最高(4.87%)。

PENGARUH BERBAGAI VARIETAS JAGUNG MANIS ( Zea mays saccharata Sturt ) TERHADAP TINGGI TANAMAN, JUMLAH DAUN DAN KANDUNGAN LIGNIN TANAMAN JAGUNG 不同种类的甜玉米(Zea mays saccharata Sturt)对植物的高度、植物的叶子数量和玉米褐煤含量的影响

ABSTRAK Tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt ) merupakan salah satu jenis pakan hijauan  yang merupakan sumber serat kasar bagi ternak ruminansia. Tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) memiliki beberapa varietas yang berbeda. Setiap varietas memiliki keunggulannya masing-masing baik dalam segi produktivitas maupun kandungan nutrisi dan anti nutrisinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai varietas Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) terhadap  tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan kandungan lignin tanaman jagung, mengetahui varietas Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) yang memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun, serta untuk mengetahui varietas Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) yang memberikan hasil terendah terhadap kandungan lignin Tanaman Jagung. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Terdapat lima jenis perlakuan varietas berbeda tanaman jagung manis, P1= Varietas Talenta, P2 = Varietas Manise, P3 = Varietas Asia, P4 = Varietas Bonanza, dan P5 = Varietas Paragon dengan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil analisis statistik  menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berbagai varietas jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt)  memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan kandungan lignin tanaman jagung dan menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi serta jumlah daun terbanyak pada varietas talenta dengan rataan tinggi tanaman jagung manis varietas talenta yaitu  116,78 cm dan rataan jumlah daun varietas talenta yaitu 11,75 helai sedangkan kandungan lignin yang terendah didapatkan pada varietas bonanza yaitu dengan persentase kandungan lignin 10,04 %. Kata kunci : Varietas, jagung manis, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lignin.

Profil Lipid Darah Ayam Ras Petelur yang di beri Kitosan Iradiasi

Research on cholesterol and triglyceride levels in blood of laying hens adminestered chitosan irradiated was carried out in August to September at the laying chicken farm in Sukarapih Village, Sukasari District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. Blood sample was analyzed at the Laboratory of Animal Physiology and Biochemistry of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. This research was conducted to determine the effect of chitosan irradiation on cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels blood plasma of layer chicken. The research used an experimental method with orthogonal polynomial test. There were 50 laying hens phase layer as research object, five types of treatment, P0 = laying hens without Chitosan, P1 = laying hens with granting Chitosan 150 ppm, P2 = laying hens with granting Chitosan 200 ppm, P3 = laying hens with granting Chitosan 250 ppm, and P4 = laying hens with granting Chitosan 300 ppm. . Based on the statistic analysis result showed that administration of chitosan was significantly different (p <0.05) for cholesterol and triglyceride levels and 250 ppm was the most optimal way to reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels.Keywords:       Laying hen, chitosan irradiation, cholesterol, triglyceride
8 - 9月,在西爪哇省苏迈当县苏卡萨里县苏卡拉皮村的蛋鸡养殖场对经壳聚糖辐照的蛋鸡血液中胆固醇和甘油三酯水平进行了研究。血样在西爪哇Sumedang县Jatinangor区Padjadjaran大学畜牧学院动物生理和生物化学实验室进行分析。本试验旨在研究壳聚糖辐照对蛋鸡血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯水平的影响。本研究采用正交多项式检验的实验方法。以50只蛋鸡为研究对象,分5种处理方式,P0 =不添加壳聚糖的蛋鸡,P1 =壳聚糖添加量为150 ppm的蛋鸡,P2 =壳聚糖添加量为200 ppm的蛋鸡,P3 =壳聚糖添加量为250 ppm的蛋鸡,P4 =壳聚糖添加量为300 ppm的蛋鸡。统计分析结果表明,壳聚糖对胆固醇和甘油三酯水平有显著差异(p <0.05), 250 ppm是降低胆固醇和甘油三酯水平的最佳方法。关键词:蛋鸡,壳聚糖辐照,胆固醇,甘油三酯
